磷酸咯萘啶胶囊的质量研究

Abstract:
疟疾(malaria)是由疟原虫经按蚊叮咬传播的污染病。临床上以周期性定时性发作的寒战、高热、出汗退热及贫血和脾大为特点。疟疾仍然是国际上十大传染病之一,据统计每年发病人数为3~5亿,死于疟疾者约百万人。咯萘啶是70年代初合成抗疟新药,临床上主要以四磷酸盐形式存在。本文确定磷酸咯萘啶胶囊新药处方、生产工艺、建立质量标准、中试生产并检测、进行加速和长期稳定性考察、研究药理毒理药效药代学等。采用正交试验法、流体力学、休止角研究和制药技术确定最佳处方及工艺,建立了HPLC和UV进行控制质量方法;在国家GMP车间内进行中试规模化生产并检测,采用市售包装于40℃相对湿度75% ± 5%及25℃相对湿度60% ± 5%条件下按新药稳定性指导原则分别取样,检测其外观、有关物质、溶出度及含量。处方合理,工艺简便可行。制定质量标准和检测方法,产品质量稳定有效期长为2年。解决了常规制剂的不足和生物利用度低的缺点,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Malaria is an infectious disease which is spread by mosquitoes biting. Its features are shiver, high fever, sweating defervescence, anemia and splenomegalia. Malaria remains one of the ten largest infectious diseases globally. According to statistics, 300 - 500 million people are infected by malaria and 1 million people are died of malaria annually. The new anti-malarial medicine synthesized at the beginning of 1970s exists in the form of tetraphosphate clinically. This paper is to determine the prescription and production process of new drug—Malaridine Phosphate Capsule, establish quality standards, perform pilot scale production and detection, carry out acceleration and long-term stability investigation and research pharmacology, toxicology, pharmaceutical effect, pharmacokinetics, etc. It is to determine the optimum prescription and process by orthogonal test, hydromechanics, angle of repose research and pharmaceutical technology. It is to build quali-ty-control method by HPLC and UV; to perform pilot large-scale production and detection in national GMP workshop, detect the appearance, related substances, dissolution rate and content of commercially available packages by sampling in 40?C, 40% relative humidity and 25% ± 5%, 60% ± 5% relative humidity respectively according to new drug stability guiding principle. Conclusion: 1) Reasonable prescription. 2) Simple and feasible process. 3) Quality standards and detection method have been established. 4) 2-year of stable-quality expiry date. 5) Obvious economical and social benefits instead of inadequate conventional formulations and bioavailability.

Abstract: 通过分析Floccky流变测试过程中不同持续剪切时间下调理污泥絮体的流变、几何和物理特征的变化,探讨了上述过程中絮体与聚集体之间的转化。结果表明,在zetag7557阳离子有机高分子絮凝剂的最佳调理投药量下,调理污泥体系的弹性网络结构的强度和耐剪切力达到最大。当絮凝剂投加到污泥悬浊体系中,大尺寸的聚集体立即出现,而且在一定范围内,随着持续剪切时间的延长,这些聚集体继续生长,此后,随着持续剪切进行,这些聚集体逐渐变成小甚至成为越来越小的絮体。在上述过程中,Floccky流变曲线上的扭矩值也呈现类似的变化趋势;弹性网络结构强度的极值出现在形成大尺寸聚集体的调理污泥体系中,但形成最大的聚集体或平均直径的调理污泥体系并不能保证弹性网络结构强度达到极值,而且调理污泥絮体分形维数的极值与Floccky流变曲线上特征峰的极值并不重合。此外, 残余在悬浊体系中的zetag7557絮凝剂可以中和部分因调理污泥絮体剪切破碎后新出现的表面负电荷。

