某抽水蓄能电站甩负荷试验与仿真计算成果分析

Abstract: ?考虑到抽水蓄能电站压力脉动较大,为了确保压力脉动修正的合理性,首次提出了实施延时段和关闭段分段修正的修正方法。根据某抽水蓄能电站实际运行调度情况,确定了极端控制性工况,并采用数值仿真手段对该极端控制性工况展开预测计算,以验证其结果是否满足调节保证设计要求。验证结果表明,现场实测数据和数值仿真计算结果具有较好的吻合性。可为该电站长期、安全运行提供参考依据。

Abstract:
本文从财富涌现和流转的角度分析了16世纪明朝的发展状况,指出明朝未能实现社会转型并崩溃的原因。以现代的眼光看,正确的模式应该是在农业、工商业等优势产业的基础上,通过自主创新来扩大优势,然后开拓海外市场赚取财富,并通过金融手段来透支未来的财富,从而实现社会转型。然而,明朝却错失了机会,最终在其人民的自我肯定需求得不到适当满足的状况下走向灭亡。
The failure of social transformation of the 16th century Ming Dynasty is analyzed from the point of view of the emergence and transfer of wealth. In modern perspective, an appropriate model is to expand Ming’s advantage by independent innovation in its competitive industries like agriculture and handicrafts, to open up overseas markets to drain western wealth, and to overdraw future wealth through financial means in order to achieve social transformation. However, Ming Dynasty missed the opportunity to meet the self-as- sertiveness demands of its own people appropriately and perished in the end.

Abstract:

宗教文化是近代西方世界精神文化的核心。发源自英国的清教在17世纪传播至北美大陆,迅速成为北美占主导地位的宗教教派,清教所代表的文化也成为北美社会的主导文化。随着美国社会的不断发展,清教文化所体现出的精神内涵逐步为全体美国人所接受,成为现代美国主流文化的核心。而美国社会认知膜也随着以清教文化为基础的美国主流文化的发展演变而逐渐形成并不断增强。这一认知膜促使全体美国人团结起来为建设美国共同奋斗,抵御了各种外部思想对美国社会的冲击,最终使美国成为世界上最强大的国家。中国也应当从中华传统文化中汲取合理内涵并加以现代化,为构建中国社会认知膜、保护中国社会的持续健康发展提供有力的支柱。
Religious culture is the core spirit of the modern western world culture. In the 17th century, Puritanism was originated in England, and spread to the North American continent. Then Puritanism rapidly became the dominant religious sect of North America, and the culture represented by Puritan became the dominant culture of society in North America. With the continuous development of American society, the spiritual connotation embodied by Puritan culture was gradually accepted by all American people, and Puritan culture became the core of modern American mainstream culture. And with the development of American mainstream culture which based on Puritan culture, the American social cognitive membrane gradually formed and increased. This cognitive membrane urged all Americans to unite to struggle for the construction of the USA, and withstood the impact of various external ideas of American society, and eventually made the USA as the world’s most powerful nation. China should also learn from the reasonable meaning of traditional Chinese culture and modernize it, thus building Chinese social cognitive membrane to provide strong pillars to protect the sustained and healthy development of Chinese society.

Abstract:
日本具有历史悠久、独特而富于变化的文明。独特的文明、地理、历史状况使得日本社会形成了独特的认知膜,且随着日本文明的演变而不断变化。从大化改新到明治维新,再到二战后,日本文明发展体现出明显的“学中国”到“学欧美”的变化。本文力图通过对于日本文明三个时期不同文明特征的分析,说明自我肯定需求在日本文明变化中起到的根本性作用,以及日本社会认知膜的主要特征,并对当下中国应当如何预测和应对日本的变化给出了自己的建议。
Japan has a long history, with a unique and abound change of civilization. The complex situation, including unique culture, lonely geography and distinctive history development, makes the Japa-nese society form a unique cognitive membrane, followed by changing the evolution of Japanese civilization. From Taika Reform to Meiji Restoration, even after the Second World War, the devel-opment of Japanese civilization has obviously changed from “learning China” to “learning Europe and America”. Through analyzing the characteristics of three periods for Japanese civilization, this paper tries to indicate that self-assertiveness demand has played a fundamental role and been the main feature of Japanese social cognitive membrane during the evolution of Japanese culture. Also this article gives some advices on how to predict and respond to the change of Japan for present China.

