Distribution of A factor and the colony phenotype in single spore isolates of Volvariella volvacea

Abstract: In order to verify the genetic character of Volvariella volvacea, 124 single spore isolates of the strain V23 were selected. Colony morphology on the flat plate was observed. Two kinds of colony phenotype were roughly divided: aerial type (44 isolates) and creeping type (80 isolates). PCR amplification and molecular markers associated with mating factors were used for testing and verifing the distribution of A1 and A2 factors. Among all the dicaryotic strains, the number of homokaryon was 101 and heterokaryon 23, with the proportion of 81.45% and 18.55%, respectively. The number of isolates with A1 factor was 20 amounting to 45.45% of the aerial type isolates. The number of isolates with A2 factor was 15 amounting to 34.09% of the aerial type isolates. The number of creeping type isolates with A1 factor was 15 amounting to 18.75% of creeping type isolates. A2 factor was predominant in creeping type isolates and there were 51, sharing 63.75%. There is no connection between A factor and colony phenotype. Through crossing between isolates of different phenotype with different A factor and then screening by PCR, we obtained true 20 hybrids. The proportion of aerial type to creeping type is 1:1. As long as the aerial type took part in the hybridization, the majority of the colony phenotype in the hybrids was aerial. Hybridization between isolates of creeping type resulted in that the majority of the phenotype in the hybrids was creeping. Fruiting experiment of 8 hybrids selected showed that, only one could fruit.

Abstract: 根据菌株在培养皿中的生长情况,草菇V23的124个单孢分离菌株可分为气生型和匍匐型两大类,气生型菌株为44株,匍匐型菌株为80株。根据草菇A因子相关特异性分子标记,PCR验证单孢萌发菌株的A因子中的A1、A2分子标记的分布情况,探讨了A因子与不同菌落形态的相关性。试验结果表明:124株菌株中,同核体101株,异核体为23株,所占比例分别为81.45%和18.55%。气生型的草菇单孢菌株A1因子为20株,占气生型菌株比例为45.45%,气生型的草菇单孢菌株A2因子为15株,其比例为34.09%;匍匐型的草菇单孢菌株A1因子为15株,占匍匐型菌株比例为18.75%,匍匐型的草菇菌株A2因子为51株,其比例为63.75%,未能发现A因子与菌落形态之间的明显相关性。选用不同A因子,不同菌落表型的草菇菌株相互交配,经PCR筛选,获得20株真正的杂交菌株,杂交菌株的菌落形态气生型与匍匐型占的比例为1:1。表明只要气生型菌丝参与杂交,其杂交菌株的菌落形态则是以气生型为主;匍匐型与匍匐型杂交后的菌丝也不全是气生型,而是以匍匐型为优势群体。选取8株杂交菌株进行岀菇,只有1株产生子实体。
Catalytic oxidation of chlorinated volatile organic compounds over MOx-CeO2/HZSM-5 catalysts

Abstract: The catalytic performance of MOx-CeO2/HZSM-5 (M= Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni and Cu) catalysts prepared by an impregnation method were evaluated in the oxidation of 1,2-dichloroetane (DCE). The introduction of secondary transition-metal-oxide component can greatly improve the catalytic activity of CeO2/HZSM-5 for DCE destruction. The catalytic activities of MOx-CeO2/HZSM-5 catalysts decrease as the order of 9%Ni-12%CeO2/HZSM-5 > 9%Co-12%CeO2/HZSM-5, 9%Mn-12%CeO2/HZSM-5 > 9%Cu-12%CeO2/HZSM-5, 9%Cr-12%CeO2/HZSM-5 > 9%Fe-12%CeO2/HZSM-5 > 12%CeO2/HZSM-5. Large amounts of polychlorohydrocarbon such as C2HCl3 and C2Cl4 were generated over Ni, Co, Mn and Cu impregnated catalysts. Moreover, small concentration of C2H2Cl4 was found when 9%Cu-12%CeO2/HZSM-5 was used as the catalyst. The generation of polychlorohydrocarbon can cause secondary pollution. Among all the catalysts, 9%Cr-12%CeO2/HZSM-5 not only displayed high activity for DCE destruction, but also produced the least polychlorohydrocarbons and showed high selectivity to CO2 and HCl. The improved capability of dehydrochlorination and the deep oxidation of DCE were attributed to strong interactions between CrOx and CeO2, which prompted the migration of active oxygen species on 9%Cr-12%CeO2/HZSM-5 surface.

