Abstract: 从包含完整Coriolis力的Boussinesq近似的斜压大气运动方程组出发,利用半地转近似导出β效应和地球旋转水平分量fH=2Ωcosφ共同作用下的大气非线性Rossby波动所满足的KdV方程,求得了椭圆余弦波解和孤立波解.结果分析表明,若扰动与纬度有关,Coriolis参数分量fH将影响波动传播的频率特征,并加强水平散度对斜压Rossby波的作用;如果扰动与纬度无关,则Coriolis参数分量fH的影响消失.

Abstract: The light quantum yield of algae particles is one of the important parameters characterizing the algae response to the environmental factors. Based on the water primary productivity and underwater irradiance at the head of the jetty as a station of the Taihu Ecological Network of the Academia Sinica the light quantum yields of algal were calculated for four observational times. Results suggest that the yields increased basically in a linear way from the just below surface down to 30 cm but further downward the yield increases were slowed down and between 60 and 80 cm the yields were level off, where the maxima were 0.12 mol (O2) /mol (photon), figures that were about 10 times those just below the surface. In spring above 60 cm in Meiliang Bay light was not a constraint of algal growing but under 60cm light was the limiting factor to photosynthesis due to light attenuation.

Abstract: 本文介绍一种提取和提纯隐球菌DNA的方法。将蜗牛酶消化后所得的原生质体,用SE液反复洗涤以除去夹膜多糖,并用55℃热处理裂解原生质体,使DNA的提取和提纯得到了满意的结果。每克湿菌可获得600μg以上的DNA,而且所得的DNA样品特别适合于用T_(?)法测定DNA G+以C mol%含量。

Abstract: Ultra-long waves in the modified Burger model are studied by using the method of travelling-wave solution. Taylor series expansion is used to isolate the characteristics of linear waves and identify the nonlinear waves. Abstract: 采用文献综述法对心理指标的遗传问题做了研究,从而为运动员的心理选材提供遗传学的支撑。心理指标的遗传属于数量遗传,目前国内外的研究大都采用双生子之间相关的研究范式和收养子女与其生父母的相关以及其养父母的相关的研究范式,来估计心理指标的遗传度。大量的研究显示,人格的遗传度的范围为0.40-0.60:智力的遗传度在0.40-0.70之间,而其他心理指标的遗传度研究较少.在心理选材时,还应特别注意遗传因素与年龄的关系,因为遗传度随年龄的增长而发展变化。

Abstract: By means of multi-agent technology, the task-scheduling model in a virtual enterprise (VE) is presented, and the operation process of task-scheduling in VE based on the above model is explained. In the optimization of task-scheduling, the production tasks of each resource agent are taken as the research objective; and the model for taskscheduling in VE for minimizing the production duration is established by comprehensively considering the logical relation among subtasks, the operation time of each subtask, the assigned production activities of each resource agent, etc. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is employed for the problem-solving. Finally, a real example and the numerical simulation show that this task-scheduling model in VE and the optimization algorithm are effective.

Abstract: Especially facial expression and gesture image existed in a large number of interference information disadvantages, resulting in affective computing accuracy down, this paper presented a from the user's facial expressions and gestures in a systematic analysis of the emotional cues of method. First analysis of facial expressions and gestures were the feelings of the rich interactive basic part of the system, and then the nonverbal cued algorithm to judge user emotional state. At the same time, these papers extracted from an image sequence and expression of related characteristics, through the intelligent rule system analysis of the user's emotional state, and reflected the user's suit. Finally based on the main interface technology, it treated such as frustration or anger and other specific emotional states. The experimental results show that, the proposed method can accurately analyze and calculate the user's emotional information.
