Bearings-only passive tracking for maneuvering target

Abstract: Classical bearing-only passive target tracking method usually assumes that targets move with constant velocity in straight trajectory and relative range and velocity between target and observer are adopted as state variables. Therefore, the corresponding tracking filter can not track maneuvering target.A pseudo-linear adaptive tracking algorithm for maneuvering target is developed through manipulation of measurement equation. The algorithm is used in single-sensor and multi-sensor tracking context. Simulation results show the validity of the presented algorithm. Compared with single-sensor tracking, multi-sensor tracking is of higher accuracy, stability and convergence rate.

Abstract: The disturbance decoupling problem for nonlinear generalized time varying control systems is discussed. A new decoupling algorithm is proposed. By which a sufficient and necessary condition for the solvability of the disturbance decoupling problem is derived. The algorithm also provides a procedure for constructing a decoupling feedback control law. At last, an example is provided to illustrate the method presented in this paper.

Based on the benefit model, the optimal time for local government taking part in e-government platform and its related influence factor are investigated in the paper. Then the subsidy model of central government and its algorithm of searching optimization are proposed.
On the shear bandwidth in saturated soils

Abstract: The width of a shear band formed in saturated soils under simple shear and combined stress statehas been investigated.In the present model,the dilatancy of soils,the pore pressure dissipation characteristics,the inertial of water and soils,the obstruction between the grains and water are considered.The effectivestresses are considered as a function of strain,strain rate and pore pressure.A finite thick shear band may develop when instability starts the shear bandwidth may be expressed asapproximated formulas based on the fact that the shear band formation is a late stage and so the inertial maybe neglected.It is shown that the shear bandwidth is dependent on the pore pressure properties of the materialand the dilatancy rate,but is independent of the details of the combined stress state.This is in agreement withsome of separate experimental observations.
Effects of organic loading rate and salinity on characteristics ofextracellular polymeric substances (EPS) of aerobic granules

Abstract: Effects of organic loading rate (OLR) and salinity on the properties of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) in aerobic granules, and the relationship between EPS and specific oxygen uptake rate (SOUR) and porosity were investigated in this work. It was found that OLR affected characteristics of EPS more significantly than the salinity did. The carbohydrate EPS negatively correlated with SOUR, and the protein EPS also negatively correlated with porosity. Additionally, with respect to the saline shock, granules under a high OLR were more stable than those under a low OLR.
Influence of sodium chloride on formation of aerobic granules

Abstract: The formation of aerobic granular sludge was studied using different sodium choride concentrations in the substrate. Granules in R1, where the salinity remained at 1% exhibited the inner holes of granules. In R2 and R3, when the salinity increased from 1% to 2.5%, disintegration of granules was observed. However, in R3, when the salinity increased from 2.5% to 5%, the disintegration stopped, the granules became more compact. The disintegration of granules under the salinity of 2.5% may be due to the abominable conditions both for halo tolerant and non halo tolerant bacteria.

Abstract: 研究了非晶(Fe1-xCox)78.4Nb2.6Si9B9Cu1(x=0.35,0.5,0.65)合金490℃等温退火0.5 h后的结构与高频磁性.XRD分析表明,退火后非晶合金实现纳米晶化,析出晶粒尺寸约15 nm的α-FeCo(Si)软磁晶体相;随Co含量增加,晶格常数变小.利用Pseudo-Voigt2函数模拟XRD衍射峰并计算了晶体相体积分数,由晶体相体积分数及晶格常数估算了剩余非晶相的成分.用阻抗分析仪测量了合金在10 kHz-10 MHz范围的磁谱曲线.结果表明,随Co含量增加,合金初始磁导率降低,而共振频率明显提高,用畴壁运动方程及畴壁钉扎理论解释了Co含量变化对纳米晶合金高频磁性的影响规律.

MAR-FISH Technique and Its Application in Study of Environmental Microbial Community and Function

Abstract: The major goal of microbial ecology is to study the structure and function of complex microbial communities. New molecular biological techniques have been successfully applied to analyze microbial community structure. However they do not provide information on the physiologic properties of the detected microorganisms. A new tool for structure-function analyses in microbial ecology, microautoradiography combined with fluorescence in situ hybridization (MAR-FISH) can be used to simultaneously examine the phylogenetic identity and the specific activity of microorganisms within a complex microbial community at a single-cell level. This article reviews the principle, experimental steps of MAR-FISH technique. The application of this technique in study of the environmental microbial community and function is also summarized.
Algorithm and Experiment Research of Textual Document Clustering Based on Improved K-means

Abstract: After a concise introduction of conotation,functions and general processs of textual document clustering, this paper expotiates the basic mechanism of a kind of improved K-means clustering based on initial centroids selection through minimum-maximum principle, designs its algorithm, implements the clustering system, and conducts several experiments taking 300 academic articles and relative characteristic words for instances, which prove the good performance of the algorithm proposed.
