Abstract: ?资本金测算可根据项目所有的费用和预期的财务收益,测算项目在能维持正常运行并符合现行财务税收制度和银行信贷条件下的最大贷款能力与所需的资本金额度,是确定项目资金筹措方案、对项目进行科学财务评价的重要依据.以山西省现行的水价和电价为基础,对几种拟定的筹资方案条件下项目的最大贷款能力和相应资本金额度进行了测算,并结合受水区用水户水价承受能力分析结果,确定了引黄工程北干的资金筹措方案为:国家投资比例为40%,省内自筹比例为40%,贷款比例为20%.

Abstract: 产于鄂东南阳新岩体西部的脉状铜矿属岩浆热液成因,成矿受岩体内部断裂构造控制,并且具有典型的围岩蚀变特征.其中伴生金、银含量显示了潜在远景,是该区值得重视的矿产新类型.文中初步分析了成矿机理并探讨了找矿方向.

Abstract: 利用ncep/ncar再分析资料和西藏高原气象观测站逐日降水资料对1980—2011年5—9月967个伊朗高压东伸影响高原个例进行了分析,将西藏高原降水分布类型分为大雨型、中雨型、小雨型和无雨型四类分布,分别有158、516、165和128d;当伊朗高压脊线偏北(南)时,500hpa的南北气流辐合偏强(弱),200hpa辐散偏强(弱),高原上的降水偏大(小);伊朗高压东伸除直接影响西藏高原的环流外,当其脊线偏北(南),索马里越赤道急流强度偏强(弱),导致孟加拉湾水汽输送多(少),高原降水偏强(弱)。
沙棘油治疗烧伤创面的临床观察

Abstract: 目的效果观察沙棘油的治疗烧伤创面。方法将沙棘油与纱布制成沙棘油纱布作为内层敷料贴缚于创面,然后以无菌纱布覆盖包扎,隔日更换1次直至创面愈合。结果151例烧伤病人创面用药组和对照组用凡士林油治疗创面结果显示,沙棘油具有减少创面渗出、缓解疼痛、促进上皮和肉芽组织生长、加速创面愈合作用。统计学分析两组具有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论沙棘油是医学上有广泛用途的珍贵药用油,作为一种治疗烧伤创面的外用药,具有肯定的疗效。更多还原
阿霉素对模式生物斑马鱼中abcb4基因表达的影响

Abstract: 目的 选择斑马鱼作为实验对象,研究阿霉素(doxorubicin,DOX)对其abcb4基因表达的影响,进一步了解abcb4基因在斑马鱼多药耐药机制中可能的作用。方法 分别以2 mL/L二甲基亚砜(DMSO),10 μmol/L DOX及含2 mL/L DMSO的10 μmol/L DOX对斑马鱼胚胎进行药物处理,另以Eggwater处理的胚胎作为对照组。将正常发育的4~16个细胞期斑马鱼胚胎,随机分入以上各组中,药物处理至120 hpf。收集药物处理下的斑马鱼不同时期胚胎运用实时荧光定量PCR和胚胎原位杂交技术,检测abcb4基因在斑马鱼中的表达变化情况。结果 相较于对照组,药物处理的斑马鱼胚胎abcb4基因mRNA表达水平升高(P<0.05),而abcb5基因mRNA表达情况则无明显变化。通过斑马鱼胚胎原位杂交,均在斑马鱼120 hpf胚胎小肠部位发现有abcb4基因阳性杂交信号,且药物处理的斑马鱼胚胎在脑及心脏部位发现abcb4基因阳性杂交信号。结论 DOX能诱导斑马鱼胚胎abcb4基因表达水平增高,对阐明abcb4基因在斑马鱼多药耐药产生机制中的作用具有重要意义。
Objective To determine the effect of doxorubicin (DOX) on abcb4gene expression and the role of abcb4gene in multidrug-resistance. Methods Zebrafish embryos were treated with 2 mL/L DMSO, 10 μmol/L DOX and 2 mL/L DMSO+10 μmol/L DOX, respectively. The zebrafish embryos treated with Eggwater served as controls. Exposures started at 4 to 16 cell stage of the embryos and terminated 120 hours post fertilization (hpf). The expression of abcb4gene in zebrafish embryos was examined on 48, 72, 96, and 120 hpf with whole-mount in situ hybridization (WISH) and quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR). Results Compared with the controls, DOX-exposed embryos had higher level of abcb4gene expression (P<0.05), but not for abcb5gene. WISH showed that abcb4gene was expressed in the guts of zebrafish embryos. However, those exposed to DOX also showed strong WISH signals in the brain and heart. Conclusion Doxorubicin increases the expression of abcb4gene in zebrafish embryos. abcb4gene may play an important role in multidrug-resistance.
下调lmna基因对斑马鱼胚胎髓系和红系造血干细胞发育的影响

