基于热光伏电池GaSb多晶薄膜的可控生长

Abstract: 采用物理气相沉积(PVD)法在ITO透明导电衬底上制备GaSb多晶薄膜.研究了衬底温度及薄膜厚度对GaSb薄膜结构特性、电学特性以及光学特性的影响.在一定条件下生长的GaSb薄膜择优取向由GaSb(111)晶向转变为GaSb(220)晶向,这是在玻璃衬底上生长GaSb薄膜没有发现的现象.择优取向改变为(220)晶向的GaSb薄膜具有更高的霍尔迁移率.因为这种薄膜材料具有更少的晶粒间界和更少的缺陷.经优化后的GaSb薄膜的光学吸收系数在104cm-1以上,适用于热光伏薄膜太阳电池中.

Abstract: 采用射频等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术,沉积一层种子层作为生长微晶硅锗本征层的起始层。研究了不同种子层对微晶硅锗本征层结构和对微晶硅锗太阳电池性能的影响。结果表明,将种子层应用到微晶硅锗电池中,可以显著提高电池的短路电流密度和填充因子,使微晶硅锗电池即使在本征层锗含量为30%的情况下,同样可以获得与微晶硅电池一样的短波响应。最后,经过优化制备出了初始效率为7.05%的微晶硅锗单结太阳电池。

Abstract: 采用射频等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术, 研究了辉光功率对微晶硅锗材料结构特性和光电特性的影响, 提出使用功率梯度的方法制备微晶硅锗薄膜太阳电池本征层. 优化后的微晶硅锗本征层不仅保持了晶化率纵向分布的均匀性, 而且形成了沿生长方向由宽到窄的渐变带隙分布, 使电池的填充因子和短路电流密度都得到了提高. 采用此方法制备的非晶硅/微晶硅锗双结叠层电池转换效率达到了9.54%.

Abstract: Combined Ag nanoparticles with Al2O3 dielectric layer structure have been designed for molecular detection using surface enhanced Raman scattering. Optical absorption spectra studies reveal dipole plasmon resonance absorption property, which show regular red shift with the increasing of the thickness of Al2O3 layer. By use the combined structure as SERS substrates and rhodamine 6G as a test molecule, the results in this paper show that the scattering at 1064 nm increases with the thickness of Al2O3 dielectric layer which leads to the surrounding dielectric constant of Ag nanoparticles to increase.

Abstract: 利用聚焦声束、横波波型对管材进行探伤已为无损检验人员所熟悉。聚焦探头与管子之间的配置,常采用使聚焦声束在水中的焦点落在与声束相垂直的直线上。至于聚焦声束在管外壁覆盖区上的入射角行为也已见报道,但未见到详细的讨论。 用超声波对管子内外壁纵向缺陷进行检验时,习惯上都已经应用超声横波波型,而在管内实现横波波型的方法则是利用不同介质分界面上的波型转换。亦即在对管子进行检验时是利用水和管子交界面上的纵波波型和横波波型间的转换。由于管子的形状,致使

Abstract: 目的:分离和培养人脂肪干细胞(hADSCs),并在体外定向诱导hADSCs分化为脂肪细胞。方法:利用胶原酶消化法和贴壁筛选法从人脂肪组织中分离、培养及扩增hADSCs;应用地塞米松、吲哚美辛、3-异丁基-1-甲基黄嘌呤及胰岛素定向诱导hADSCs分化为脂肪细胞。结果:体外分离、培养出高度同源性的hADSCs,hADSCs具有相对特异的细胞表面标志,即CD29、CD73、CD105及CD166呈阳性表达,而CD31及HLA-DR呈阴性表达;hADSCs具有典型的干细胞增殖特点,大部分处于静息期,只有少数细胞处于增殖活跃期;hADSCs能被诱导分化为脂肪细胞。结论:成功地分离、培养出高度同源性的、未分化的hADSCs;体外定向诱导hADSCs可分化为脂肪细胞。

Abstract:

信息论与编码是通信工程的核心专业基础课之一。针对该课程需学生兼具广泛数学理论与工程实际背景的特点和学生的现状,从理论教学的目的和内容出发,探讨了由点而面、书本知识结合信息科学发展的教学方法。统计数据表明:授课条理清晰、逻辑推理严谨、多与学生交流,把握学生的学习动态,促使教与学互动是教学效果不断提高的关键。

The Information Theory and Coding is one of the core professional basic courses to the major of communication engineering. From points to face, the teaching methods of book knowledge combined with the development of information science, based on the purpose and content of the theoretical teaching and studying, are analyzed according to the characteristics that the students must be with both wide range of mathematical theory and engineering background and the status of the students. The statistics show that the key to continu- ously improve teaching effectiveness is the clear teaching, strictly logical reasoning, exchanging with students, grasping the dynamics of student learning and promoting the teaching and learning interaction.

Abstract: 在调查问卷搜集所得数据的基础上,本文意图通过描述性统计分析和Logit模型定量研究抱负资本的积累效应对大学毕业生人力资本经济价值的影响,着重分析抱负资本与大学毕业生获取高收入可能性之间的量化关系。本文研究的结果表明,在其他条件相似的情况下,大学生抱负资本积累程度的不同会直接影响到其实现未来价值的可能性和获得高收入的概率。
Based on the data collecting by questionnaires, this paper intends to analyze the accumulation effect of ambition capital on the economic value of college graduates’ human capital through descriptive analyses and quantitative econometric method—the Logit model. And this paper particularly focuses on the quantitative relationship between a college graduate’s ambition capital and the likelihood he could get a higher than average salary. Under similar conditions, this paper proves that the different levels of accumulation in ambition capital will directly affect a college graduate’s likelihood to achieve his future value and the possibility he could gain a higher than average salary.

为了将智能移动设备应用于电力系统学习交流中,本文选择Surface Pro作为开发平台,以一个典型电力系统动态转角稳定性问题为例,从实例建模开始,详细介绍了程序设计(计算)流程,编制了软件并进行了实际仿真和结果分析,展示了一种与智能电网发展阶段相适应的学习方式。
To study applying intelligent mobile equipment and power system communication, this paper selects Surface Pro as a development platform, with a typical power system dynamic angle stability problem as an example, starting from the instance modeling, programming (computing) process introduced in detail, compiling the software and the actual simulation and the result analysis, trying to provide a compatible with the smart grid development stage of learning style.