Abstract:
本文运用“自我肯定需求”和“认知膜”等新概念,对冷战时期美苏社会福利制度进行了比较研究。通过分析福利制度对社会凝聚力和社会核心价值观的影响,我们认为美国的福利制度优于苏联,这也是冷战最后由美国获得胜利的原因之一。社会福利制度是社会财富流动的重要一环,对社会核心价值观的维护和经济发展都具有重要意义。有鉴于此,我们进一步阐述了建立全民性的社会保障个人账户的概念内涵、主要特征和重要意义。
Social welfare systems of the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War are studied by introducing concept of self-assertiveness demands and cognitive membrane. The welfare system of the United States is in a better position than that of the Soviet Union by comparing their impacts on the social cohesion and core values, which makes it a reason United States won the Cold War. Social welfare system is an important link of social wealth flow. On this account, we further elaborate the concept, main characters and the importance of universal social security personal accounts.

Abstract: ?水力干扰分析是水电站水力过渡过程分析的重要组成部分。结合仙游抽水蓄能电站的实际状况,系统地介绍了水电站并网运行方式与水力干扰之间的关系;并根据水力干扰试验情况,开展了同等边界条件下的仿真计算,同时,还对极端控制性工况的干扰情况进行了预测。预测研究结果可为仙游抽水蓄能电站的安全运行提供理论与技术依据,并可为类似工程的设计与计算提供参考。
台风“梅花”(1109)双眼墙生消过程的卫星资料分析

Abstract: 利用cimss/mimic微波、amsu微波、静止红外、trmm卫星资料,详细地叙述了“梅花”台风三次双眼墙生消的演变过程,定量分析了这三次过程之间及其与以往研究的异同点,包括双眼墙的生消周期、空间尺度、结构、强度以及所伴随的台风强度变化,在此基础上提出了双眼墙生消的演变模型。结果表明:(1)螺旋云带型态演变是双眼墙生消过程的外在表现形式:随着台风眼墙与螺旋云带的脱离,螺旋云带自身首尾相连,在原台风眼墙的外围形成另一圈闭合环流,即双眼墙结构形成。外眼墙环流在加强加宽后向内收缩,内眼墙环流减弱并消失,只剩一单圈环流,或外眼墙环流演变为螺旋云带,则双眼墙结构消失;(2)双眼墙结构持续的时间可以由几小时至数天,这可能与内、外眼墙直径无关,而与台风环流特别是外眼墙结构有关。当外眼墙环流对称化后,内、外眼墙将在数小时内完成眼璧置换过程;(3)在一个成熟的双眼墙台风中,外眼墙对流发展高度较内眼墙高,内外眼墙之间是类似台风眼的下沉气流控制区;(4)基于adt的台风业务定强,可能不能正确地描述双眼墙台风强度的变化特征,而amsu-a所反映的台风暖心强度,能较好说明双眼墙生消过程中台风强度的剧烈变化。

Abstract: Smad蛋白是转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)超家族成员细胞内信号传导蛋白. 本研究在青岛文昌鱼中克隆到了两个Smad 基因, 分别命名为AmphiSmad 1/5/8和AmphiSmad 4. 它们编码的氨基酸序列具有典型的Smad 家族蛋白的结构特征, 都包含保守的MH1和MH2结构域. 进化分析表明, AmphiSmad 1/5/8属于R-Smad 亚家族的Smad 1, Smad 5和Smad 8亚群, 而AmphiSmad 4属于Co-Smad 亚家族. 在文昌鱼的早期胚胎发育中, 这两个基因都在脊索、肌节和消化道壁表达, 呈腹部化表达模式, 推测可能参与文昌鱼背腹轴的形成和分化. 另外, 在正常文昌鱼成体中这两个基因也在所检测的组织中广泛表达, 尤其在脊索和性腺中高表达, 提示它们可能在器官的形成中发挥重要作用.

离子及表面活性剂对甜高粱秆渣酶解的影响

Abstract: 为了提高纤维素酶水解经高温液态水处理后的甜高粱秆渣的效率,探讨了多种阴离子、阳离子以及吐温80(Tween80)对纤维素酶活力的影响,并初步探讨了Tween80影响甜高粱秆渣酶解的机制。酶激活试验表明,Br-、I-、NO3-、Ca2+、Mg2+和Co2+对纤维素酶有激活作用,但对甜高粱秆渣的水解效率提高不明显。添加Tween80发现,随着浓度的增加,它对纤维素酶的抑制作用增强,而Tween80添加量为0.175ml·(g甜高粱秆渣)-1时,甜高粱秆渣的酶解效率由16.6%提高到37.9%。吸附试验表明,甜高粱秆渣对纤维素酶和Tween80的吸附达到一定限度后不再上升,Tween80能显著降低甜高粱秆渣对纤维素酶的吸附。红外光谱分析发现,木质素对Tween80的吸附要强于它对纤维素酶的吸附。
