Abstract: 黄墩支港的蛤仔群体组成以2龄贝为主,占87.5%。体重与壳长之间关系为:w=0.1491l~(3.2590)。其生长适合于logistic自然生长方程(tm为月龄)。壳生长曲线的拐点为25.31月龄,其生长速度能反映生长过程的变化特征,合理捕捞的生物学指标应以生长转折点以后较为适当。主要采2.76厘米左右大规格的2龄贝和3龄贝。黄墩支港蛤仔资源实际结算量为9243吨,理论估算量为9640吨,合理捕捞量估算为3500—4000吨。采捕季节规定4—8月为宜。

Abstract: For the purpose of the rational management and stock propagation, this paper deals with a detailed investigation on the population dynamics of clam (Ruditapes philippinarum) at Huangden area in Xiangshan harbour during the period of July 1984 to October' 1985. The stock composition is mainly made up of two years old clams, being up to 87.5% of the total. According to the variation in the increment rate of shell fringe new rings largely appear in December. The shell length and shell height as function of the length of shell's fringe (R) can be expressed as:L, = 1.2020R 0.0410; H = 0.7827R 0.1719. The relationship between body weight and body length is W = 0.1491L3.2590. Its growth rate fits in with Logistis natural equationThe inflexion point of the shell length increment curve is at 25.31 month age. The curves of growth and acceleration can reflect the nature of changes in the growing process. The practical estimation of the resources amount at Huangden area agrees basically with the theoretical estimation (about 9.0 thousand ton). The rational catching amount should be 3.5 - 4.0 thousand ton). It is necessary to suggest that minimun legal harvestable age, size and catching season should be 2 years old, 2.76cm in length and from April to August.
红霉素链霉菌2-62溶源性菌株的确证与特性研究

Abstract: 我们从红霉紊产生菌Streptomyces erythreus的27株系谱菌株中分离到一株带确噬菌体的2—62菌株,并对2—62菌株作了多方面的考察。根据单菌落传代、孢子加热,柠檬酸钠洗涤消除噬菌体后仍继续释放噬菌体;2—62菌株释放的噬菌体经纯化后制备抗血清,用此抗血清处理2—62菌株的斜面孢子,以中和游离的噬菌体,这种孢子在培养过程中仍继续释放噬菌体;2—62菌株对其自身释放的噬菌体具有免疫力等特性,确证2—62菌株为溶源性菌株。用紫外线或丝裂霉素C进行诱导试验,噬菌体释放量增加不多。将2—62菌株释放的温和性噬菌体感染P32一102敏感菌,得到的溶源化菌林亦释放噬菌体,并且溶源化菌林的性状保持稳定。
红霉素链霉菌噬菌体的分离和鉴定

Abstract: 我们从红霉素的异常发酵液申分离到14株红霉素链霉菌噬菌体。对每一噬菌体进行了纯化,并描述了噬菌斑的形态。大部份噬菌体的噬菌斑六而清晰透明,而P4、P8、P10的噬菌斑小而呈半透明。根据血清中和反应试验,这些噬菌体可区分为三种血清类型。选择三种血清型的代表噬临体做热失活及pFt稳定性试验,结果表明:三种类型的噬菌体对热的失活呈明显差异,而对PH的适应性较为广泛。寄主范围测定结果,P4、P9噬菌体对多种抗生素产生菌能感染,为一多价噬菌体,P1 仅对红镱紊链霉菌能感染,为单价噬菌体。

Abstract: 一、问题的提出半个世纪来,国内外在寒冷地区从事各种工程建筑时,均普遍采用纯净的砂砾(卵)石料,或粗、中砂换填冻胀性土层,来消除或减轻地基土的冻胀量(或冻胀力),从而达到防治建筑物冻胀变形,并且常常得到拟想的结果。

Abstract: 目的:总结三维步态分析在矫治马蹄足畸形中的应用意义和进展,分析存在的问题和进一步研究方向。方法:查阅近年来三维步态分析与马蹄足畸形相关的国内外基础和临床文献,进行总结分析。结果:三维步态分析系统的客观参数不仅可以指导帮助手术方法的选择,还有助于分析和比较手术疗效、研究和探索发病机制。结论:三维步态分析在马蹄足畸形的矫治过程中有较大应用意义和前景,进一步工作方向为大样本的病例研究和国人正常值数据库的建立。
Objective: To review the application significance and progress of 3D gait analysis for the correction of equinus foot deformity and to analyze the problems at present as well as to predict the trend of development in the field. Methods: Domestic and abroad literature concerning the methods of 3D gait analysis applied in equinus foot deformity in recent years was reviewed extensively and thoroughly analyzed. Results: 3D gait analysis was effective not only to help preoperative decision making but also to quantify the results of the treatment and to explore the pathogenesis of equinus foot deformity. Conclusion: There is great significance and prospect of 3D gait analysis applied in the treatment for equinus foot deformity, however, studies of large sample and establishment of normal database need to explore further.
TEM OBSERVATION OF PHASE TRANSFORMATION IN 47121 β-Ti ALLOY

Abstract: 用透射电镜研究了Ti-4Al-7Mo-10V-2Fe-1Zr亚稳β-Ti合金中的相变规律。结果表明,淬火态存在无热ω相(ω_a)。低于500℃时效,发生β→B+ω_(iso)→β+α转变。在400℃以下,α相均匀长大,450—500℃时效,初期由等温ω相(ω_(iso))转变的α相不再是均匀长大,在原始β相晶界和晶内局部处发生选择性长大。高于550℃时效,发生β→β+α直接转变,在多数α相的片中有内挛晶。内孪晶的量随着时效时间延长或温度升高而减少,最终消失。伴随这一过程;在α相片的边缘产生台阶和错动。低温或商温转变的α相,其与β相的晶体学取向都符合Burgers关系。本工作仅在一只试样的选区衍射花样中有弧形衍射斑,这最可能是TiH_2析出的结果。
6Cr4Mo3Ni2WV工模具钢二次硬化过程的透射电镜观察

Abstract: 用电镜薄膜技术研究了6Cr4Mo3Ni2WV基体钢的淬火和回火态的组织结构,着重观察了硬度-回火温度曲线峰值附近的结构,指出合金的二次硬化主要由V_4C_3和M_2C沉淀产生.回火时沿马氏体内孪晶界和{112}晶面析出的片状渗碳体,低于450℃是稳定的,高于500℃是亚稳相,它在回火过程中转变为V_4C_3,M_2C和新的细化渗碳体,这对二次硬化也有贡献;但更主要的是这种转变使合金的冲击韧性α_K值显著提高.在600—650℃亚稳渗碳体的转变区复合转变为M_6C和Cr_7C_3,同时沿原始奥氏体晶界和亚晶界析出连续的等轴M_6C和Cr_7C_3,这一过程又使α_K值下降.
