钢管混凝土拱桥安全性智能评价系统研究

Abstract: ?依据层次分析法的基本思想,建立了完整的大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥安全性评价模型及其指标体系,并引入模糊理论和神经网络技术建立了大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥安全性智能评价系统。通过实际工程检验,评价结果直观简单,较好的反映了在役桥梁结构的安全性状况,证明该评价系统的可行性与实用性。
浆态床甲醇合成反应过程数学模拟

Abstract: 在固定床等温积分反应器中回归了LP201催化剂上的甲醇合成反应动力学参数,在液固拟均相、全混流、气相流动形式分别为全混流、平推流的基础上建立了浆态床搅拌反应器中甲醇合成反应的数学模型.模拟结果显示,根据所得动力学参数,计算结果与实验结果吻合良好;气相甲醇合成过程中气相流动形式明显影响反应效率;在液相甲醇合成过程中,气相的流动形式对反应影响不大;气液传质阻力对反应有较显著的影响,必须与反应过程同时加以考虑.
中国南方R河洪水特征研究

Abstract: 利用我国南方一多沙河流控制性水文站1957~2009年的实测资料研究了洪水变化规律。结果表明:1) 该流域年最大洪量有增加趋势,流域大洪水发生的频率越来越高,周期越来越短;2) 洪水与年降水量、年径流量呈高度正相关关系;洪水与年径流量的相关性比洪水与年降水量的相关性更密切;3) 受各种因素影响,洪水过程呈现尖瘦化的趋势

In this study, we analyzed the measured data from 1957 to2009at a station and found flood characteristics of variation of R River in southChina. The results show that: 1) THE annual maximum peak discharge in the drainage basin has an increasing trend. The floods occur with increasing frequency and cycles of floods are getting shorter and shorter; 2) There are highly positive correlation of annual precipitation, annualrunoff and flood; the correlation is more closely between flood andrunoff than flood and annual precipitation; 3) The process of flood is becoming sharper and thinner because of different factors.

Abstract: ?以水合肼和硼氢化钾为共还原剂制备了四元合金催化剂Ni-Cu-Co-La,并将其应用于乙腈催化加氢反应.采用X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、透射电镜和H2程序升温脱附对催化剂进行了表征,考察了催化剂组分对乙腈选择性加氢制乙胺催化性能的影响.结果表明,Cu,Co和La的加入均不同程度地提高了催化剂的活性和选择性,在反应压力1.8MPa,反应温度120℃,反应时间1h的条件下,乙腈转化率和乙胺选择性分别为100%和98.24%,优于使用RaneyNi、非晶态Ni-B和Co-B合金催化剂时的结果.

Abstract: 复杂网络控制系统由于其在通信、计算、控制等多学科的交叉特性已经引起了各行各业学者的广泛关注, 复杂网络同步控制已经成为一个研究热点. 本文主要综述了随机复杂网络的同步控制研究进展情况. 首先论述了 随机复杂网络同步控制的研究背景及意义, 然后从复杂网络的动力学特性、复杂网络的拓扑结构、复杂网络的受限 情况、复杂网络的同步控制策略和随机复杂网络同步能力优化几个方面分别进行了综述, 进一步综述了随机复杂 网络的应用情况. 最后在总结国内外研究成果的基础上, 指出随机复杂网络未来亟待解决和研究的问题.
Since complex networks have the interdisciplinary characteristics of communication, computation science and control science, they have attracted a great deal of attention of scholars from all walks of life. Synchronization of complex networks has become a research hot topic. In this paper, we present a brief review on synchronization control of stochastic complex networks. At first, we introduce the research background and significance of the stochastic complex networks, and then summarize the following aspects research progress such as dynamic characteristics of stochastic complex network, topology of stochastic complex networks , constraints of stochastic complex network, synchronization control strategy of stochastic complex networks, synchronizability optimization in stochastic complex networks, and further summarizes the application of stochastic complex networks in many research fields. Based on the analysis of the development of stochastic complex networks, we point out several promising research directions along with some open problems that are deemed important for further investigations.

Abstract: 居住权问题属于事实判断问题,社会实证方法是其最重要的研究方法。在司法实践中,涉及居住权的案件大致可分为拆迁安置型、公房租赁型、离婚帮助型、家庭亲属型四种类型。因法律的缺失,居住权事实上成为司法创设的一种权利,在适用中存在较大的争议,受法官自由裁量权影响较大。
The question of residence belongs to the judgment of facts and the social positivism is one of the most important research methods to study it. The cases relating to the residence in the judicial practice can be divided into four types, such as demolition resettlement type, public housing rental type, divorce helping type, and family and relative type. For the absence of legislation, the question of residence in fact becomes a right of judicial creation where exists many controversies in the judicial application and may be greatly affected by the judge’s discretion.
模型检测规划中的状态分层方法

Abstract: 基于模型检测的规划方法是最近发展起来的新方法,它可以处理带有不确定性的规划问题.分别设计了对求弱规划解、强规划解和强循环规划解的问题中的状态进行分层的方法.状态被分层后,求规划解只需要在从上层到其下一层状态之间寻找状态动作序偶就可以了,其他状态动作序偶都可以去掉.分别获得了求弱规划解、强规划解和强循环规划解时状态被分层后的一些重要性质,这些性质是关于一些状态动作序偶是否可以不参与构成弱规划解、强规划解和强循环规划解的结论.通过所获得的性质可以将大量的状态动作序偶直接去掉,从而减少问题规模.以往的对基于模型检测规划的研究都是采用从目标状态开始的反向搜索方法,在状态被分层以后可以采用正向搜索技术展开相应的研究.

Abstract: 针对高动态环境下扩频信号的载波捕获与跟踪问题,本文分析了多普勒频移对锁相环、锁频环以及环路滤波器设计的影响,以及高动态环境中载波快速捕获问题,在此基础上提出了一种数字复合软环的设计方法,计算机仿真结果表明这种数字复合软环能有效地解决载波快捕与精跟踪的问题.

Abstract:
为了研究氧缺陷对钛酸锶热传导过程的影响,利用高温高真空条件下对钛酸锶进行退火,用高温型差示扫描量热仪测出单晶钛酸锶退火前后钛酸锶的比热,利用激光导热仪测出它们的热扩散系数,计算出它们的热导率,比较它们之间的差异。之后结合德拜模型分析退火前后出现差异及比热和热导随温度变化的原因。通过理论分析和实验相结合,得知钛酸锶在退火后产生氧缺陷,有效地降低了钛酸锶的热导,并进一步验证了钛酸锶的热导性质符合德拜模型。
In order to study the influence of oxygen vacancies in SrTiO3 on its thermal conductivity, SrTiO3 single crystals were annealed in high temperature under vacuum. The thermal conductivities of the as-received and annealed samples were determined by measuring their specific heat Cp of the samples using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and their thermal diffusivities using Laser Flash Apparatus (LFA). The analysis showed that oxygen vacancies were generated during annealing which led to lower thermal conductivity, and the thermal conductivity properties of SrTiO3 conformed to the Debye model.
