Abstract: 本文报道15种尾孢菌,其中有3个新种和12个中国新记录种。新种是寄生在枝构Broussonetia kaepferi上的构树生尾孢Cercospora broussonetiicola, 寄生在白屈菜 Chelidonium majus 上的白屈菜尾孢Cercospora chelidonii, 寄生在律草Humulus scandens 上的律草生尾孢 Cercospora humuligena。文中为新种提供了拉丁文简介、英文描述并附图。研究的标本保存在中国科学院微生物研究所菌物标本馆 (HMAS)。

Abstract: The concept of phase learning was proposed, and it could be used to determine whether a learning mode was complete or not. Then, a Phases Anomaly Detection Pattern Learning algorithm, PADPL, was put forward. Simulation shows that PADPL could meet the requirements of phases anomaly detection pattern learning which were caused by uncompleted learning mode.

Abstract: 提高植物水分利用效率(WUE)是未来解决我国甚至世界干旱缺水的最重要手段之一。因此,培育和筛选高WUE的品系和品种意义重大。本文通过对3种在充分浇水处理下不同北美黑杨无性系WUE、叶片δ13C的差异分析发现WUE在黑杨无性系之间也存在差异。ERECTA基因可以通过改变气孔密度来提高WUE。我们在欧美杨中克隆到了该基因(PdERECTA)。该基因序列长2844bp,编码948个氨基酸,并且具有保守的类受体蛋白激酶家族的膜外富含亮氨酸和胞内激酶区域。荧光定量表达分析证明该基因在ABA 、盐、冷等胁迫处理下都被诱导表达。组织特异表达分析说明PdERECTA 基因在顶端叶表达量最高,半成熟叶次之,成熟叶衰老叶和根中则无表达。

Abstract: This article aimed to discuss the management system and operational mode of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) standardization based on the combination of principles and general methods of standardization with TCM characteristics.Technical control system should be gradually established in combination with technical regulations and voluntary standards.The government should play coordinated role during the standardization process.Research institutes should also give technical support for TCM standardization.All stakeholders should participate in the TCM standardization process.In addition,two aspects are very important in TCM standardization.The first one is the coordination of standard development and implementation.The other aspect is the cultivation of TCM talents with the knowledge of standardization.
Cloning and physical map construction of a large plasmid pBMB165 in Bacillus thuringiensis

Abstract: The largest detected plasmid pBMB165 from Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. tenebrionis strain YBT-1765 (H8ab) was cloned and its physical map was analyzed. For the cloning, two BAC libraries were constructed with their plasmid DNA and genomic DNA, respectively. The plasmid DNA BAC library was obtained by partially digesting plasmid DNA with BamHI and then cloning to pBeloBAC11 vector, whereas the genomic DNA BAC library was done with HindIII partial digestion. With the chromosome walking strategy, the plasmid BAC library was initially screened by the primers designed according the sequence coding replication protein Rep165 on a previously identified 3.6kb DNA fragment (pBMB165-F4A). Finally, 5 clones covering the most of plasmid pBMB165 were obtained. When screening the genomic DNA BAC library, 8 clones covering whole plasmid pBMB165 were isolated. By restriction analysis of these 13 BAC clones, the physical map and the linear linkage map of plasmid pBMB165 were constructed and the size of pBMB165 was calculated to be 82kb. Based on the DNA sequence of the BAC insertion ends and a previously published 20kb fragment on recombinant plasmid pBMB165A2, there were redundant transposable elements appeared on this large plasmid. This study provided a novel way to clone large plasmid from B. thuringiensis, to draw the physical map by construction of BAC library, and to dissolve the problem in cloning large plasmid from B. thuringiensis.
Thermal Properties and Infrared Spectra of a Lead-Barium-Aluminum Phosphate Glass

Abstract: Thermal properties of a recently-developed lead-barium-aluminum plLosphate glass were examined bymeans of differential thermal analysis. The glass exhibits a low melting temperature, relatively low glasstransition and softelting temperatures, and a high coefficient of thermal expansion. The infrared spectraof the glass are characterized by a very weak absorption band in the near-infrared region, the absence of acharacteristic P=O absorption band in the mid-infrared region, and three well-resolved absorption bandsin the far-infrared region indicating the vibrational motion of aluminum, barium and lead ions at theirnetwork sites.