Abstract: The response of the Maglev system with delayed position feedback control under the sub-harmonic excitation of the flexible guideway is investigated. The dynamical model is linearized at the equilibrium. Employing time delay as its bifurcation parameter, the condition under which the Hopf bifurcation may occur is investigated. Center manifold reduction is applied to get the Poincar~ normal form of the nonlinear system with guideway disturbance so that we can study the relation between periodic solution and system parameter. The sub-harmonic resonant periodic solution of the normal form is calculated based on the method of multiple scales, and we get the bifurcation equation of the free oscillation. The existence condition of the free oscillation in the solution is analyzed. Relationship between periodic solution and control and excitation parameters is also investigated. Finally numerical method is applied to study how system and excitation parameters affect the system response. It was shown that the critical time delay to keep the response of the system stable is less than that without perturbation. Time delay can not only suppress sub-harmonic resonance, but also control the appearance of the chaos. Control parameter can govern the emergence of the free oscillation and affect the amplitude of the forced oscillation. So carefully selecting the system parameters can restrain the oscillation effectively.

Abstract: The problem of time delay speed feedback in the control loop is considered here. Its effects on the linear stability and dynamic behavior of the maglev system are investigated. It is found that a Hopf bifurcation can take place when the time delay exceeds certain values. The stability condition of the maglev system with the time delay is acquired. The direction and stability of the Hopf bifurcation are determined by constructing a center manifold and by applying the normal form method. Finally, numerical simulations are performed to verify the analytical result.
Adaptive genetic algorithm for multi-peak searching

Abstract: An adaptive multi-peak genetic searching strategy based on optimal subgroup migrating and the functional transformation is proposed. The main idea is, all peaks of multi-peak problems whose peaks are not equally high are transformed into those whose peaks are equally high by functional transformation so as to find all peaks in the same probability; Some genetic operators and near relative excluding strategy are executed in order to maintain the population diversity; The excellent individuals whose fitness are bigger than a threshold are migrated into a subpopulation; Gradient operator in subpopulation is applied to make the individuals evolved subtly. This searching strategy not only can ensure to find all peaks, but it doesnot need any pre-knowledge hypothesis, such as the number and distribution of the peaks. Finally, a comparison test with Spears' s Simple Sub Population strategy is performed.

Abstract: 本文提出了一款基于CMOS 0.13um,具有新颖的采样保持电路,应用于脉冲式超宽带接收机的欠采样型模数转换器.本文主要的难点在于实现拥有远远高于奈奎斯特频率的输入信号的欠采样型模数转换器。根据我们的了解,本文是当今第二次提出当采样时钟大约在1.056GHz,输入信号超过4GHz的欠采样型模数转换器。电路设计中,我们提出了一款新颖的采样保持电路,解决了信号幅度的衰减和高频输入信号线性度的问题。一款使用零静态功耗动态失调校准比较器被进一步优化,实现了失调,速度以及功耗的要求。测试结果显示,当采样频率为1.056GHz,输入信号高达4.2GHz时,SFDR 为30.1dB。不包括缓冲器,ADC的功耗为30mW,芯片面积为0.6mm2.ADC的FoM是3.75pJ.

Abstract: 本文提出了一种不使用三极管而只使用工作在亚阈值区的晶体管和电阻的电压基准。使用0.18um工艺进行流片以及测试的结果表明:本文所设计的电压基准可在0.8V的低电压下工作,在温度从-35 C到85 C的范围内,温度系数为370ppm/ C;电源电压从0.8V到3V的条件下,电压偏差小于0.1%。而且在电源电压为0.8V的条件下,整个芯片的功耗只有1.5uA。

Abstract: Ni-Al alloy was prepared by rapid quenching.The microstructure and catalyticproperties of rapidly quenched Ni-Al alloy and primary Ni-Al alloy were studied.The resultshows that rapidly quenched Ni-Al alloy has fine and homogeneous structure and containsmore NiAl phase;distribution of Cr,Fe elements is more homogeneous.After activation,rapid-ly quenched Ni-Al alloy has smaller pore volume and diameter.Catalytic properties of rapidlyquenched Ni-Al alloy are superior to those of primary Ni-Al alloy.
