风电叶片两点疲劳试验系统激振器加载控制

Abstract: 基于电驱动惯性式激振装置,构建了一种风电叶片两点激振疲劳试验系统,并提出了虚拟主令同步控制算法.以PID算法设计误差补偿器,利用李雅普诺夫函数证明虚拟主令同步控制算法的稳定性,并建立控制仿真模型,数值仿真分析虚拟主令同步控制算法的收敛性及鲁棒性.最后,试验验证了耦合下虚拟主令同步控制算法的有效性.结果表明:虚拟主令同步控制算法能使激振器快速跟随,激振器之间相位差的波动很小,叶片振幅稳定,实现了风电叶片的平稳有效加载.
Based on the electrically driven inertial vibration exciter, a two point excitation fatigue test system of wind turbine blade was constructed. The virtual master synchronization control algorithm was put forward. The PID algorithm was used to design the error compensator, then the stability of the control algorithm was proved by using Lyapunov function. The control simulation model was established, and the convergence and the robustness of the control algorithm were analyzed by numerical simulation. Finally, the effectiveness of the control algorithm of electromechanical coupling was verified. The results show that the control algorithm can make the exciter follow quickly, the fluctuation of phase difference between the exciters is very small, the blade amplitude is stable, and the stable and effective loading of wind turbine blades is realized
全尺寸叶片结构非线性对静载测试的影响

Abstract: 研究全尺寸叶片结构非线性对静载测试的影响,分析叶片应变、弯矩、刚度和挠度之间的关系,构建全尺寸叶片静载试验.通过三边法测试叶片的非线性变形及加载角度,在叶片截面上粘贴应变片监测局部应变.结果表明,与有限元目标值对比,在挥舞方向距离叶根4 m附近的刚度最大相差48%;在摆振方向距离叶根23 m至叶尖区域的刚度最大相差29%.通过实测结果修正有限元计算值,可为风机模型载荷计算提供精确刚度数据.
The effects of structure nonlinear on full scale wind turbine blade static test were studied in this paper. First, the relationship between bending moment, strain, stiffness and deflection were theoretically analyzed. Then, full scale blade was mounted on the test bench for extreme load static test. As the blade was deformed during the loading process, the loading angle, the radial, and tangential deflection of the blade were changed because of the blade structure nonlinear and torsional coupling. The loading force angle and arm were measured by using the triangular method. The strain gauges installed in the different section of the blade were used to measure the local strain on the blade. The results show that, compared with FEM target value, the maximum deviation of stiffness in 4 m away root during static test in flapwise direction is 48% and the maximum deviation of stiffness in 23 m away root in edgewise direction is 29%. The experimental results provide accurate stiffness data for numerical model of wind turbine to load calculations
海上风力发电机组的整体软着陆安装

Abstract: 针对海上风力发电机组安装,分析了海浪载荷对风机安装的影响,建立了海浪载荷下风机运动学模型,对其进行了仿真。按照安装要求和仿真结果提出了风机软着陆安装方案,分析了风机各个阶段的运动状态。采用液压蓄能器作为缓冲蓄能装置,使液压缸可以快速跟随上部吊架系统运动,实现整个软着陆过程只有一次撞击。提出了电液比例控制技术和加速度传感器反馈相结合的控制模式,使系统既有缓冲作用,且缓冲的加速度闭环可控,又可切换到同步升降模式调整风机姿态,克服了完全被动缓冲的不可控性、难以进行姿态调整及模式转换的衔接问题,提高了安装的灵活性,实现了风机的软着陆安装。
分布式神经元PID在不均衡系统同步控制中的应用

Abstract: 大型风电叶片模具的合模或脱模,采用双缸铰接的液压翻转机构,其在大角度翻转过程中多转臂同步性能将直接影响翻转模具的寿命和叶片生产质量。针对该翻转设备可靠性、适应性和控制精度要求较高的特点,提出一种分布式的单神经元PID控制算法对机构转臂进行角位移同步控制,学习过程采用改进的LMS算法,并根据运动分析结果实现神经元输出增益的自动调整。建立AMESim机液混合模型,通过动态共享内存运行LabVIEW神经元子VI。联合仿真结果和实际应用均表明,该方法对非线性、时变的不均衡系统具有良好的控制精度。
风电叶片多点加载系统的机电耦合特性及试验研究

