Abstract: 建构主义理论是现代教学理论和实践的产物,本文针对高校模拟电子技术传统教学中存在的问题,论述了建构主义教学模式的原理与过程,探讨了基于建构主义的模拟电子技术教学改革与教学内容安排。 Constructivism is a modern product of teaching theory and practice. To counter problems in the traditional teaching of the universities analog electronic technology, principles and processes of constructivist teaching mode are discussed in this paper. Furthermore, teaching reform and teaching content arrangements of constructivism-based analogy electronic technology are also presented.

Abstract: 论文分析了目前长江流域水资源管理方面存在的问题,提出了建设水资源综合管理决策支持系统的必要性,指出建设长江流域水资源模型是该系统的基础与核心。构建长江流域水资源模型应综合考虑动态水文循环、需水预测、水资源优化配置、应急调水以及不同的气候变化模式。选取汉江流域为典型流域,初步实现了集模拟预测配置调度(优化)为一体的水资源模型,为今后长江流域水资源模型的建立奠定了理论和模型基础。
The current weakness of water resource management in the YangtzeRiver basinwas discussed, and future necessity and key function of supporting system based on water resource model for integrated management were analyzed in this paper. The system should take into account of climate-change pushed hydrological cycle, water demanding prediction, water resource optimal allocation and emergent water diversion, etc. The pilot system will be developed firstly for water resource simulation, prediction, allocation and optimization in the Han River, and then extend to Yangtze River basin.

本文在MATLAB环境下采用窗函数法设计了一个低通滤波器,并在CCS集成开发环境下进行了仿真,给出了在DSP芯片上进行了实现的过程。FDATool工具箱也被用来进行滤波器的设计,可方便地根据设计要求随时改变参数,以使滤波器达到最优化。
A low-pass filter is designed under MATLAB environment in this paper by using the window function method. Simulation test and implement are finished under the CCS integrated development environment, and the details of realization process on the DSP chip are also presented. FDATool toolbox is also used for filter design so that the parameters can be changed at any time according to the design requirements, which will make the filter achieve the optimization.

本文设计了一个语音信号分析处理系统并在Matlab环境下进行了实现。该系统能够实现信号的采集与播放,同时对语音信号进行时域分析与处理,获得信号的短时过零率,短时能量、短时自相关函数等参数。该系统充分利用了Matlab强大的数值计算、信号处理、图形显示等能力,具有使用方便,通用性强等优点。
>A speech signal analysis and processing system is realized in this paper under the Matlab environment. Signal acquisition and playback are also achieved in the system and a lot of time-domain parameters can be obtained while signal analysis is processing, such as short-term signal zero-crossing rate, short-time energy, short-time auto- correlation function, and so on. Powerful numerical calculation, signal processing, and graphics display capabilities of Matlab are fully used in this system. It is easy to use, and it has the versatility and other advantages.

Abstract:
本研究就文化适应态度、觉知歧视与自尊、生活满意度等行为问题,探讨了中国农民工在进城务工中觉知到的歧视与文化适应的关系。被试由143名进城农民工组成。他们按要求完成了一个包括以上各个变量的问卷。结果显示,社会文化适应能力与觉知歧视和分开适应策略呈消极相关,F(12,130) = 8.64,p < .001。对于公共政策制定的影响有待讨论。
This study examined the factors associated with the psychological and socio-cultural adaptation of China migrant workers, in terms of acculturation strategies, perceived discrimination in managing daily life. The participants were 143 migrant workers. They were requested to complete a ques-tionnaire on the above variables. The results indicated that socio-cultural adaptation outcome va-riables were negatively related to acculturation strategies and perceived discrimination (F(12,130) = 8.64, p < .001). Implications for service provisions were discussed.

面对日益严峻的南海局势,我国曾经提出了“主权归我、搁置争议、共同开发”的解决原则,但在巨大的现实利益面前,此原则没有得到南海声索国的广泛认同,甚至招致部分声索国的反对,其中态度最为激烈的是越南。本文将从越南的地缘环境、历史进程、国家实力三个方面分析越南的南海主张,以及中国应对越南南海政策相应措施。
Facing the increasingly serious situation in the South China Sea, China has put forward a principle which is “sovereignty belongs to China, shelving differences and seeking joint development”, but in front of the great realistic interests, this principle has not been widely recognized by the other South China Sea relevant countries, but even been opposed. The country which held the most in-tense attitude is Vietnam. This article will analyze the South China Sea Policy of Vietnam in three aspects which are environment, history and national power, and at the same time find China’s re-sponse measures.

Abstract:

本文提出了一种热力学函数图式运算方法,这种方法把函数和变量的关系按照三种运算规则排列成图形:1) 相邻两函数之差等于连接这两个函数的共轭变量之积;2) 一个函数的微分等于它的两个特征变量的微分乘其共轭系数之和;3) 函数图内圈上每三个变量组成的偏导数等于按反转规则运行的另外三个变量组成的偏导数。运算规则安排巧妙,操作方便,容易掌握。可供教学和科研工作者使用。
 A graphic algorithm for the derivation of the characteristic thermodynamic functions has been presented. The relation between the functions and variables are arranged in graphics according to the following three rules. 1) The dif- ference of two neighboring functions is equal to the product of the two conjugate variables which link the two functions; 2) The differential of a function is equal to its characteristic variable differential multiplied by its conjugate coefficient; 3) The partial derivative formed by three variables arranged sequentially along the inner circle is equal to its counterpart formed by another three variables by using reverse arrangement rule. This algorithm is intelligible, operation convenient and easy to grasp, which proves to be beneficial for the teaching and studying.

Abstract: 滨江城市地区以堤防挡洪,以泵站排涝,其排涝计算的核心在于确定合理的泵站设计流量,目前尚无可靠的方法。滨江城市排涝计算中复杂的泵站抽排边界是其区别于天然河道非恒定流计算的典型特征,因此,处理泵站抽排边界是合理确定泵站设计流量的关键。论文提出了试算法的处理方法,通过假设泵站流量初值,利用非恒定流试算,以城市河网水位为控制条件,多次试算得到最终泵站设计流量。论文提出了不同的初值赋予方式,列出计算框图,增强了方法适用性。最后该法在南京市河西新城区进行了运用,结果科学可行,为滨江城市地区计算泵站设计排涝流量提供了一种新方法。
Riverside cities always prevent flood by embankments, draining water-logging by pump stations, in which the core of drainage calculation is to determine the reasonable design drainage capacity of pump stations. There’s no reliable method at present. During the process of the calculation in riverside cities, the complicated drainage boundary of pump stations has typical characteristics, differing from the boundary of natural unsteady flow calculation. Therefore, the key point is the handling of the drainage boundary to find out the reasonable design drainage capacity of pump stations. A trial and error calculation method is proposed in this paper. By assuming the initial design drainage capacity of pump stations, the final value is obtained by the trial and error calculations of unsteady flow, taking the water level of city river network as controlling condition. Different ways to assume initial values and the flow chart are given, in order to improve the applicability of the proposed method. Hexi New Town of Nanjing City was taken as a case study, results showed that the method is scientific and feasible, which provides a new method to determine the reasonable design drainage capacity of pump stations in riverside cities.
