Estudio de cultivos celulares primarios derivados de Lucilia sericata (Diptera: Calliphoridae)

Abstract: the main purpose of this study was to obtain primary cell cultures derived from lucilia sericata (diptera: calliphoridae). necrophagous this fly is used for determination of post-mortem interval and larval therapy. since explants embryonated eggs were performed in various culture media (grace schneider, mm/vp12, dmem, grace/l-15 and l-15), supplemented with 20% fetal serum. sterilization of the biological material was carried out by immersing it in formaldehyde and sodium hypochlorite solutions. the cell growth was initiated in the l-15, mm/vp12, and schneider grace/l-15 in an average time of 10 days after completion of planting by the proliferation of groups of colonies scattered on the surface of the boxes crops and also from the endings of larval fragments. the evolution of cell growth to the formation of monolayer semi-confluent was relatively fast, reaching at 3 weeks post-explant. cellular morphology in cultured cells was heterogeneous, especially epithelioid forms, similar to nerve, giant and irregular. comparison of the growth characteristics of these cell cultures with those obtained from other species of flies was more favorable in the evolution of those obtained from l. sericata, on the grounds that the cells are better adapted to the physical-chemical conditions of several culture media. this is the first report of a cell culture-fly family calliphoridae.

Abstract: empirical studies of computer mediated conversations and debates have presented methodological proposals of qualitative analysis that focus on the original elements of communicative and social dynamics of these exchanges. recent works have investigated how online political deliberation can be analyzed presenting multiple variables capable of showing how these exchanges could contribute to widen deliberative processes concerning specific questions. i present some methodological models of qualitative analysis of online deliberation processes by making a synthesis of their main characteristics. i argue that this analysis cannot be reduced to the inquiry on the argumentative exchange. it is necessary to observe the situations and the contexts of sociability in which the interactions take place as well as the construction and negotiation of the rules that will govern interlocutors' interactions.

Abstract: This papers objective is to elaborate some approaches among communication, aesthetics and politics through the investigation of the notions of distribution of the sensible, dissensus, resistance and community. The concept of distribution of the sensible shows the existing gaps in the common of a community and it fragments the idea of the great social body protected by shared certainties, widely joined by equalitarian principles previously settled and almost never tested. The approaches proposed by Parret, Habermas and Rancire helped me to show that the intersections among communication, aesthetics and politics emerge in the field of placed contact with the other, in the dissensus related to the attempt of establishing links between broken universes and in the constant resistance to the permanence of these bonds. Este artigo busca traar algumas vias de aproximao entre a comunicao, a esttica e a poltica, por meio da explorao das noes de partilha do sensvel, dissenso, resistncia e comunidade. O conceito de partilha do sensvel mostra as fissuras existentes no comum de uma comunidade e fragmenta a ideia do grande corpo social protegido por certezas partilhadas e amplamente unido por princpios igualitrios previamente acordados e quase nunca colocados prova. As abordagens propostas, sobretudo por Parret, Habermas e Rancire me auxiliam a mostrar que as intersees entre a comunicao, a esttica e a poltica emergem no contato situado com o outro, no dissenso relacionado tentativa de estabelecer ligaes entre universos fraturados e na constante resistncia permanncia desses vnculos.
Relations between communication, aes-thetics and politics: tensions between the approaches of Habermas and Rancière

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to compare Jürgen Habermas’ and Jacques Rancière’s views regarding communication, aesthetics and politics, in order to evidence that the formation of a political community express the tension between the familiar and the strange, the proper and the improper, the friend and the enemy. This formation process shows the gaps and breaks up the idea of the great social body protected by shared certainties and strongly unified by egalitarian principles previously accorded and almost never challenged. The habermasian concepts of “world of the life” and “ideal community of speak” are confronted to the notions of “dissensus” and “community of share” elaborated by Rancière, to show that the constitution of a political community must disclose that the partition of a common world is made, at the same time, of the attempt to establish bonds between broken universes and of the constant resistance to the permanence of these bonds

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to reflect on ethical-moral questions that are present in different dimensions of the contemporary communicative processes. At a first moment, I explain how Habermas defines the concept of discourse ethics witch is capable to allow the articulation and negotiation among the plurality of points of view and citizens in the current societies. In addition, I confer prominence to the role media play in the interconnection of different audiences and dispersed speeches in order to guarantee possibilities of renewal of collective debates in the public sphere. I therefore propose that an ethics of communication instead of be restrained to media devices and its operative dynamics, should consider their connections with citizens’ concrete practices and experiences.
O OBLIQUO E O SIMULADO NO DISCURSO DO PROJETO POLíTICO-PEDAGóGICO

Abstract: O projeto político pedagógico, entendido como instrumental curricular de diálogo político que define os rumos da escola, ainda n o ocupa centralidade no cotidiano escolar. Constata-se confluências e ambigüidades ao verificar o discurso oficial e a voz do educador. Questiona-se as possibilidades de pensar a diferen a e os discursos que se desdobram sobre o currículo multi(inter)cultural se n o há esse movimento ao debate teórico político-filosófico no interior das escolas. Assim, o presente estudo se disp e a analisar os discursos sobre o projeto político-pedagógico a partir do que ele tem de “oblíquo e simulado” e refletir sobre os vínculos entre cultura e poder. Busca-se, conforme acredita Canclini(2000, p.345) em sua defesa dos processos de hibridismo verificar “quais s o as conseqüências políticas que decorrem da passagem de uma concep o vertical e bipolar das rela es sociopolíticas para outra descentralizada e multideterminada”. A abordagem de análise crítica do discurso parece pertinente por indicar que “os textos contêm tra os e pistas de rotinas sociais complexas” (FAIRCLOUGH, 2001, p.100). Oportunizar a voz do professor nesse cenário torna-se relevante a fim de verificar as proje es discursivas que ele faz acerca do seu papel na condu o do projeto político-pedagógico da escola.

Abstract: Este artigo tem como propósito investigar representa es do vínculo homoerótico em duas telenovelas brasileiras, de modo a refletir sobre os modos como a fic o pode nos oferecer elementos discursivos capazes de questionar formas de estigmatiza o e domina o enraizadas na vida concreta. Em um primeiro momento, busca-se estabelecer pontos de interse o entre a fic o e a experiência concreta dos sujeitos, explorando a estrututa narrativa que as articula. Em um segundo momento, é realizada uma análise de alguns diálogos ficcionais com o intuito de mapear elementos narrativos e discursivos potencialmente percebidos como estimuladores da constru o de um ponto de vista crítico diante de duas faces da opress o simbólica e da falta de reconhecimento enfrentadas pelos sujeitos homoeróticos: o ostracismo subjetivo e a invisibilidade pública.