Abstract: A review is given here to describe the principle and methods of gene polymorphism analysis by capillary electrophoresis (CE). DNA length polymorphism and sequence polymorphism are very important phenomena in gene molecular biology. Some practical works of gene length polymorphism analysis and sequence polymorphism analysis are listed. SSCP and HPA methods detecting gene point mutations are demonstrated. Applications of gene polymorphism analysis by CE in clinical forensic and biological research are also discussed in this paper.

Abstract: 将芬兰Ⅷ公司生产的SCA100T双轴倾角传感器应用于钻孔测斜仪,其体积小,能提高倾角测量的稳定性和精度。双轴倾角传感器测量角度会引起算法校正问题,采用测得的标定数据得出倾角值的回归模型,测量倾角的实验结果和推算结果存在一定的误差,通过应用误差补偿方法来减小实际测量误差。理论分析和仿真计算表明,采用此法补偿后得到的均方差最大为0.15258,而没有补偿的结果最大均方差为4.81104。

Abstract: Chen Duxiu was a pioneer in moral revolution in modern Chinese history.He viewed moral revolution as the last and the most fundamental revolution in modern China.Based on the evolution theory,he proposed that morals evolve as the society evolves and that moral evolution mean moral revolution.The historical mission of moral revolution includes discarding the old and setting up the new,and being enterprising and creative.And it is only through education that moral revolution can be realized.His propositions of realism,peoplism,professionalism and animalism are reflections of his views on moral revolution and moral education.His thought of moral education rooted in the evolution theory not only has brought about a breakthrough from the traditional cycle theory of history,but also offered new contents to it,which reflects a revolutionary nature on the one hand.On the other hand,however,his rejection of all traditional morals in disseminating and applying the evolution theory reflects his oversimplified viewpoints and his own limitations.

Abstract: Agent and Multi-Agent(MAS) system has gradually become mature,and has been widely used in system modeling,agile manufacturing,network monitoring and many other fields.In order to facilitate the development of MAS,a variety of Agent oriented infrastructure platform have been built,e.g.JADE which have been used widely.However,it is difficult to extend and customize the customer-centric application based on these platforms,which have been an obstacle for us to apply agent technology in practice.Therefore,this paper will summarize some common patterns(including autonomous mechanism,communication mechanism,collaboration mechanism,coordination mechanism)to support the development of the MAS system through,the design and implementation of Maze,which is a multi-Agent system simulation platform.Based on these patterns,users can develop the customized application based on agent technology conveniently.In addition,the vivid presentation of the platform can help beginners understand,various characteristics of Agent(such as autonomy,social,and pre-mobility,etc.) compare the performance of different coordination algorithms.Therefore,it is also a good entry-learning tool for studying the agent technology.
Research on Routing Algorithm and Self-Configuration in Content-Based Publish-Subscribe System

Abstract: Content-Based publish/subscribe systems have recently received an increasing attention. Efficient routing algorithms and self-configuration are two key issues in the area of large-scale content-based publish/subscribe systems. Although many routing algorithms have been proposed, none of them fully exploits multicast to enhance system performance and save network bandwidth. In addition, the vast majority of currently available publish-subscribe middleware has ignored this self-configuration problem. This paper first proposes a hierarchical system model with multicast clustering. Then a hybrid routing algorithm is presented, which can fully exploit multicast in order to reduce the used network bandwidth. Moreover, a multicast clustering replication protocol and a content-based multicast tree protocol are presented for coping with the node or link failures and rebuilding the event dispatcher trees. Experimental results reveal that the system has better routing efficiency and lower cost, and guarantees the self-configuration characteristic.
