Abstract:
通过在安徽省巢湖市的调研,以水环境治理为切入点调研该地的水污染现状以及采取生态修复的物理方法,深入挖掘这个城市的水环境现状,并总结、提出自己的思考,从而探索“水生态文明城市”的建设情况。巢湖近期开展国开行项目,以疏浚底泥为主要方向。巢湖历史悠久、人杰地灵,有着得天独厚的水环境条件、漫长悠久的水文化历史。通过分析巢湖流域水污染现状及形成原因,借鉴目前国内外治理湖泊污染的经验方法,提出通过人工湿地、生态沟渠,人工清於等一系列的生态治理措施,从巢湖外源及内源方面综合来改善巢湖水环境。
Through the investigation in Chaohu city of Anhui Province, starting from water environment treatment, the local water pollution status has been researched. Physical methods of ecological restoration were adopted to deeply explore the city water environment situation. Then we summed up and put forward our own thinking, to explore the construction situation of “water ecological civilization city”. A project of CDB dredging has been launched recently in Chaohu city, with dredging sludge as the main direction. Chaohu has a long history, with outstanding people, which owns the advantaged water environment conditions and long water culture history. By analyzing the water pollution status and its causes in Chaohu basin, and drawing lessons from the experiences and methods for treating lake pollution at home and abroad, a series of ecological management measures have been proposed, such as constructed wetlands, ecological ditch, dredging by humans, etc., which can improve the water environment of Chaohu in exogenous and endogenous sources synthetically.

Abstract:
巢湖水体富营养化现象严重、水质恶化加剧,严重制约了该流域社会经济的可持续展。在分析巢湖污染现状及其成因的基础上,总结并提出巢湖水体富营养化治理需要从流域整体着手,实行控源、生态修复、湖泊管理相结合,坚持走湖泊生态环境可持续发展道路的方针;具体措施是多管齐下控制污染源、开展湖泊生态修复、实行湖泊治理与管理相结合、建立巢湖水体富营养化管理和治理的信息库。本文分析研究了巢湖的水污染和富营养化现状,水污染原因,点污染源和面污染源的情况,从而提出了防治巢湖水污染的途径,为有关部门全面治理巢湖提供参考意见。
The phenomenon of eutrophication in Chaohu Lake and the water quality degradation seriously hampered the social and economic sustainable development. Based on the analysis of pollution status and its causes of Chaohu Lake, it was proposed that governing the eutrophication in Chaohu Lake needs to start from the whole of the basin, implement source control, ecological repair, and lake management conjunctively, and insist the principle of the ecological environment sustainable development. Specifically, we should control pollution sources by multi-pronged approaches, carry out ecological repair of the lake, implement governance and management, and establish the formation base for managing and governing eutrophication in Chaohu Lake. This paper analyzed the water pollution and eutrophication status of Chaohu Lake, causes of water pollution, pollution sources, and pollution status, so as to propose the way for protecting water quality, providing ref-erences for the related departments to govern Chaohu Lake.

Abstract: ?传统的空时自适应处理算法对空间不同于来向的干扰可以有效地抑制,但对与信号同向的窄带干扰抑制程度不够,同时滤除部分有用信号。对级联IIR陷波滤波器的自适应算法进行了讨论,提出了一种改进的空时处理器结构,将级联IIR陷波滤波器与空时FIR滤波器组相结合。该算法有效抑制了窄带和宽带干扰,改善系统性能,提高输出信干噪比。仿真结果与理论分析相一致,证实了该算法的性能优越性。

Abstract: 本文遵循马尔可夫过程这一基本理论,考虑到电力系统中各元件的状态和状态之间的转移,运用可靠性参数的等效性和状态概率的等效性两个不同途径,得出电力系统可靠性主要指标的实用计算法——等值参数法和ρ因子法。本文就电力系统中最基本的几种连接方式诸如串联、并联以及△形和Y形的变换和逆变换进行了推导,并给出了计算公式。文中还附有计算实例。在结论中提出了几点看法。为了使用方便起见,在本文的附录中列出了主要可靠性指标的计算公式。

Abstract: 针对两步最小均方算法中矩阵迭代运算,提出了修正迭代运算中的期望阵列响应幅度和方向矩阵的自适应方向图控制算法.该算法利用了期望方向图相位的随机性,并通过迭代更新期望方向图的相位和相应权矢量,实现了方向图的旁瓣控制.理论分析和仿真结果均表明算法的有效性.

Abstract: 通过对盆地地震剖面构造-地层的详细解释,在莺歌海盆地和琼东南盆地(简称莺-琼盆地)古近纪同裂陷充填序列中识别出一条区域性的构造变革界面——T70,该界面在地震剖面上表现为显著的下削上超的地震反射结构特征,发育的时代为32~30Ma,与南海海底扩张起始和红河断裂带左旋走滑的时间一致;T70界面将莺-琼盆地的同裂陷期地层分隔为断陷层和断坳层(琼东南盆地)或坳陷层(莺歌海盆地)两个构造-地层单元,这些构造地层单元和构造变革界面是南海及其周缘区域板块构造重组事件在莺-琼盆地的响应.论文结合前人成果,论述了以红河—越东—Lupar线断层为界,可以将南海及其周缘地区划分为结构构造、演化特征和动力学背景有显著区别的两个构造变形区:挤出-逃逸构造区和古南海俯冲拖曳构造区.以此构造变形分区为基础,确定了莺-琼盆地的动力学机制,建立了其构造演化模式.本研究有助于从整体上理解南海周缘盆地的发育演化过程及主要控制机制,并对大陆边缘动力学研究和陆缘盆地区的油气勘探有重要意义.
稀土金属La吸附掺杂BN纳米管储氢性能的第一性原理研究

Abstract: 本文采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法研究了稀土金属La吸附掺杂对单壁BN纳米管储氢性能的影响.通过分析计算结果得到稀土金属La可以稳定吸附到BN纳米管上,每个La原子最多可以吸附六个氢气分子,系统的储氢量能达到4.50 wt%,平均结合能为0.223 eV.根据态密度图分析可知,由于La的5d、6s轨道与BN纳米管中B、N原子的2p轨道发生杂化,使得La原子与其周围的原子发生了电荷转移,带正电的La原子将会极化吸附在其周围的氢气分子,使得更多的氢气分子聚集在其周围.本文的研究对于实验上合成高性能的BN纳米管储氢材料具有一定的指导意义.
The hydrogen adsorption on La-doped single BN nanotubes were investigated by first-principles based on density functional theory. Our calculated results show that the binding energy of La metal is large enough and ensure the stability toward recyclability. The maximum of six hydrogen molecules be adsorbed on the La-doped BN nanotube which can store up to 4.50 wt%. The density of states show that hybridizations between La-5p,5d ,6s states and B-2p, C-2p orbitals appear near the Fermi level. It is clear that the positive charge of La cation can polarize the incoming H2 molecules. The research of this paper has a certain guiding significance for the synthesis of high performance BN nanotube hydrogen storage materials
