Abstract: 在丝孢纲中,蜘蛛病原真菌在蛛尸上长孢梗束的主要有3个属,他们分别为层束梗孢属Hymenostilbe Petch,刺束梗孢属Akanthomyces Lebert和球束梗孢属Gibellula Cavara.其中球束梗孢属为蜘蛛的专性病原真菌(蒲蛰龙和李增智1996),而层束梗孢和刺束梗孢的有些种还可以侵染其他的昆虫.

Abstract: 金龟子绿僵菌是昆虫种群自然控制和害虫生物防治中重要的虫生真菌,已被作为化学农药的替代品广泛应用于农林害虫的防治。其寄主范围和地理分布极广,因此种群结构也十分复杂。为明确安徽省土栖金龟子绿僵菌的种群遗传结构,采用ISSR分子标记技术对采集自安徽省不同地区土壤中的116株金龟子绿僵菌进行遗传异质性分析。分子数据显示,筛选出的8个引物共获得79个位点,其中多态位点比率为100%。不同地区种群的Nei’s基因多样性(H)为0.2796,Shannon信息指数(I)为0.4425,种群间存在一定程度的基因流(Nm=4.4282)和遗传分化(Gst=0.1015),种群内的基因多样度占总居群的89.85%,种群间占10.15%,表明安徽土栖金龟子绿僵菌的遗传变异主要来源于种群内,且种群内表现出较大的遗传变异。并采用UPGMA对所有供试材料进行聚类分析,得到7大类种群。结果表明,安徽土栖金龟子绿僵菌之间的亲缘关系与地理来源不存在相关性。

Abstract: Pochonia Batista&Fonseca于1965年建立的,该属被祝明亮等(2004)音译为普可尼亚属。虽双杂合孢属名Diheterospora Kamyschko是在1962年用于该类群,但由于当时未指定该属的模式种,直到1966年Barron&Onions指定了模式种,Diheterospora在1966年才成为一个合格发表属。Gains(1971)由此得出普可尼亚属对双杂合孢属有优先权的结论。Gams(1971,1988)认为仅根据砖格状厚垣孢子有无的性状不足以区分普可尼亚属和轮枝菌属Verticillium Nees,因此他将该类群作为轮枝菌普可尼亚菌组Verticillium sect.Pochonia Gams处理。

Abstract: ?研究目的:由于国内首次采用跨座式单轨交通,其技术新、难度大、要求高,研究目的是为解决重庆轻轨2号线一期工程谢家湾立交l=40.5m钢轨道梁的设计问题。研究结论:通过对重庆轻轨l=40.5m钢轨道梁研究,得出如下结论:在列车静活载作用下,竖向挠度为0.0447m;最不利工况下,跨中截面顶板最大压应力为145.0mpa、底板最大拉应力为128mpa,支座附近腹板最大剪应力为47.4mpa;两片箱梁横向中心距b=3.7m,b/l>1/20;活荷载的疲劳应力范围为-70.5~73.7mpa;实桥计算梁体侧向一阶自振频率为4.2012hz,均满足5单轨规范6规定的性能指标要求。通过设计、施工精确控制,钢轨道梁的线形完全满足单轨车辆运行和旅客舒适性要求。

Abstract: Inspired by the idea of the stero-coupling, we propose a new sandwich-like photonic crystal microcavity which is composed of double layer photonic crystal slabs H1 (DLPCS-H1) cavity with an air layer in between. We calculate the electromagnetic field distribution and the quality factor of the dipole mode by the three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain method and the Padé approximation method. Through carefully analyzing the effect of the air layer height on the quality factor of the dipole mode, we obtain an optimized DLPCS-H1 cavity in which the height of intermediate air layer is about 0.5a (a is the lattice constant, a=420 nm). In this cavity, the quality factor of the dipole mode is 4 times as large as that of the conventional single layer photonic crystal slab H1 cavity. Furthermore, we study the three-layer photonic crystal slabs H1 cavity, and the quality factor of its dipole mode is increased over 7 times.
