2317例定制式固定义齿工作授权书调查研究

Abstract: 目的了解定制式固定义齿工作授权书的填写情况,为今后增强医技交流提供依据。方法将2317例定制式固定义齿工作授权书根据委托方的等级分为3组,对工作授权书的填写情况进行调查,调查内容包括委托方对患者基本信息(姓名、性别、年龄、联系电话)、设计要求(咬合设计、桥体设计、底层冠设计、连接体设计、比色)、授权签字和成品出件时间等项目。结果3组之间的差异项目主要集中在年龄、联系电话、成品出件时间等。前牙工作授权书比色的情况好于后牙。结论定制式固定义齿工作授权书的认真填写受到普遍的忽视,授权书的详尽填写有待进一步加强。

模拟髓腔压力为探索牙本质-粘接剂界面自然衰降过程提供了一条新途径。随着树脂充填、嵌体、全冠、桩核等修复形式的广泛应用,牙本质粘接也成为了这些修复形式成功的关键。然而,对于模拟髓腔压力下,牙本质粘接强度的变化及其机制的研究结论不尽相同。本文就模拟髓腔压力下,影响牙本质粘接强度的因素及模拟髓腔压力影响粘接强度的机制等研究领域进行综述,并对防治对策展开讨论。

聚醚醚酮(PEEK)为线性芳香族高分子化合物,自面世以来,凭借其卓越的力学性能和化学稳定性,广泛应用于航空航天、汽车制造以及精密仪器制造等高科技领域。此外,PEEK材料可靠的生物安全性、适宜的弹性模量、良好的表面性能等特性使得其在医学领域也得到了广泛应用。目前,PEEK在口腔医学领域中的应用正逐渐增多,如作为种植体、临时基台、固定及可摘义齿材料等越来越引起学者的关注。本文就PEEK材料在口腔种植与修复领域的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: 在室内环境中,由室内装修、家具、杀虫喷雾剂、化妆品,以及寄生于室内装饰装修材料、生活用品和空调中的螨虫、霉菌及细菌等有害物质所造成的污染远高于室外环境。而10岁左右的儿童处于身体发育的活跃期,更容易受到环境污染物质的影响。本研究针对大连市某小学四年、五年级学生的健康状态及他()们的居住环境进行问卷和实测调查,分析室内环境中威胁儿童健康的潜在因素,研究影响儿童健康的环境因子。根据儿童居住的室内环境和健康现状,对儿童未来健康状况进行预判,有针对性的寻找减少儿童患病可能性的途径与方法,以保障儿童能够健康的学习和成长。  

 In the indoor environment, the pollution caused by interior decoration, furniture, insecticide sprays, cosmetics and other harmful substances such as mites, molds and bacteria which propagated in building materials, daily necessities and air conditioning systems is far worse than in the outdoor. However, children about 10 years old, who are in the active phase of physical development, are more susceptible to the impact of environmental pollution. This study based on detail investigation and analysis on the potential health threat to children in primary school of fourth or fifth grade in Dalian by the living environment, studies environmental factors that affect the healthy growth of children. And then, according to the children’s residence and the health status of history to predict the future health status of the children, this study is targeted to find ways and means to reduce the possibility of children getting sick, to guarantee that children can learn and grow healthily.

考虑SSI效应的隔震结构体系简化分析方法

Abstract: 基于集总参数SR模型,建立了土-隔震结构相互作用体系动力特性的简化分析模型,给出了土-隔震结构体系动力特性参数的简化计算公式;在此基础上,改进了土-隔震结构体系层间剪力及层间变形的简化分析方法;通过本文方法的计算结果与振动台模型试验结果、《抗震设计规范》分析方法的计算结果对比分析,验证了本文提出的简化分析方法的可行性和易用性.对比分析结果同时表明隔震结构层间剪力的计算在小震时可不考虑隔震层转动效应的影响,而大震时应考虑隔震层转动效应的影响.本文提出的简化分析方法能够合理反映土-隔震结构体系的动力相互作用效应,为隔震结构方案设计时评估土-结构相互作用(SSI)效应的影响提供了简便有效的分析方法.

Abstract: 实施峰谷分时电价可以改变用户电力负荷时间分布,降低电网负荷峰谷差即削峰填谷,由此可以减少高峰时段高煤耗率机组上网发电的机率,从而节约发电煤炭消耗量.首先引入峰谷分时电量需求价格弹性矩阵,在此基础上构建用户端峰谷分时电价差率优化模型; 然后,根据节能发电调度原则, 构造高峰时段发电端节煤影响分析模型; 最后,通过算例对上述模型进行分析, 结果表明,优化用户端峰谷电价差率对发电端节能具有显著效果.
Phytoplankton community and its relationship with environment factors in the Yalujiang River Estuary

Abstract: In order to study the structure of the phytoplankton community of the Yalujiang River and its influencing factors, phytoplankton samples were collected from the Yalujiang River Estuary and its adjacent waters in March, 2009. A total of 48 phytoplankton species were identified, including forty-one diatoms, six dinoflagellates and one golden-brown alga. Phytoplankton species can be divided into three ecological groups: eurythermal taxa, warm water taxa and warm temperature taxa, and the eurythermal taxa was the dominant group. The average number of phytoplankton cell was 4.67 × 108/ m3, and the cell number decreased from the inner section of the Yalujiang River estuary to open sea. The survey results showed that the structure of phytoplankton community was simple with Skeletonema costatum as the main dominant species. From the correlation analysis, it is concluded that temperature and salinity were the major limit factors for the number of phytoplankton cells, and the Yalujiang River runoff had made a great impact on the number of phytoplankton cells.
