重组人骨形态发生蛋白-9对人牙周膜成纤维细胞成骨分化的影响
Effect of Recombinant Human BMP-9 on Osteogenesis of Human Periodontal Ligament Fibroblasts

Abstract: 摘要 目的:研究重组人骨形态发生蛋白-9(recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-9, rhBMP-9)对体外人牙周膜成纤维细胞成骨细胞分化的影响。方法:体外培养人牙周膜成纤维细胞,成骨分化培养基(osteogenic differentiation medium,ODM)诱导成骨分化,加入不同浓度rhBMP-9或p38和胞外信号调节激酶1/2(extracellular signalregulated kinase1/2,ERK1/2)抑制剂SB203580和U0126处理。采用LabAssayTM碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)检测试剂盒检测ALP活性。提取总RNA,实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(Real time fluorescence quantitative PCR,qPCR)检测RUNT相关转录因子2(Runt-related transcription factor 2,RUNX2)、分化抑制因子1(inhibitor of differentiation factor 1,ID1)、骨唾液酸蛋白(bone sialoprotein,BSP)和骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)表达情况。结果:rhBMP-9可以显著增加人牙周膜成纤维细胞ALP活性,且呈浓度和时间依赖性。成骨分化相关转录因子RUNX2和ID1以及晚期成骨标志物BSP和OPN的表达在rhBMP-9的刺激下也显著升高。与rhBMP-9单独刺激组比较,加入SB203580和U0126共刺激后可完全抑制rhBMP-9促人牙周膜成纤维细胞成骨分化的作用。结论:rhBMP-9能够显著诱导人牙周膜成纤维细胞向成骨细胞样细胞分化,且其可能机制为调节p38和ERK1/2通路

Abstract: A novel composite adsorbent based on starch and attapulgite for removing NH+4-N in wastewater was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization,and comparison of ammonia nitrogen adsorption tests was carried out.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of unmodified attapulgite was 4.243 mg/g,while the adsorption capacity of starch-g-AA/attapulgite at 5.301 mg/g which was higher than the unmodified attapulgite by 25%.Adsorption process of starch-g-AA/attapulgite fitted Freundlich isotherm equation bett...

Abstract: 针对热点主题发现是在聚类算法的基础上实现的特点,将改进后的蚁群聚类算法引入到该研究中,同时提出类别关注度(CAD)的概念,以此来判定类别的热门程度并区分出热门类别和冷门类别,在此基础上抽取热点主题集。实验结果表明改进后的蚁群聚类算法对热点主题的发现有一定的效果,对其他仿生优化聚类算法的引入有借鉴意义。

Abstract:
本文介绍了有源噪声控制的应用,并分析了有源噪声控制的基本原理,指出在实际应用中对于无法测得有效的原噪声信号情况中,需要采用反馈控制系统。由于通过自适应反馈控制系统可以避免取得源噪声的相关信号,因而本文对于FXLMS算法进行分析,与传统LMS算法相比,FXLMS算法考虑了牙科设备如电机驱动牙钻或气动涡轮机驱动牙钻中的次级信道并进行了补偿,因而更加适用于牙科领域的自适应有源消声。文中最后对于牙科噪声进行探究,并给出不同参考信号与不同牙科噪声下的仿真结果。
This paper introduces the application of active noise control technology, and analyzes the funda-mental of it. The paper points out that it is necessary to use a feedback control system when the original noise information can’t be reached. Since designing an adaptive feedback system can meet this requirement, the paper focuses on the FXLMS algorithm. Compared with traditional LMS algo-rithm, FXLMS algorithm can compensate the second channel in the dental device such as electro-motor driven dental drill or air turbine driven drill, which LMS algorithm doesn’t take into account. At last, the paper analyzes the dental noise from dental drills and simulates the performance of FXLMS algorithm in different situations, such as different reference signals and different noises.

Abstract: Quantum dots (QDs) are nanometer-sized luminescent semiconductor nanocrystals. Their unique optical properties, such as high brightness, long-term stability, simultaneous detection of multiple signals and tunable emission spectra, make them appealing as potential diagnostic and therapeutic systems in oncology. Preparing the functional QDs by modifying bio-molecules such as antibody will have potential value for cancer diagnosis and treatment. This paper summarized the recent progress of promising application of QDs in cancer diagnosis and therapy, from identifying molecular targets, to drug delivery and therapy; from limitations of toxicity issues related to QDs in living organisms to multifunctional design and development. Finally, the promising applications of QDs are also discussed.
2014年新疆132所医院医院感染横断面流行病学调查

Abstract: 目的了解新疆地区不同级别医院医院感染及社区感染现状。方法采用床旁调查与病历调查相结合的方法对2014年3月20日新疆二级及以上医院住院患者感染、抗菌药物使用情况及病原学监测信息进行横断面调查。结果实际调查132所医院66 208例住院患者,医院感染现患率1.83%,医院感染例次现患率2.02%;社区感染现患率24.53%,社区感染例次现患率24.83%。三级医院的医院感染现患率(2.58%)高于二级医院(1.44%),而社区感染现患率(17.84%)低于二级医院(28.01%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。科室分布中重症监护病房(ICU)医院感染现患率(14.91%)最高,社区感染中儿科组感染率较高。呼吸道、手术部位和泌尿道为医院感染常见部位。抗菌药物使用率为31.27%,二级医院抗菌药物使用率(35.95%,15 642例)高于三级医院(22.32%,5 064例),三级医院治疗性使用抗菌药物病原菌送检率(59.40%,2 224例)高于二级医院(53.59%,6 436例),差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为1 288.974、38.964,均P<0.001)。医院感染病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,前3位依次为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌。结论横断面调查结果能较好地反映新疆不同级别医院的感染现状,提示需加强感染目标微生物的监测与抗菌药物合理使用的管理和评价,关注重点人群及重点部位感染风险管理

Abstract: GaN films etched in molten KOH are regrown for different hours.Scan electron microscope,X-ray diffraction,and photoluminence are applied to study the regrowing characteristics of the GaN in etched pits and nearly.The GaN film regrown for 2h has the lowest dislocation density and the best optical property.The slowly growing velocity in pits at early stage and the lateral growing at the edge of pits in late stage can restrain the propagation of pure screw threading dislocations.The asymmetrical regrowing characteristics on etch-pits will produce new edge threading dislocations and the connectivity of adjacent etch-pits can lessen edge threading dislocations.

Abstract: GaN films were grown with different multi buffer layers by MOCVD.X ray diffraction and photoluminence were applied to study the characteristic of GaN films.Compared to GaN film with conventional single low temperature buffer layer,the FWHM of (0002) XRD and PL of GaN films with different multi buffer layers were narrowed.It indicated that these multi buffer layers techniques could improve crystal quality of GaN films.
沈阳地区天女木兰生物学特性研究

Abstract: 以沈阳地区栽培的天女木兰为研究对象,详细观察测定了该树种的物候期、芽萌发形态变化、开花习性以及枝、叶、果的生长动态等生物学特性。结果表明天女木兰芽在4月上旬开始萌动,生长期约为150d,旺盛生长期从5月上旬到6月中旬,大约50d;5~6月枝、叶、果生长量最大,此期间新梢生长量占当年新梢总生长量(18.3cm)的81%;天女木兰具有“二次开花”现象,第1次开花(主花期)在5月下旬至6月中旬,持续约20~30d,第2次开花在7月末至8月初,花数量少,持续时间短;果实从生长到发育成熟约需90d,成熟期在9~10月。?
