HPLC-ICP-MS联用检测转基因大豆中的硒形态

Abstract: 本文研究建立了高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(HPLC-ICP-MS)联用检测转基因大豆中的硒酸盐(SeVI)、亚硒酸盐(SeIV)、硒代蛋氨酸(selenomethionine,SeMet)、硒代胱氨酸(selenocystine,SeCys2)和硒代乙硫氨酸(selenoethionine,SeEt)的方法。探讨了色谱柱、流动相及其酸度对分离效果的影响,使用10 mmol/L的柠檬酸溶液(pH值4.5)作流动相,Hamilton PRP X-100色谱柱分离,碰撞反应池技术消除40Ar40Ar+和40Ar2H2+等多原子离子干扰,ICP-MS检测82Se同位素,在21 min内可完全分离检测5种硒形态。探讨了不同提取方法的提取效果,优化了提取条件,采用蛋白酶提取,针对美国进口的转基因大豆样品进行加标回收实验,结果表明采用蛋白酶提取,SeIV和SeVI的回收率在100%左右,SeMet的回收率在92.6%~109.3%之间,SeCys2和SeEt的回收率为81.2%~95.9%。该方法可完全满足转基因大豆中的硒形态定量分析鉴定。
An analytical method to detect selenium species such as selenate [Se(IV)], selenite [Se(VI)], selenomethionine (SeMet), selenocystine (SeCys2), and selenoethionine (SeEt) in genetically modified soybean was established using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS). The effects of the chromatographic column, mobile phase, and acidity on separation were evaluated. Hamilton PRP X-100 reversed phase anion exchange column with 10 mmol/L citric acid solution as the mobile phase was used for separation. Collision cell technology was adopted to eliminate the interference of polyatomic ions such as 40Ar40Ar+ and 40Ar2H2+. Isotope 82Se was detected by ICP-MS. The five species were completely separated within 21 min. The extraction procedure was discussed and optimized. A spiked recovery experiment was carried out with proteinase extration, using genetically modified soybean imported from the USA. The result showed that the recoveries were around 100% for Se(IV) and Se(VI), was in the range 92.6%–109.3% for SeMet, and they were in the range 81.2%–95.9% for SeCys2 and SeEt. This method can be used for the quantitative determination of selenium species in genetically modified soybeans.

基于伪zernike矩模糊不变量的图像识别算法

Abstract: 为了提高模糊图像的识别率,提出了一种新的基于正交伪zernike矩模糊不变量的图像识别算法。该算法首先推导出模糊图像的伪zernike矩和原始图像的伪zernike矩之间的线性关系,然后利用该关系构造出伪zernike矩的模糊不变量,最后将该不变量作为描述算子对模糊图像进行识别。实验表明,与zernike矩模糊不变量相比,伪zernike矩不变量具有更好的模糊不变性,并且基于伪zernike矩模糊不变量的图像识别算法能获得更高的识别率,特别是当图像含有较大噪声时。

Abstract: 记忆的射程能够到达的地方和元素,都可以称之为"记忆场域",诸如场所、物品、活动。"海洋"以及与海洋息息相关的"岛屿"同样也不例外。岛屿是海洋文化重要组成部分的同时,也承载着海洋文化的记忆。首先,岛屿是对海洋文化现象的记忆。自古以来,岛屿是渔民劳作的场所,是海洋针路的航标,是海上交通的驿站,甚至是文明传播的"陆桥"和"天之浮桥"。其次,岛屿是对海洋文化价值的记忆。岛屿是岛民生存的家园,是海洋民俗最基本的内容,是文化人类学研究的重要对象,也是人类认识自身海洋文明演进的活化石。岛屿还维持了地球生态和生物种群的多样性,甚至成为人类的世外桃源。其三,岛屿是对海洋审美文化的记忆。岛屿丰富了海洋文化美的内涵,给人类以视觉和心灵的感动。岛屿给人们以美丽的憧憬、探险的冲动,丰富了人类的精神世界、文学世界,记忆着海洋历史文化的丰厚遗产。与岛屿相关的战争文化和历史硝烟也成为人类永恒的记忆。在现实层面,岛屿还是对海洋领土和海洋权益的记忆。总之,岛屿可以作为人类记忆的重要场域,也是扩大人类认知空间的重要方法
Bootstrap与变权重相结合的多模型综合预测方法

Abstract: 为了更好地估计构件的疲劳寿命,一种较好的策略是将几个合适模型进行合并预测,但传统合并预测的权重值为确定值,随着对预测精度要求的提高,变权重模型合并预测方法逐渐受到重视。但在工程中仅估计出预测结果还不足以提供充分的决策信息,进一步得到置信区间显得很有必要。本文提出一种基于Bootstrap与变权重的多模型综合置信区间预测方法,运用Bootstrap对合并数据进行再抽样,依据再抽样样本,采用变权重合并方法得到各项模型的权重函数,将各预测模型合并起来,最后通过百分位数法预测得到预测置信区间。将该方法用于工程算例中进行了验证,说明本文方法的合理性和可行性。
To predict the fatigue life of the component accurately, a good strategy is to combine several suitable models for the prediction, but the weight value of the traditional method is a determined value. In order to improve the prediction accuracy, weight changeable combination forecasting method has been paid more and more attention. However, estimating the predicted results in the project is not sufficient to provide adequate decision information, and it is necessary to estimate the confidence interval. This paper presents a multi-model comprehensive confidence interval forecasting method based on Bootstrap and variable weight. Bootstrap is used to sample the combined data, based on the re-sampling samples, the weights of each model are obtained by variable weight combining method, and finally the confidence interval is predicted by the quantile method. The method is applied to the engineering example to verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method

Abstract: 传统的2维几何矩算法着眼于单个矩形窗口,但当关心的矩形区域在大地图上滑动时,传统算法效率不高。为提高2维几何矩运算速度,提出了一种新的快速迭代算法。由于该算法能够充分利用相邻滑动窗重叠的像素信息,从而可以大大提高2维几何矩的计算效率。该算法所需的乘法和加法运算复杂度完全与滑动窗尺寸?N×L无关,都为O(1)。与传统算法的2维几何矩运算复杂度O(N×L)相比,该算法运算速度可以比传统算法提高接近N×L?倍。计算机仿真结果验证了该结论。该速度可以满足大多数实时应用的需要。
