Abstract: 介绍了在复杂地质构造下,掘进机一次成巷形成4.5米小断面后,通过使用液压支架加强顶板支护和采煤机二次扩帮的新型综采工作面的安装工艺,实现了复杂地质条件下综采工作面设备的安装。实践表明,这种安装工艺在顶板破碎、片帮严重的地质条件下安装,具有一定的实用性。
大学功能的内在逻辑探究

Abstract: 大学功能的发展绝非由单一功能走向多元功能的线性过程,而是有其内在逻辑可资遵循。在大学视域中,教学、学术研究、传承文化与服务社会等概念蕴含着丰富的内容,存在着较大的解释和理解空间。如果不在一个逻辑框架下进行解读就会造成对这些概念理解上的歧义、偏差与泛化,最终误读了“大学”。学术性教学与学术研究是大学之“体”,传承文化与服务社会是大学之“用”,体用不二、有机融合,是大学功能延伸的内在逻辑。大学应专注于提高学术性教学与学术研究的品质,通过学术性教学与学术研究培养具有高深学问、品德高尚和批判精神的专业人才,同时实现文化的传承与创新、选择与批判,以服务社会的发展。

Abstract: 【】目的探讨脱细胞真皮基质材料应用于整形美容领域的可能性。方法2008年11月-2009年8月,对脱细胞真皮基质进行溶血试验、皮下埋植和肌肉埋植试验,分别于术后1、2、4周取样并评价其与血液接触反应,以及在体内的降解情况,同时与对照材料相比较,对脱细胞真皮基质的安全性和使用功能性进行初步的研究。结果脱细胞真皮基质具有良好的血液相容性和组织相容性,不引起机体的排斥反应;不同厚度的真皮基质具有不同的降解率,可根据使用需要进行叠加。结论脱细胞真皮基质可作为生物组织补片,具有应用于整形美容领域和组织修复的潜力。【Abstract】ObjectiveTostudythepotentialapplicationofxenograftacellulardermalsheetsinplasticsurgeryfield.MethodsThexenograftacellulardermalsheetswereestimatedbyhemolytictest,subcutaneousandmuscularembeddinganimaltests.Thesafetyandfunctionalityasfillingmaterialswerepreliminaryevaluatedafterembeddedfor1,2and4weeks,comparedwiththecontrolsamples.ResultsThexenograftacellulardermalsheetshadexcellentbloodandtissuecompatibility,withoutanyimmunoreaction;thematerialswithdifferentthicknesseshaddifferentdegradationrateswhichcouldbeutilizedbystackingifnecessaryinapplication.ConclusionThexenograftacellulardermalsheetscanbeappliedastissuepatch,andarepotentialtobeemployedinthefieldsofplasticandtissuerehabilitation.

Abstract:

丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza)为唇形科(Labiatae)鼠尾草属常用中药,以根和根茎入药,药理学表明丹参中丹参酮类化合物对于治疗心脑血管疾病具有显著疗效。据报道丹参酮作为丹参中的次生代谢产物,其生物合成途径受到各种生物及非生物因子的诱导调控。本文综述了近年来丹参酮类物质的生物合成,对其生物合成途径中关键酶基因及其诱导调控的相关研究进行了归纳总结,并对基因工程方法来提高药用植物中有效成分的含量做出了展望。
Salvia miltiorrhiza, whose root and rhizome were often used as medicine, was classified in family of Labiatae. Many studies showed that tanshinone has significant effects in cuing cardiovascular disease. As the secondary metabolites, it was reported that the biosynthesis for tanshinone was regulated by various biotic or abiotic factors. In the present article, new findings about the biosynthesis of tanshinone were discussed, many key genes in the biosynthesis pathway as well as many related investigation were summed. Moreover, a vision of futurity was also given on how to increase the product of active component from plant by gene engineering.

Abstract:
日本文坛一代文豪谷崎润一郎继承和发展了日本的唯美主义文学,被誉为“大谷崎”,生前曾多次被提名为诺贝尔文学奖的候选人,他主张“第一是艺术,第二是人生”,坚持“艺术至上”的审美标准,毕生追求“异国情调”,其中创作了大量的以中国为舞台的“中国趣味”式小说,他曾先后两次到过中国,但是两次中国行对其创作却产生了截然相反的影响。本文拟从谷崎润一郎两次中国游历与其创作关系的角度,分析产生不同影响的原因。
Tanizaki Junichiro who is the Japanese literary generation writer inherited and developed the Japanese aestheticism literature, known as the “big Qi”. He had repeatedly been nominated for Nobel Prize candidate. He advocated “art is the first, second is the life”, and adhered to “art is su-preme” aesthetic standards. He devoted all his life to the pursuit of “exotic”, and created a lot of “Chinese fun” novels based on China as the stage. He has been to China twice, but the two visits have produced opposite effects on his creation. This paper intends to analyze the reasons for the creation of the relationship between Yazaki Junichiro and the two time of his creation.

As a basic manner of statistical approach, ANOVA is widely used in all kinds of psychology re-searches. But there are still some problems when researchers use this particular tool in research, such as the reports being too brief, not being able to eliminate the relevant disturbing variables. This article will discuss these issues of ANOVA in psychological experiments.
