Abstract: 应用基于有限元算法的软件 ANSYS对 0 .15 μm工艺条件下的一个 U L SI电路的五层金属互连结构进行了热特性模拟和分析 .模拟了这个经多目标电特性优化了的互连结构在采用不同金属 (Cu或 Al)互连线及不同电介质 (Si O2 或低介电常数材料 xerogel)填充条件下的热分布情况 ,计算了这些条件下此互连结构的温度分布 .并将结果与 Stanford大学模拟的另一种五层金属布线结构的热特性结果进行了比较 .讨论了低介电常数材料的采用对于互连结构散热情况的影响 .此外 ,还简要地介绍了 ANSYS的性能和用于热模拟的原理和特色
DETERMINATION OF MOVING-BASE ACCELERATION IN AIRBORNE GRAVIMETRY

Abstract: Airborne gravimetry is a new technique for determination of earth gravity, in which Gravimeter, GPS and other sensors are used. The basic theory is that Gravimeter senses the total acceleration including gravity signal, inertial acceleration and other accelerations, and GPS determines inertial acceleration of moving-base, then gravity will be yielded if inertial acceleration can be subtracted from total acceleration with some corrections. Therefore, determination of inertial acceleration by using GPS is one of key problems. A mathematic model of direct calculation method was deduced in this paper. The data from an airborne gravimetry were tested. Finally, acceleration precise was evaluated in static and kinematic condition. The results indicated that the acceleration accuracy at 0.4-0.9mGal level can be achieved during 60s interval in static condition and 1-3mGal level can be achieved in 90s interval in kinematic condition.

Abstract: The laser-generated surface acoustic wave (SAW) technique is an accurate, fast and nondestructive solution to determine the mechanical properties of ultra thin films. SAWs are dispersive during the wave propagation on the layered structure. The Young's moduli of thin films can be obtained by matching the experimentally and theoretically calculated dispersive SAW curves. A short ultraviolet laser pulse is employed to generate the broad spectral range of the dispersive SAWs. The frequency range of dispersive SAWs in this study reaches 180 MHz, which is adequate for the SAW technique applied for the investigated samples. In this work, the Young's moduli of a series of nanoporous Black DiamondTM low dielectric constant (low-k) films deposited on a Si (100) substrate are characterized successfully by the SAW technique. oindent
Three-dimensional simulation for early breast cancer detection by ultra-wideband

Abstract: Ultra-wideband (UWB) microwave imaging technology can be used as an effective method of detecting early breast cancer, which is based on the difference of the electrical characteristic between normal breast tissues and tumor. The method can provide both the sufficient resolution and the adequate penetration depth in the breast. In this paper, the finite difference time domain method is employed to simulate the microwave propagation in three-dimensional breast tissue. The single pole Debye model is used to approximate the real electrical properties of the breast organism. The antenna arrays made up of 8 emitters and 9 detectors are performed for the detection. The confocal imaging algorithm is employed for the reconstruction of the breast tissue and location. The tumor information displayed in the reconstructed breast image verifies the correctness of the confocal imaging algorithm and the effectiveness of the UWB microwave imaging technique applied to the early breast cancer detection.

锦屏水电站大理岩加卸荷本构模型研究

Abstract: 以锦屏水电站深埋引水隧洞开挖稳定分析为背景,开展大理岩加卸荷变形特性试验,发现无论加载还是卸荷破坏,大理岩试件破坏前都经历显著的体积膨胀过程.从描述岩石体积变形规律的角度出发,在对Weng模型改进的基础上,建立锦屏大理岩加、卸荷本构模型.研究结果表明:模型计算结果与试验结果具有较好的一致性,能较好地描述大理岩加、卸荷体积变形特征.模型可以考虑岩石加卸荷强度特性的差异,能够描述从轴向压缩状态开始卸荷的情况,具有较为广泛的适用性.

Abstract: 通过非贯通人工节理的直剪试验,对剪切过程中非贯通节理岩桥力学性质弱化的力学机制进行阐述,即在剪切荷载作用下岩桥内部微元发生张拉破坏导致岩桥力学性质弱化,并分析岩桥力学性质弱化区域的发展规律。在此基础上,假定岩桥微元强度服从Weibull分布,以岩桥微元的最小主应力作为岩桥微元强度随机分布变量,建立岩桥力学性质弱化模型,提出岩桥力学性质弱化度参数d。再根据直剪试验结果,通过类比得到以剪切位移为变量的岩桥弱化力学模型,最后利用该力学模型分析非贯通节理岩桥的弱化度随参数m,u0的变化规律。分析结果表明,该模型能较好地反映剪切过程中岩桥的弱化破坏过程。

Abstract: 将隧道非齐次的瞬态传热分解为周期函数边界下的瞬态传热和恒温边界下的稳态传热,利用分离变量与Laplace变换相结合的方法,求解有保温隔热层的寒区隧道瞬态温度场的显式解析解。根据能量守恒,建立隧道洞内气体的气–固耦合传热模型,并获得洞内气体年平均温度和温度振幅的显式解析解。衬砌温度影响因素分析表明,随着隧道埋深和年平均气温的增加,二衬内、外两侧的温度呈线性增加,当年平均气温低于0 ℃,季冻区隧道埋深小于80 m时,5 cm厚隔热层很难单独满足防寒需求,应与主动供暖措施联合;随着隔热层厚度的增加,二衬的温度呈增长趋势,但增长速率却逐渐减小;当隔热层厚度超过5 cm时,通过增加隔热层厚度来提高衬砌温度要考虑其经济性。依据隧址区的气候及地形条件,采用工程类比和解析解相结合的方法分段计算隔热层厚度。与实测值对比结果表明,理论解满足工程精度要求。

Abstract: A new simulated charges method,which combines the method of mirror Green's function and optimizes the simulated charges with DFP method,is used to extract the capacitance parameter of ULSI interconnection with two kinds of media.Compared with the results from other simulation of interconnect capacitance.The relative deviation is within 10%,which shows that this new method is efficient and feasible.

Abstract: The limitations of conventional metallization interconnects of integrated circuits and the potential solution of the on chip optical interconnect are discussed.The recent progress of the three basic optical interconnect devices (light emitter,photo receiver and optical waveguide) and their integration with silicon ICs are overviewed and reviewed.Finally,the prospect of on chip optical interconnects on integrated circuits is appraised.

Abstract: Through the experimental research of the learning control on the position servo system, this paper presents the idea that the response delay is a main cause of divergence in learning control process. To solve this problem, three methods are proposed, namely, the input lead method, input filtering method and input lead filtering method. Some satisfactory results are obtained in experiments.
