Microbial communities in high latitudes and high altitudes ecosystems
高寒生态系统微生物群落研究进展

Abstract: Climate warming is widely predicted to be largest and most rapid at high latitudes and high altitudes like Arctic tundra, alpine tundra, Tibetan plateau, etc. The impacts of climate change on these ecosystems are critical for the global C cycle because of the large amount of C stored in these cold regions. Microbes are key drivers in biogeochemical cycling, and microbial responses and feedbacks to climate change affect ecosystems functioning and stability. This paper review microbial community composition, diversity and spatial distributions in those cold ecosystems, and microbial responses to climate change (warming, nitrogen deposition, fire interference), which could provide base in expanding microbial community studies in cold ecosystems of China.

Abstract: The effects of different concentration of La added in red soil on the growth, yield, content of chlorophyll and peroxidase(POD) activity of rape were studied by pot experiments The results showed that the growth and yield of rape could be improved by low concentration of La3+, however there was no significant difference between the treatment and the control, and inhibited when the dose were more than 300mg·kg-1 and killed after 600mg·kg-1 La was added The decrease of chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a/b was observed when the exogenous concentration of La was more than 15mg·kg-1 POD activity increased gradually with increasing concentration and prolonging reaction The feasible application level of La was suggested to be below 15mg·kg-1.

Abstract: The effect of Lanthanum(La) on the microflora of red soil was studied by pure culture,soil culture and rice pot culture experiment.La was poisonous to soil bacteria,actinomyces and fungi in pure culture experiment,the sensitivity of which to La was decreased in order of actinomyces>bacteria>fungi.La had no significant effect on soil bacteria,actinomyces and fungi at low concentration while had inhibitory effect at high concentration.La had stimulative effect on soil nitrifier at low concentration and the maximum stimulation ratio reached 70 percent while had inhibitory effect at high concentration and the inhibition was strengthened with increasing concentration.La had slightly stimulative effect on soil azotobacter at low concentration while had inhibitory effect at high concentration.La had no significant effect on soil denitrifier.Nitrifier could be used as indicator bacteria of the biological effect of rare earth,nitrifier and azotobacter could be used as indicator bacteria of rare earth\|polluted soil,the critical concentration was about 150mg/kg.

Abstract: 在江苏苏州绰墩山遗址考古发掘中,发现了在剖面不同深度埋藏的距今约6280 a的新石器时期灌溉古水稻田土层和距今约3320 a的商周时期的古水稻田土层.为了解古代水稻种植活动对土壤中细菌、古菌及产甲烷古菌群落多样性的影响,以土壤剖面P-01(包含100~116 cm新石器时期水稻土,42~57 cm商周时期水稻土,0~15 cm现代水稻土和174~200 cm土壤母质)为对象, 利用细菌、古菌及产甲烷古菌群落16S rDNA的高可变区V3区的PCR-DGGE分析技术,研究了不同土层细菌、古菌及产甲烷古菌群落多样性.结果表明:利用PCR-DGGE技术成功获得了古水稻土细菌、古菌及产甲烷古菌群落的分子指纹图谱.现代水稻土、商周时期古水稻土和新石器时期古水稻土中细菌、古菌及产甲烷古菌群落的DGGE条带类型各不相同, 并且DGGE条带类型都较母质层丰富多样.UPGAMA聚类分析可以将不同时期水稻土及母质层的细菌、古菌及产甲烷古菌群落区分开来.埋藏古水稻土中仍有较多的细菌、古菌与产甲烷古菌存活.与母质层相比,不同时期水稻种植活动均增加了细菌、古菌与产甲烷古菌群落多样性.不同时期水稻种植活动可以引起特异性的细菌、古菌与产甲烷古菌群落发育,而且不同的栽培措施可能导致不同的优势种群.

