EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF COAL SPECIMEN IN PROCESS OF UNLOADING CONFINING PRESSURE IN GEOSTRESS FIELD AND ANALYSIS OF GAS SEEPAGE CHARACTERISTICS
地应力场中煤岩卸围压过程力学特性试验研究及瓦斯渗透特性分析

Abstract: 应用MTS815力学试验机,对典型煤与瓦斯突出矿井松藻矿务局打通一矿突出煤层原煤制备的型煤试件进行型卸围压试验研究。研究结果表明:(1) 位移控制方式卸围压将导致试件的扩容损伤,力控制方式卸围压将导致试件的破坏。(2) 用位移控制卸围压时,在某一初始围压下,试件的轴向应力随围压的降低而减小,轴压减小的速率越来越大,屈服阶段卸围压曲线比弹性阶段卸围压曲线更加非线性;随初始围压的加大,屈服阶段卸围压曲线的非线形特征更加明显。(3) 用力控制方式卸围压时,在某一初始围压下,试件的轴向应变随围压的降低而增大,轴向应变增大的速率越来越大,屈服阶段卸围压时轴向应变的增大比弹性阶段卸围压时更为迅速;随初始围压的增大,屈服阶段卸围压时试件加速破坏的趋势更加明显;通过轴向应变可计算分析卸围压过程中试验机对试件作的功。根据试验结果,结合全应力–应变过程煤岩瓦斯渗透特性的试验结果,推导出卸围压过程瓦斯渗透特性曲线。根据以上结果,应用损伤理论和Mohr-Coulomb强度理论推导含瓦斯煤岩卸围压过程中试件的损伤和强度的计算公式。研究结果对预测预报瓦斯涌出和预测卸围压过程中煤岩的破坏具有现实指导意义。

Abstract: 利用典型煤与瓦斯突出矿井松藻煤电集团打通一矿突出煤层原煤制备型煤试件,应用自行研制的含瓦斯煤样三轴瓦斯渗流试验装置,进行含瓦斯型煤试件的全应力–应变过程瓦斯渗透特性变化规律的试验研究。研究结果表明:恒定瓦斯压力时,在某一围压下,峰前渗流速度随轴向应力先减小后缓慢增大,到达峰值应力后,随轴向应力的减小而增大。全应力–应变过程曲线与渗流速度–轴向应变曲线具有较好的对应关系。煤样的峰值渗流速度随围压的增加而减小,呈现较明显的线性关系。对比试验表明,在一定的围压和瓦斯压力范围内,保持瓦斯压力不变增加围压可减小煤样渗透率,保持围压不变增加瓦斯压力可增大煤样渗透率。研究结果对于利用地应力场抽采瓦斯、通过瓦斯涌出量预测煤岩的变形破坏具有现实指导意义。

Abstract: The friction and wear behavior of carbon graphite materials which have the closest relationship with carbon carbon composites has been summarized, while the current state of the tribological investigation on carbon carbon composites reviewed according to lower and higher energy levels respectively. Some topics for future research are suggested as well. It has been suggested that further work done in order to realize anticipated controlling of the friction and wear behavior of the C C composites and deepened recognition of their wear mechanisms.

Abstract: 根据热力学第二定律,应用熵平衡法对热力系统进行分析和设计。作为实例,应用此方法分析以溴化锂―水为工质的单级制冷系统和单级热转换器系统。结果表明,熵平衡法不仅可以获得如能量法和(火用)分析法相同的结果,而且还可清晰地揭示系统中各个过程的不可逆性,对系统性能系数和效率的影响。该系数和效率仅取决于过程的性质而与环境条件无关。
Charaterization of Graphitization Degree of C/C Composites by Laser Raman Microspectroscopy

Abstract: The structural parameters of carbon fiber, pitch-derived carbon and pyrolytic carbon in C/C composites were charaterized by laser Raman microspectroscopy and XRD. In Raman spectra of these carbons, two bands named D and G were observed near 1336.73cm-1 and 1581.00cm-1 respectively, the peak positions do not but the relative intensities of the two bands change with heat treatment temperatures. The relationship between the XRD data of graphitization degree g and R-1 where R is the relative intensity of band D to band G was plotted, the result shows that g increases with the increase of R-1, but the gradient of the R-1-g curve decreases and gradually tends to zero with the increase of R-1, and their relation can be written into the following equation: g = 1- e-2-H(1/R-0.34). The foundation of the correlation between R-1 and g makes it possible to analyze the local distribution of graphitization degree in C/C composites.

Abstract: 采用TEM表征结构、喇曼光谱表征石墨化度,研究了C/C复合材料中典型粗糙层(RL)和光滑层(SL)结构热解炭生长特征及其与可石墨化性之间的对应关系.结果表明,RL为层状结构,片层呈平直形状,有明显的锥状生长特征,同一锥面中石墨微晶c轴的取向基本相同,相邻锥面中的相差一个小角度,SL没有明显的生长特征;RL比SL结构热解炭容易石墨化,经2400℃石墨化处理后,两者(002)衍射弧宽度分别为39°和66°,对应的石墨化度分别为87.6%和25.6%.提出了一种RL结构热解炭锥状生长结构模型.

Abstract: 研究了变热特性参数,根部温度作周期性变化的肋片传热情况.应用摄动法求解控制微分方程,并且采用打靶法和叠加原理进行数值计算.所得结果,不但具有理论价值,而且对工程设计也有现实指导意义.

Abstract: 用差热分析(Differential thermal analysis: DTA)研究了山桃(Prunus davidiana)、杏(P. armeniaca)、青岛“粉红梅”(P.mume cv.' Fenhong Mei,)、“小绿萼”(P.mume cv.'Small Green Calyx')及其种问杂种“小绿萼”梅×山桃、青岛“粉红梅”×杏和杏×青岛“粉红梅”的低温放热(Low temperature exotherm)与冻害关系,以及皮部和木质部的冰冻类型(Freezing pattern)。在差热分析中,观察到亲本和杂种的木质部都有二次放热现象。低温放热后,引起木质部和髓射线薄壁细胞死亡,原生质膜透性急剧增加。在杂种与亲本之间,存在着明显的差异。分离的皮部却只出现一次高温放热(High temperature exotherm)。高温放热是与冻害无关的。文末讨论了梅花及其杂种在北京越冬的主要障碍及有关栽培措施。
含瓦斯煤多级式卸围压变形破坏及渗透率演化规律实验

Abstract: 以重庆松藻煤电有限责任公司的典型煤与瓦斯突出矿井——打通一矿7号煤层为研究对象,利用自行研制的“含瓦斯煤热流固耦合三轴伺服渗流试验装置”,进行了不同初始围压和不同瓦斯压力组合条件下,含瓦斯煤多级式卸围压变形破坏及渗透率演化规律实验研究。研究结果表明:开始卸围压后,煤岩并不是立即被破坏失稳,而是维持在σu1一段时间,经历n级卸围压作用后才会失稳;在煤样失稳前,每一级卸围压过程中煤样的变形和渗透率变化速度都是不一样的,均呈加速增大的趋势;在每一级围压恒定阶段,随着围压的降低,煤岩的蠕变速度和渗透率也均是加速增大的;卸围压阶段比围压恒定阶段变形和渗透率增大速度快得多;无论是卸围压过程还是恒定围压阶段,围压降低引起的横向变形的变化速度均大于轴向变形的变化速度。
