Abstract: 背景:先天性肾上腺皮质增生症(congenital adrenal hyperplasia, CAH)是一组因类固醇激素生物合成过程中某种酶先天性缺乏引起的常染色体隐性遗传病。临床上可表现为失盐、脱水、外生殖器性别不清、生长过速和典型的激素异常易漏诊或误诊。常见多种酶缺陷,其中以21-羟化酶缺失症最常见,占该病的90%~95%。不同类型的鉴别依赖于激素水平测定及基因型分析。目前对先天性肾上腺皮质增生症的诊断可直接进行基因诊断。方法:对临床1例典型的21-羟化酶缺陷引起的失盐型CAH患儿进行相关基因检测。结果:患儿存在CYP21A2大片段基因缺失。结论:CYP21A2是失盐型CAH的致病基因,CYP21A2基因的缺失是失盐型CAH发病的根本原因。

Abstract:

近年来图像处理技术在工业产品的自动化检测中得到了广泛的重视和应用,针对电池板尺寸测量和边缘缺陷检测,本文首先提出通过局部边缘像素拟合电池板的几何形状来计算电池板的表面尺寸,然后使用逆向遍历法检测指定边的像素集合,最后通过边缘像素的曲率计算和阈值处理实现边缘缺陷的检测。实验表明,本文中的算法能够准确并快速地实现电池板的尺寸测量,并且通过曲率定位边缘缺陷的新方法效果显著。
Image processing techniques have attracted much attention in the field of automatically detection of industrial products. For the size measurement and defect detection of solar cell edges, fitting geometrical shape of the solar cell by local edge pixels is proposed to measure the sizes. Then a reverse traverse technique is used to detect the edge pixels. Finally, a curvature computation and a threshold processing are proceeded to detect the edge defects. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm can measure the sizes accurately and quickly, and the new method to detect the defects of solar cell edge by curvature works effectively.

In an application system, data query and processing speed has become a standard to measure the success or failure of the system. Thus, in large database queries, you should pay attention to the efficiency of the data query, so as not to cause a serious waste of system resources. Based on the grammar-based query optimizer works, this paper reasonably establishes indexing, writes good specifications SQL statement, uses appropriate expressions or keywords, makes full use of the index, avoids full table scan and improves query efficiency.

Abstract:
以新疆乌鲁木齐县方家庄村为例,运用实证研究的方法,研究了农家乐旅游对目的地居民生活方式的影响。结果表明:农家乐旅游对目的地居民生活方式的影响主要表现在家庭生活方式、消费生活方式、闲暇生活方式和交往生活方式等4个维度的17个方面;不同的文化程度、年龄、家庭年收入和职业的旅游目的地居民的生活方式受农家乐旅游的影响存在差异。
On the basis of Fangjia village, Urumqi county in Xinjiang, the thesis studies farm house enjoy-ment’s impacts on the lifestyle of destination residents by making use of the empirical research methods. The impacts mainly reflected in 17 aspects of 4 divisions such as: family lifestyle, consuming lifestyle, leisure lifestyle, communicating lifestyle. The lifestyle of destination residents in different education level, age, fam-ily annual income and occupation exists differences affected by farm house enjoyment.

Abstract:
本文在有效场理论框架内,研究随机磁场中晶场作用的混合自旋横向伊辛模型的磁化过程。以二模磁场中混合自旋伊辛模型为基础,分别增大随机浓度、负晶场和横场,以此考察随机磁场、负晶场和横场对磁化过程的影响。随着磁场增大,磁化范围降低。随机浓度和负晶场都能削弱基态的起始磁化简并,不同简并范围之间存在分界线。通过抑制自旋为1子格磁化强度,负晶场还对起始磁化值产生有趣的影响。横场完全打开基态的起始磁化简并。
Within the framework of the effective field theory (EFT), we investigate the magnetization processes of mixed spin-1/2 and spin-1 transverse Ising model with the crystal field in a random magnetic field. Based on the mixed spin Ising model in a bimodal magnetic field, the influences of random magnetic field, the crystal field, and transverse field acting on magnetization process are presented by increasing random concentration, introducing a negative crystal field or transverse field, respectively. As the magnetic field enhancing, the magnetization range reduces. Both random concentration and negative crystal field can weaken the degeneracy of initial magnetization at base state. There exist some demarcation lines between different degeneracy extents. Negative crystal field also affects interestingly the initial magnetization by depressing the sublattice magnetization of spin-1 magnetic atoms. Transverse field opens thoroughly the degeneracy of initial magnetization at zero temperature.

Abstract:
介绍了Turbo码的编解码原理,并且提出了一种完全基于Simulink模块的Turbo码仿真模型。编码器采用两个相同的分量编码器通过交织器并行级联而成。译码器采用迭代译码方式,由Simulink模型库中的最大后验概率译码模块(A Posteriori Probability Decoder)构成,极大的简化了译码器的复杂性。通过仿真,分析了迭代次数、交织长度、译码算法对译码性能的影响。对实际的系统设计有一定的参考价值。
This paper describes the basic structure of Turbo code scheme, and presents a Simulink model of a Turbo encoder and decoder. Turbo encoder concatenates two same sub-encoders in parallel through interleaver. The iteration decoder is based on APP (A Posteriori Probability) decoder block in Simulink, so the process of coding becomes convenient and vivid. Then, based on the simulation we made, some main factors (such as interleaver length, iteration times, decoding algorithm) which will affect the performance of Turbo codes are studied, and the corresponding emulation results and the analysis are given. It has some reference value to the actual system design.

Abstract:
道路交通是国民经济发展和社会进步的重要基础条件。驾驶员是道路交通的主体,对于道路交通安全具有至关重要的作用。当前,道路交通安全形势严峻,亟需加强驾驶员安全培训和强化驾驶培训管理工作。基于当前驾培行业监管工作中存在的信息化技术手段落后等一系列问题分析,本文构建了机动车驾驶培训信息化管理系统框架,简述了该系统各个部分的主要功能及其先进性。
Road transport is an important basic condition for economic development and social progress. The driver is the main part of the road transport, which plays an important role in the road transport safety. Currently, it is serious for the road transport situation. It is urgent to strengthen driver safety training and driver training management. Based on the analysis on a series of issues (such as lag in information technology) which exist in the driver training supervision industry, the information management system framework of motor vehicle driver training is built. The main functions and advancement of this system are introduced briefly in the paper.