Abstract: 针对风电叶片加载多点激振时出现耦合问题,对多点疲劳加载系统进行合理简化,以两点摆锤激振加载为对象建立动力学数学模型,构建系统的机电耦合方程.在共振条件下的对机电耦合关系进行求解,通过相平面法得到振动系统的机电耦合特性、平衡奇点处的谐振同步性及稳定性条件,揭示加载系统出现耦合现象的机理.试验研究系统动态分岔耦合、主共振机电耦合特性及机电耦合作用下的同步控制,验证理论分析的正确性及控制算法的有效性,为疲劳加载系统的工程应用提供指导及试验参考.
The multi point fatigue loading system was simplified for the coupling problem occuring in case of wind turbine blade loading multi point excitation. The dynamic mathematical model was established by using the two eccentric block vibration loading as object, constructed electro mechanical coupling equations for the system, and then the electro mechanical coupling was solved by the small parameter cycle average method in resonance conditions. Electromechanical coupling characteristics and stability conditions of vibration system were obtained by the phase plane method. The mechanism of system coupling was revealed. The mechanical and electrical coupling characteristics of primary resonance, system dynamic bifurcation coupling and synchronization control were studied. The coupling characteristics of dynamic bifurcation and its avoidance method were obtained. Finally, the correctness of theoretical analysis through the test, provide guidance for the engineering application of the fatigue loading system, and which provides a reference for similar engineering application and test

Abstract: 为了验证风机叶片在设计使用寿命内能够承受设计规定的疲劳载荷,获得叶片性能参数,设计了一套风机叶片疲劳加载系统。采用模型优化配重块方法减小叶片弯矩分布误差,模糊自整定PID参数进行控制,进行风机叶片全尺寸疲劳试验,完成频率搜索及载荷谱加载测试过程。试验结果表明,系统能以搜索步长为0.01 Hz完成共振频率搜索与跟踪,加载维持峰值变化率在试验要求的误差范围内(5%),叶片根部的弯矩误差不超过±0.4%,检测效率得到提高,降低了设备成本,为风机叶片检测与分析提供了一种实用手段。
In order to verify the blade in the design of used life whether is able to withstand the design rules fatigue loading, a megawatt wind turbine blade fatigue loading system was designed. The system is composed of a power transmission system, support system, control system and protection system. It realized signal acquisition and communication control with virtual instrument software, fuzzy PID control. With the counterweight block optimizing, the bending moment distribution error of a blade is reduced, and frequency searching and tracking, frequency capture and load spectrum loading test are completed. Experimental results show that the system can complete resonance frequency searching and tracking in step 0.01 Hz, maintenance of peak loading rate of change is within the error range of the test requirement (±5%), the blade root moment error is less than ±0.4%, and it provides a practical method for the detection and analysis of of wind turbine blade
风机叶片静力加载节点优化及试验研究

Abstract: 为了验证风机叶片能够承受设计规定的极限载荷,保证试验弯矩分布尽可能接近设计值,研究了叶片静力加载节点优化及试验。采用多点加载模式,优化各节点的牵引力,匹配加载过程的叶片弯矩;基于分布式多级网络控制结构,设计动态主从式PID控制算法,协调各个节点的牵引力,实现叶片5节点全尺寸静力加载试验。现场试验证明:加载过程中加载点牵引力能保持平稳、协调变化,加载点的牵引力过程误差最大值约为±5%,测量点的挠度误差均低于±7%,获得较好的控制效果,满足风机叶片静力加载试验要求。
In order to verify the limit load of blade in its design life can meet the design requirements, the test system of full-scale static loading for wind turbine blade ultimate load testing is designed. The traction force of each node is optimized to get bigger reasonable traction force, and moment calculation software is designed to verify that he bending moment static loading process is matched. Based on the distributed multi-networks control structure, The dynamic master-slave proportion-integral differential(PID) control algorithm is designed to coordinate static loading during traction coupling, and to realize five nodes full-scale static loading test for the fan blade. which meet the reqiurements of static loading test. Field experiments shows that the control strategy of loading system is effective, the maximum traction force error of loading point is about ±5%, the deflection error of measuring points were less than ±7%, the traction coupling during static loading process is reduced and good control effect is achieved

Abstract: 文化独特性是文化遗产型景区的核心吸引力,了解和欣赏异质文化遗产是文化旅游者的主要动机,解说翻译是跨文化遗产旅游的桥梁。由于国内旅游规划对文化遗产旅游解说特点研究不够,景区管理者对双语解说信息创作对象不了解,导致文化遗产解说与翻译的质量影响了跨文化遗产旅游的解说教育效果,错过了通过文化遗产旅游平台对外宣传中华文化的良好机会。综述了旅游解说的概念、内涵以及有效解说和信息创作的原则,在总结文化遗产旅游特点的基础上,提出了文化遗产型景区英文解说翻译应针对国际旅游者特点的信息再创造的观点。建议文化遗产旅游景区制定针对国际旅游者消费特点的双语解说规划;旅游规划和翻译学术界应重视旅游双语解说规划和翻译的研究;翻译者在具备双语、双文化翻译能力的同时,还应该了解旅游解说和信息创作的跨学科知识。
