Abstract: 将采矿工程本科专业相对独立的专业课程实验内容进行系统整合、贯通、拓展,实现了从矿石采样、矿样检测、开采设计、爆破实验、通风与安全到环境恢复等所涉及的检测手段、实验仪器、监测方法和设备环环相扣的实验教学方法.实验的每一步都与前面实验部分相关联,每项实验资料都以前面的实验材料和数据为依据,而每个实验部分又涵盖基本理论方法验证、综合贯通实验、研究创新性实验三个层面.构建了一个相对关联、环节紧扣的采矿工程创新教学实验教学体系,并经过5届本科教学实践获得了良好的教学效果.

Abstract: 谢瓦氏曲霉间型变种Aspergillus chevalieri var. intermedius俗称“金花菌”,是茯砖茶发酵中的优势菌种,该菌在不同的渗透压胁迫下产生不同类型的孢子。采用抑制性差减杂交技术(suppression subtractive hybridization,SSH),以低渗条件下产生的子囊孢子和高渗条件下产生的分生孢子为材料分别与营养菌丝体构建两个正反向文库。每个库随机挑选400个阳性克隆进行测序。然后将所得到的基因片段在GenBank进行BLASTx和BLASTn同源比对,筛选出的差异表达的基因涉及蛋白质代谢、细胞代谢、转录调控等多个方面,其中可能参与有性产孢调控的基因有13条,可能参与无性产孢调控的基因有10条。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective] Vetiver zizanioides is a perennial grass of the Poaceae family, known as silage, soil and water conservation role. The aim is to collect and identify the resources of the nitrogen-fixing bacteria associated with Vetiver zizanioides. Methods] Associated nitrogen-fixing bacteria isolated from Vetiver zizanioides, were studied by SDS-PAGE whole-cell protein patterns, insert sequence (IS)-PCR finger printing, utilization of sole carbon sources and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. Results] Based on the results of finger printing analysis, protein patterns and biological test, isolates were grouped into 6 clusters, except 4 single strains. Phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA sequences indicated that isolates belonged to Herbaspirillum frisingense, Enterobacter ludwigii, Pseudacidovorax intermedius, Mitsuaria chitosanitabida, Pseudomonas putida, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Burkholderia vietnamiensis and Enterobacter cloacae. Conclusion] The nitrogen fixers associated with Vetiver zizanioides showed great diversity and may have a potential application for the grass forage and agriculture.

Abstract: 从紫茎泽兰(Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng.)乙醇提取物中分离得到11个酚类化合物。通过波谱分析,分别鉴定为咖啡酸(1)、阿魏酸(2)、芥子醛(3)、苯乙基阿魏酯(4)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(5)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(6)、3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸(7)、没食子酸(8)、3-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-1-丙醇(9)、2-香豆酸-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)和4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-3,5-二甲氧基苯基-乙基酮(11)。化合物3~9和11为首次从紫茎泽兰中分离得到。

Abstract: 目的探讨品管圈管理法提升呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)控制措施依从性的效果。方法采用便利抽样法分别抽取2014年1—12月(对照组)和2015年1—12月(试验组)入住某院重症监护病房(ICU)并行机械通气的患者各100例,试验组采取品管圈管理法,比较实施品管圈前后ICU医务人员VAP控制措施和手卫生依从情况。结果试验组和对照组医务人员各项VAP控制措施依从率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001);对照组所有措施全部执行的依从率为32.00%,试验组为74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。对照组医务人员手卫生依从率为29.14%,合格率为42.50%,患者VAP发生率为10.00%;试验组分别为83.64%、82.50%、2.00%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。 结论品管圈管理法在提高医务人员VAP集束化预防策略和手卫生依从性方面效果显著,可以有效降低VAP的发生率

Abstract: In order to assess the value of applying human chromosomal telomeric band painting probes (TBPs) in genetic diagnosis, we used three human telomeric band painting probes in fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) to analyze two cases who had a history of habitual abortion and were suspected to carrying a minute translocation. The probes were prepared by microdissection, and the covered regions were 11q23.3-->qter12q24.1-->qter and 22q13.1-->qter, respectively. According to the FISH results, both the cases were cryptic minute translocation carriers. The involved chromosomes were chromosome 11 and 12 in case 1, and chromosome 11 and 22 in case 2. Combined with chromosome G banding, their breakpoints were 11q23.3, 12q24.1, and 22q13.1, respectively. The results showed that the telomeric band painting probes can be used as a tool to determine minute chromosomal abnormality and the precise breakpoints.
黄连提取物中盐酸小檗碱及药根碱大鼠在体肠吸收特征的研究

Abstract: 目的:研究黄连提取物中盐酸小檗碱(berberine,BER)、盐酸药根碱(jatrorrhizine,JAT)在大鼠肠段的吸收动力学特征。方法:采用大鼠在体肠段回流实验,主要从吸收部位、药物浓度两方面对黄连提取物中BER和JAT的肠段吸收特征进行研究。结果:黄连提取物中BER和JAT在十二指肠、空肠、回肠和结肠的吸收速率常数分别为0.1540,0.1160,0.9793,0.6795h-1和0.0743,0.0564,0.0456,0.0234h-1;BER和JAT在肠道中的吸收按十二指肠、空肠、回肠、结肠的顺序依次下降,小肠中上部对BER和JAT的吸收具有明显的优势;黄连提取物在22~88mg·L-1,BER和JAT的吸收量与浓度呈线性关系,无高浓度饱和现象,Ka值基本保持不变。结论:盐酸小檗碱和盐酸药根碱在大鼠肠道中均有吸收,其吸收呈一级动力学过程,吸收机制为被动扩散。
滑动轮凝胶的制备及其结构研究进展

Abstract: 滑动轮凝胶由于其聚合物网络是由8字形的交联结构将聚轮烷拓扑联锁而成,因而具有比传统聚合物凝胶更优越的溶胀性能、延展性以及机械强度,近年来已成为聚合物凝胶领域研究的热点。本文介绍了滑动轮凝胶的基本概念与拓扑交联方式,简述了其优越的性能和广泛的应用价值,回顾了滑动交联理论的提出及实现过程。重点综述了国内外各种滑动轮凝胶的制备方法,以及溶剂、交联密度和环糊精与PEG的包结复合率等因素对其滑轮效应的结构与性能的影响。指出目前滑动轮凝胶所用的聚轮烷骨架种类较少,应用研究有待加强。

Abstract: 组蛋白去乙酰化酶(histonedeacetylases,hdacs)作为调控基因的关键蛋白酶,其功能异常被证实与肿瘤的发生和发展有直接关系。通过对hdac功能的抑制调节,可以达到治疗肿瘤的目的。组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂的作用机制已得到广泛研究,已开发出各种组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂。按结构类型,组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂大致可以分为:异羟肟酸类化合物(hydroxamicacid)、环状四肽类化合物、脂肪酸盐类化合物、苯甲酰胺类化合物和亲电酮类化合物等。本文对组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂的各类结构及构效关系作一综述。
