Abstract: 对土沉香的植物形态、生态学特性、迁地保护措施、沉香形成机理,造香、采收和加工分级进行了综述。通过分析其药用价值、园林绿化、香精等方面的开发利用价值,认为土沉香作为乡土树种,不仅经济和观赏价值较高,而且适应性强、繁殖简单、栽培容易、病虫害少,可大力推广种植土沉香。
水分胁迫对澳洲坚果叶绿素a荧光参数的影响

Abstract: 利用植物效能分析仪,研究水分胁迫对澳洲坚果叶绿素a荧光动力学参数的影响.结果表明,水分胁迫下澳洲坚果叶绿素a荧光动力学参数中,可变荧光(Fv)下降,光系统(PS)原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)和PS的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)降低.Fv,Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo在水分胁迫各处理的变化趋势为N>L>M>CK,且不同品种间值的大小也存在一定差异.随着水分胁迫强度的加剧,Fv,Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值也明显变小.
云南芒果种质基因组大小测定与变异分析

Abstract: 为了解云南芒果(mangiferaindical.)种质资源的基因组的变异情况,采用流式细胞术对35份云南芒果种质资源的基因组大小进行了测定和变异分析。结果表明,云南芒果种质资源的基因组大小存在一定差异,基因组的平均c值是0.445110pg,0.4353177×109bp,最小的是采自景洪的半栽培种ysm-44(0.434567pg,0.4250060×109bp),最大的是采自红河的野生种ysm-25(0.458679pg,0.4485881×109bp)。基因组c值变异程度最大的是野生种(cv=1.65%),其次为半野生种(cv=1.26%)、半栽培种(cv=1.21%)和栽培种(cv=0.11%)。与芒果具有相近基因组大小的多为苔藓植物,与"c值悖论"观点相一致。因此,应用流式细胞术能准确、快捷地测定芒果基因组大小,而且云南野生、半野生及半栽培芒果种质资源遗传变异类型丰富,有较大的挖掘利用潜力。

Abstract: 为探讨不同程度干旱胁迫对14个橡胶树无性系幼苗生长及生理指标的影响,以??1年??生橡胶树无性系幼苗为试验材料,在人工盆栽自然干旱胁迫条件下,测定了各无性系的叶片组织含水量(RWC)、保护酶(POD、SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白(SP)含量等生理指标。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,橡胶树叶片的相对含水量(RWC)呈下降趋势,保护酶活性及可溶性蛋白含量整体呈先升后降的趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量均呈上升趋势。各指标的变化幅度在不同无性系间表现不一,且干旱胁迫到5 d和10 d时无性系间的差异均达到极显著水平(p<0.01)。利用隶属函数法对材料进行了抗旱性综合评价,初步选出抗旱能力较强的4个无性系:314(云研1号)、617(河大8)、271(特云研1号)、618(德15)。
In order to discuss the effects of different degrees of water stress on graft-seedling growth and physiological indicators of 14 clones,using 14 clones of 1-year-old graft-seedlings of Hevea brasiliensis as materials,the physiological indexes,including RWC,the activities of peroxidase (POD),superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble protein (SP) content in the leaves were measured through artificial potted water control experiments.The results showed that with the increase of drought stress,RWC decreased,and the protective enzyme activities and soluble protein content increased at the beginning and decreased at last,MDA content increased.The variable quantity of physiological indexes significant varied among 14 clones (p<0.0001).A comprehensive evaluation on drought resistance of different clones was given based an subordinate function values analysis.The four clones (No.314,617,271,and 618) had relatively strong drought resistance

橡胶树不同叶位叶绿素空间分布特点

Abstract: 以橡胶树9个优树无性系45株树为材料,测定了叶片SPAD值、叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素含量,依据不同叶位分类统计,分析空间分布特点。结果表明,SPAD值、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量在橡胶树不同无性系、同枝的不同叶蓬、同叶蓬的不同复叶、同叶片不同部位间差异都达到显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)水平,而同一复叶的3片小叶间基本无差异;这4个指标在所有无性系和分株间都表现出相同的分布特点:同枝的叶蓬2<叶蓬3<叶蓬4,同叶蓬的上部<中部<下部,同叶片的叶尖<叶中<叶基。同时,4个指标两两呈极显著(P<0.01)正相关。建议在橡胶树种质资源鉴定工作中,进行淘汰选择时可以用SPAD值代表叶绿素含量作为评价指标,生理测定时特别注意采样部位。
Taking 45 plants of 9 Hevea brasiliensis plus tree clones as materials,we measured the SPAD value,the contents of chlorophyll a,b,and total chlorophyll of the leaves.Based on the classification statistics of different leaf positions,their spatial distribution characteristics were analyzed.There were significant differences in chlorophyll contents (P<0.01 or P<0.05) among 9 clones and among several spatial positions from the aspects of extension unit (EU),leaf position,part of blade,but no difference among the 3 leaflets of same palmate-ternate.The SPAD value,chlorophyll a,b and total chlorophyll content of leaf in the all plant division of 9 clones showed same characteristics as EU2
地方政府债务融资成本:现状与对策

Abstract: ?债务融资成本高企无疑加重地方政府的债务负担,加剧地方政府债务风险。分析表明:地方政府债券、城投债的资金成本均较低,商业性银行融资成本比较适中,信托、融资租赁、资管计划的资金成本均很高,BT融资成本最高。应该采用疏堵结合的方式,在降低融资成本、避免债务风险的同时,为城镇化融资提供新的引擎。有效扩充政策性融资渠道,适当放松商业银行融资通道,严格限制影子银行融资和BT融资,充分发挥政策性银行的先导作用、商业性银行的主导作用、城投债的支柱作用,为地方政府债务问题的处理争取时间和空间,从而做到在经济发展中逐步解决地方政府的债务问题。
