Voltage threshold behaviors of ZnO nanorod doped liquid crystal cell

Abstract: With ZnO nanorods doped in only one poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) layer, we observed different threshold voltages with reverse DC voltages for a liquid crystal cell. The length and diameter of the ZnO nanorod used in our experiment were about 180 nm and 20 nm, respectively. When the PVA layer on the anodic side was doped, the threshold voltage was larger than that of the pure cell; conversely, when the PVA layer on the cathodic side was doped, the threshold voltage was smaller than that of the pure cell. These results can be explained by the internal electric field model. We also observed a resonance phenomenon with a low frequency AC voltage.

Abstract: Digital signature scheme based on public key algorithm was difficult to implement in mobile networks due to the high computation complexity of public key algorithm.So a new mutual authentication-based hash chain signature scheme was proposed.Research indicates this scheme can effectively resist user fraud and external attack.And its performance is greatly improved compared with that of the public key scheme.
Determination of 46 plasticizers in food contact polyvinyl chloride packaging materials and their migration into food simulants by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry

Abstract: A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was developed for the determination of 46 plasticizers in food contact polyvinyl chloride (PVC) packaging materials and their migration into food simulants, i.e. water, 3% acetic acid, 10% ethanol and olive oil. Plasticizers in the PVC packaging materials, aqueous food simulants and olive oil food simulants were extracted by the dissolution-precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) approaches, respectively. The extracts were analyzed by GC-MS in selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode and quantified using the external standard method. The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0.1~2.0 mg/L with the correlation coefficients of 0.9910~0.9999. The limits of detection were from 0.005 mg/kg to 0.05 mg/kg (S/N=5). The recoveries at 3 spiked levels were 69.51%~107.21% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs, n=6) ranged from 3.53% to 18.95%. These results show that this method is fast, sensitive and accurate for the qualitative and quantitative determination of plasticizers in food contact plastic products and 4 types of food simulants.

Abstract: 通过对电子器件加速试验失效模型--Arrhenius模型的研究,发现加速试验过程中,失效机理不发生改变时,电子器件失效敏感参数的退化速率与施加应力的负倒数遵从指数关系,从而提出了一种加速试验失效机理一致性的判定方法.对样品3DG130进行了150~310℃的序进应力加速试验,快速得到了失效机理一致的应力范围,验证了该方法的可行性.

Abstract: The effect of fertilization on ecological characteristic of soil microorganism was studied in thermostatic culture.The results showed that microbial biomass carbon were significantly higher in RS and PM treatment compared to the CF or CK(P<0.05).During the 14 to 42 days incubation,the microbial biomass carbon reached their maximum values in the four treatments separately and then started to decline.Plate counts also supported that there were more microorganisms in organic treatments than that in CF and CK.The relative amounts of PLFAs obviously were different among the four treatments and fertilization may increases the PLFA biomarkers for bacteria and fungi,while reduced actinomycetes.The ratio of G /G-was significantly higher in CK and CF compared to the RS and PM(P<0.05).The results of principal component analyses(PCA)indicated that the composition of microbial community were also altered by different fertilization treatment.All of the results illuminated that the fertilization had impact on the microorganism community structure and the ecological characteristics in paddy soils.

磷肥在不同磷素水平酸性水稻土中生物有效性研究

Abstract: 通过盆栽试验研究不同磷水平土壤上施用不同磷肥对黑麦草生长的影响及种植黑麦革后土壤磷组分的变化.结果表明,与不施磷处理相比,施磷后低磷土壤(NK和CK)上黑麦革干物质重和吸磷量的增幅范围分别为32.7%~53.0%和82.4 %~151.9%;在高磷土壤(NPK)上其增幅较小,分别为11.0%~14.0%和51.1%~65.0%.相同施肥处理时,3个土壤上黑麦草干物质重和吸磷量的大小顺序均为NPK>NK>CK.施用磷矿粉KPR取得高于或相当于普通过磷酸钙(SSP)的效果.3个土壤经KPR500、KPR1000和SSP22施磷处理后黑麦草的磷肥农学利用率(AEP)平均值分别为5.6、2.5和124.2,磷肥表观回收率(REP)平均值分别为1.0、0.7和21.1.种植黑麦草后,与不施磷处理相比,施磷后土壤Resin-P,NaHCO3-Pi和NaHCO3-Po 3个有效磷组分均有不同程度的增加,化学吸附态组分NaOH-Pi含量有所增加,NaOH-Po含量比较稳定;施磷矿粉后土壤HCI-P和Residual-P含量显著增加.

Abstract: 以"铁观音"和"福鼎大白茶"两个茶树品种为试验材料,研究水分胁迫对茶树叶片叶绿素荧光特性的影响.结果表明:水分胁迫下,茶树叶片的基础荧光(Fo)显著升高,最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、PSⅡ原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)显著下降,表明水分胁迫使茶树叶片PSⅡ反应中心受到伤害;水分胁迫还可降低茶树的光化学反应速率(Prate),缩短荧光上升时间(T1/2),抑制PSⅡ反应中心电子的传递(ETR降低),导致天线色素热耗散速率(Drate)、非光化学猝灭(qN)和光合功能相对限制值(LPFD)升高,光化学猝灭(qP)和PSⅡ实际光化学效率(Yield)显著下降.比较水分胁迫下"铁观音"和"福鼎大白茶"叶片叶绿素荧光变化发现,"铁观音"PSⅡ反应中心的胁迫耐性较强,叶片光化学效率较高.

Abstract: Disk-like large grain poly-si is formed using solution-based MIC (metal-induced crystallization).A Ni gettering treatment technique is adopted to improve the poly-Si material quality.Using this poly-Si material as the active layer,the leakage and uniformity characteristics of TFTs are improved.Additionally,the pixel circuit and their layout of the two TFTs are demonstrated.Adopting a 6-mask process similar to that of the normal a-si TFT AMLCD product line,125mm QVGA poly-si TFT active matrix panels for OLED are fabricated.A 125mm QVGA AMOLED panel,which can display color video image,is implemented using the active matrix panel.

Abstract: 采用冷压和冷压 热压两种压制方式进行了对比实验,研究了压制方式对粉末冶金法制备泡沫铝材料的影响.通过对在680℃保温发泡制备的泡沫铝的研究,得出了Al-Si-Ca合金粉末制备的泡沫铝材料的泡体演化过程.泡体经历了形核、长大、坍塌3个过程,泡体形状也经历了从圆形到多边形的转变,最终在重力和毛细作用力的驱动下,气泡壁熔体流动引起气泡合并粗化,泡体底部出现实铝层,泡体开始坍塌.