Abstract: 本文用毛细管电泳对乙肝病毒聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增产物进行了检测,并用这一方法和酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)以及PCR与传统电泳联用的方法进行比较,探讨了用高效、快速、微量、易自动化的毛细管电泳代替传统检测方法的可能性,取得了令人满意的结果。

Abstract: 利用中国唯一的无锡FACE(Free-air CO2 enrichment,开放式空气CO2浓度升高)平台,研究了大气CO2浓度升高对土壤β-葡糖苷酶、转化酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、β-氨基葡糖苷酶的影响。研究发现,不同氮肥处理下大气CO2浓度升高对某些土壤酶活性的影响不同。在低氮施肥处理中,大气CO2浓度升高显著降低β-葡糖苷酶活性,但是在高氮施肥处理下,大气CO2浓度升高显著增加β-葡糖苷酶活性。在低氮和常氮施肥处理中大气CO2浓度升高显著增加了土壤脲酶活性,但在高氮水平下影响不显著。在低氮、常氮施肥处理中,大气CO2浓度升高对土壤酸性磷酸酶活性没有影响,而在高氮施肥处理中显著增强了土壤中磷酸酶活性。大气CO2浓度升高对土壤转化酶活性和β-氨基葡糖苷酶的活性有增加趋势,但影响不显著。研究还发现,在不同的CO2浓度下,土壤酶活性对不同氮肥处理的响应也不同。在正常CO2浓度下,土壤中β-葡糖苷酶活性随着氮肥施用量的增加而降低,而在大气CO2浓度升高条件下,却随着氮肥施用量的增加而增加。在大气CO2浓度升高条件下,高氮施肥显著增加了转化酶和酸性磷酸酶活性,而在正常CO2浓度下,影响不显著。在大气CO2浓度升高条件下,氮肥处理对脲酶活性的影响不大,但在正常CO2浓度下,脲酶活性随着氮肥施用量的增加而增加。氮肥对β-氨基葡糖苷酶活性的影响不明显。

Abstract: 测定了浙江慈溪5个不同利用年限水稻土(50~2000 a)的微生物生物量C、N和过氧化氢酶、转化酶、脲酶、磷酸酶的活性,分析了水稻土的生物化学环境质量与利用年限的相关性.结果发现,随着利用年限的延长,水稻土的微生物生物量C与N均趋于下降,其中微生物生物量N能较灵敏地反映利用年限造成的差异(p=0.091);水稻土的过氧化氢酶与转化酶活性均呈下降趋势,其中过氧化氢酶活性与利用年限之间确有线性回归关系(p = 0.042);水稻土的脲酶活性不呈显著变化规律,而磷酸酶活性显著上升,其与利用年限之间确有线性回归关系(p = 0.022).总体表明,利用年限延长虽然会降低水稻土中微生物的生物量和整体活性,但对水稻土的肥力并没有产生不良影响,相反对水稻土的供磷能力有保育和增强作用,而对水稻土的供氮能力没有定向影响.

Abstract: 测定了浙江慈溪5个不同利用年限旱作农田土壤(50~700 a)的微生物数量、生物量和酶活性,比较分析了农田土壤微生物学质量与利用年限的相关性,并测定了50 a、100 a和700 a 3个旱作土壤的微生物功能多样性.结果发现:农田土壤在旱作初期(<100 a),除真菌数量(F)略有上升外,细菌数量(B)、B/F值、微生物生物量C、N及过氧化氢酶、转化酶、脲酶活性全部锐减;耕作100 a之后,仅真菌数量随年限延长而显著降低,细菌数量、B/F值、微生物生物量C、N及过氧化氢酶、转化酶、脲酶活性则全部升高;在50~700 a的整个旱作过程中,土壤微生物生物量C/N值始终随年限延长而显著升高.BIOLOG检测结果显示,旱作农田土壤微生物群落的Shannon、Simpson和McIntosh 3种功能多样性指数在利用年限上的变化规律与细菌数量、微生物生物量及酶活性等完全一致.表明浙江慈溪旱作农田土壤微生物群落结构一直随利用年限的延长而变化,且土壤微生物学质量总体在持续利用100 a左右止降回升.
红壤中镧积累对水稻的生理生态效应

Abstract: 通过盆栽试验,研究了红壤中稀土元素镧对水稻的生长发育,产量和一些对环境敏感的生理生化指标的影响.结果表明,La浓度为75mg·kg-1时水稻的生育期明显滞后,La浓度为300mg·kg-1时水稻的生长显著受到抑制,产量显著降低,水稻生物量降低一半的EC50=323.02mg·kg-1.La浓度为75mg·kg-1时水稻的叶绿素ab显著降低,POD活性、细胞质膜透性和游离脯氨酸含量显著增高.
土壤微生物生物量和呼吸强度对大气CO2浓度升高的响应
