Abstract:

毕业设计作为大学教育中的一个重要阶段,承担着培养和提升学生综合能力和综合素质的重要责任。但是目前由于种种原因,造成毕业设计水平下降,学生的综合能力不高等现象。作者探讨了把毕业设计教学工作融入到学生综合能力与素质培养的措施和方法,并进行了实践。通过加强对学生的指导和训练,提升了学生综合能力和素质,取得了良好的效果。

 As an important stage in the university education, final year project take a very important responsibility to cultivate and enhance students’ quality and comprehensive ability. However, the graduation design levels decrease and students’ comprehensive ability is not high nowadays due to the various reasons. The authors explore the approaches of integrating the final year project design into the cultivation. The students’ comprehensive ability and quality were improved by enhancing guiding and training on the practice.

火烧对中国东北部兴安落叶松林土壤性质和营养元素有效性的影响

Abstract: ?林火是北方针叶林的一种主要干扰方式,不仅影响森林生态系统的生产力和物种多样性,还影响元素的生物地球化学循环。本文选择大兴安岭呼中自然保护区2010年火烧迹地为研究对象,并选择附近未火烧区作为对照样地,分析了火烧(火后1年)对土壤理化性质、土壤微生物生物量和有效养分(n、p、k)的影响。结果表明:与对照区相比,林火显著改变了兴安落叶松林土壤的理化性质,即土壤湿度、有机层厚度、溶解性有机碳、c∶n均显著减小,而土壤ph值则显著上升;同时林火显著减少了土壤微生物生物量,但上述所有土壤性质指标在火烧强度处理间差异不显著。相较于对照样地,轻度火烧和高强度火烧后,土壤有效氮含量均显著增加,但火烧强度间差异不显著;火后土壤有效磷含量也显著高于对照区,且高低强度火烧间存在显著差异;而有效钾变化不显著。

Abstract: ?林火是北方针叶林的一种重要组分,是促进森林生态系统养分循环的重要方式。为探讨林火对土壤的影响,以大兴安岭呼中自然保护区2010和2000年火烧迹地为研究对象,并选择附近未过火区作为对照样地,测定分析了受林火影响的土壤理化及微生物指标。结果表明:与对照区相比,火后1年,兴安落叶松林土壤性质发生了显著变化,即土壤水分、有机层厚度、c/n均显著减小,而土壤ph值、铵氮和硝氮含量则显著增加;同时土壤微生物生物量碳氮含量显著减少;火后11年,土壤理化性质基本与对照间无显著差异,但土壤微生物量仍显著低于对照区。这表明火后土壤的理化性质恢复较快,而火对微生物的影响较为持久。本研究将为火后森林土壤养分的管理提供重要科学依据。?

Abstract: 采用实验法以50名3岁幼儿为被试,探讨学习不同的延迟策略对3岁幼儿在延迟时间上的特点,本研究结果表明:(1)注意转移策略的学习,对3岁幼儿在延迟时间上有显著地提高;(2)自我言语鼓励策略的学习,对3岁幼儿在延迟时间上也表现出提高的趋向,但没有达到统计学上的显著意义。
Based on the method of experiment with fifty 3-year children as subject, this paper aims to investigate the characteristic of learning the different delay strategies on delay time of 3-year-old children. The result reveals that:(1) Attention transfer strategy can improve effectively the delay gratification time of three-year-old children;(2) Learning self-language-encouraging strategy can promote a tendency of improving the delay gratification time of three-year-old children, but it can’t reach the level of significant difference at statistics.

Inclusion bodies produced in Escherichia coli are composed of densely packed denatured protein molecules in the form of particles. Refolding of inclusion body proteins into bioactive forms is cumbersome, results in poor re- covery and accounts for the major cost in production of recombinant proteins from E. coli. With new information available on the structure and function of protein aggregates in bacterial inclusion bodies, it has been possible to de- velop improved solubilization and refolding procedures for higher recovery of bioactive protein indexed at this paper.

决策树是数据挖掘的一种重要手段,在数据挖掘知识发现中有广泛的应用。本文在SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio平台上,通过决策树模型绘制了决策树并且得出了关于预测项住房状况的影响因子以及影响程度的强弱,最后对数据挖掘结果进行分析与预测且得到了比较理想的预测与结论。
Decision tree is an important means of data mining. It has a wide range of applications in data mining knowledge discovery. The paper uses SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio platform. Using decision tree data model, we can draw decision tree. At last, we analyse and predict the results, so that we draw a more ideal conclusion.

Abstract:
介质损耗角计算精度是影响氧化锌避雷器绝缘在线监测系统性能的关键因素,本文针对谐波对氧化锌避雷器绝缘在线监测系统中的介质损耗角计算精度的影响,提出了一种基于BP网络的谐波干扰误差修正方法,即用BP网络来辨识电力系统中的三次、五次谐波含量与介质损耗角误差修正值Δδ之间的非线性关系,构建基于BP网络的介质损耗角修正模型,并通过该修正模型得出介质损耗角修正值Δδ,来对在线监测系统介质损耗角测量值进行修正,仿真研究和实验室试验结果表明,该方法对于抑制谐波干扰误差具有良好的效果。
The measurement precision of dielectric loss angle is a key factor of the performance of on-line monitoring system of metal-oxide arresters. The causes of data error of on-line insulating monitoring system for MOA are intro- duced in the paper. Questions about harmonic interference in on-line monitoring insulation system of MOA are stated. For the effect of harmonic interference in on-line monitoring insulation system, a harmonic interference error correction method based on BP neural network is presented for modifying dielectric loss angle. This method is used to identify the nonlinear relation between 3nd, 5th harmonic and dielectric loss angle modified value Δδ through BP network. Finally the adjusting dielectric loss angle model based on BP network is gained. The dielectric loss angle modified value Δδ, which can be got from the adjusting model, is used to modify the measured value of dielectric loss angle. The results from tests and simulation show that the two methods above-mentioned have a good result on eliminating harmonic interference error.

Abstract:
利用有限元的思想并结合有限谱法提出求解偏微分方程的有限谱有限元方法,在元素内部基函数使用有限谱基函数。将此方法应用于求解不可压缩Navier-Stokes方程,具体求解了二维方腔流顶盖驱动流,并与基准解对比获得了比较好的结果。
A finite element method combined with the idea of finite spectral method was represented to solve the partial differential equations. In each element, finite spectral interpolation functions were used. The finite spectral finite element method was used to solve incompressible Navier- Stokes equations in this paper. The results of 2D-square cavity flow are presented and are in agreement with the accepted benchmark solutions.