Abstract: 目的:探讨lmna基因下调对斑马鱼早期造血干细胞发育的影响。方法:显微注射法将lmna基因mRNA的吗啉代反义寡核苷酸注入单细胞期斑马鱼胚胎(实验组),显微注射无意义的吗啉代寡核苷酸作为对照组。待胚胎发育至受精18、24、30、36 hpf后收集胚胎进行实验。RT-PCR和全胚胎原位杂交方法检测斑马鱼髓系造血转录因子pu. 1和红系造血转录因子gata1的变化。结果:RT-PCR结果显示,实验组pu. 1和gata1表达均较对照组下降(均P<0.05)。原位杂交结果显示,实验组pu. 1和gata1蓝黑色阳性杂交信号较对照组变浅。结论:lmna基因下调会阻碍斑马鱼髓系造血干细胞和红系造血干细胞的发育。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of lmna gene down-regulation on early hematopoietic development of zebrafish. Methods: Phosphorodiamidate morpholino oligomer (PMO) technology was used to downregulate lmna gene expression in Zebrafish. Zebrafish embryos injected phosphorodiamidate morpholino antisense oligonucleotide of lmna gene mRNA by microinjection at unicellular stage were taken as the experimental group, and those injected meaningless phosphorodiamidate morpholino antisense oligonucleotide were taken as the control. The embryos were collected at 18, 24, 30 and 36 hpf after the fertilization. The real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (RT-PCR) and whole embryo in situ hybridization methods were used to detect the expression of myeloid hematopoietic transcription factor pu. 1 and erythroid hematopoietic transcription factor gata1 in zebrafish. Results: RT-PCR showed that the expressions of pu. 1 and gata1 decreased in the experimental group compared with the control group (all P<0.05). Whole embryo in situ hybridization showed that the blue-black positive hybridization signals of pu. 1 and gata1 in experimental group were shallow than those in the control group. Conclusion: Myeloid hematopoietic and erythroid hematopoietic of zebrafish are blocked with the downregulation of lmna gene. 香蕉离体茎尖超低温保存研究

Abstract: 以香蕉(Musaspp.)试管苗为试材,对其离体茎尖小滴玻璃化法超低温保存的影响因素进行了研究。小滴玻璃化法和玻璃化法超低温保存后再生率的差异表明,香蕉更适合用小滴玻璃化法进行超低温保存。香蕉小滴玻璃化法超低温保存的方案如下:试管苗在60g/L蔗糖的MS培养基上培养1~2个月,剥离带有1~2片叶原基的茎尖,室温下装载30min(可延长至4h),0℃下PVS2处理40~50min。6个基因型的14个品种的再生率平均为46.9%。通过SSR分子标记检测,再生植株的遗传稳定性没有发生改变。该结果为香蕉种质资源的长期保存提供了理论依据和技术支撑。
光合细菌固定化及其处理黄泔水的研究

Abstract: ????以PVA硼酸混合载体法固定光合细菌处理黄泔水,探讨其对黄泔水处理的工艺条件。结果表明:光合细菌的包埋条件为10%聚乙烯醇、4%SiO2、0.15%海藻酸钠和30%菌液。在好氧黑暗、pH值8.0、菌液接种量20%、装液量100mL条件下,固定化光合细菌处理黄泔水120h,其CODcr去除率为91%。
入口相对湿度对开缝翅片管换热器空气侧换热与压降特性的影响

Abstract: 对覆有亲水层的开缝翅片管换热器在析湿工况下空气侧换热和压降特性进行了实验研究,分析了入口空气相对湿度对空气侧特性的影响,以Nusselt数Nu和阻力系数f来反映空气侧换热和压降特性。实验结果表明,析湿工况下,Nusselt数随入口空气相对湿度的提高而增大,而阻力系数f变化不明显;换热器水侧中心温度越低,入口空气相对湿度对Nusselt数的影响越显著;干工况下,入口相对湿度对空气侧显热传热系数几乎没有影响。
