Abstract: to carry out properly our work as nurses, complementary specialized training is required and we therefore proposed to draw up a training plan to cover this need. for three months we gave a course for nurses who would join our unit to cover staff on vacation. after completing the training programme, an appraisal of it was carried out by pupils and teaching staff, and a comparative study of the appraisal by both groups was carried out. data were also extracted from the quality of care questionnaires distributed among patients on a regular basis. the most notable conclusions were: 1) the training programme has enabled pupils to acquire the necessary knowledge and attitudes to carry out their work in a haemodialysis unit. 2) this development enhances having qualified replacement staff, with little or no detriment to quality of care. 3) motivating has been favoured in the nursing staff of our centres based on the development of the teaching facet and refreshment of basic kidney nursing knowledge. 4) fifteen weeks appear to be insufficient time to develop all the qualities and attitudes, mainly in acquiring knowledge in the theoretical programme. 5) patients observed and reflected in their evaluation that staff were better qualified.
Pérez Ragone,álvaro;
Revista de derecho (Valparaíso) , 2011, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-68512011000200011
Abstract: ?"conditio creditoris pars" or "prior in tempore potior in iure" as principles and framework for concurrent execution creditors in the singular? this article does not focus on a particular positive law, but rather aims to compare the performance of different systems (and criteria) distribution with concurrent civil enforcement of creditors.the reference to both the history of civil procedure as compared models should help to identify the arguments for and against different views. the alternative explanation equality isolated (or contribution), priority and allow grouping founded on the principles of background and emerging models with inner exceptions.therefore, rather than advocating a particular principle, it is justified where the benefits of a prime priority as combined with other competing rights and the state or common debtor's insolvency.it seems that the recognition of freedom and responsibility (ultimately the game of autonomy) to require executive-protection of a credit does not correspond to equal treatment and artificial-contribution of losses and benefits together with other creditors. the reasons for justice to choose a model over another are the focus of attention in this research.
Pérez Ragone,álvaro J;
Revista de estudios histórico-jurídicos , 2008, DOI: 10.4067/S0716-54552008000100011
Abstract: this study examines the regulation of the in default judgements medieval procedural models; and develops the progress and the variables to which they resorted to profile the legal concept and the mechanisms to replace the absence of one of the parties. from those who started from consensus and the consequential need of the presence of both parties (the anglo-saxons and germanic models in their beginnings) the restrictive measures take priority, when they are not punitive against the person in contempt, as their real presence was required. the problem is that if that was not possible, the process could only develop based on the out-of-process consequences (coercion, criminal or civil punitive sanction), but did not allow to get to the merit ruling, while those measures did not become fruitful. in this way, it slowly progressed towards the possibility of ruling in the absence of one of the parties, and even to carry out patrimony alterations in contempt, especially in real actions, by means of fictions as confession and tacit acknowledgement.

EN TORNO AL PROCEDIMIENTO MONITORIO DESDE EL DERECHO PROCESAL COMPARADO EUROPEO: CARACTERIZACIóN, ELEMENTOS ESENCIALES Y ACCIDENTALES About the payment order procedure in comparative procedural law in Europe: characterization, essential and incidental elements

Revista de Derecho , 2006,
Abstract: Chile pretende reformar su proceso civil. La rebeldía en diversos modelos procesales de la Edad Media, paralelos, variables y evolución de la figura The default in different procedural models of the Middle Ages, parallel, variable and progress of the legal concept

Real valued functions and metric spaces quasi-isometric to trees
álvaro Martínez-Pérez
Mathematics , 2011,
Abstract: We prove that if X is a complete geodesic metric space with uniformly generated first homology group and $f: X\to R$ is metrically proper on the connected components and bornologous, then X is quasi-isometric to a tree. Using this and adapting the definition of hyperbolic approximation we obtain an intrinsic sufficent condition for a metric space to be PQ-symmetric to an ultrametric space.
