Abstract: Land property right is the kernel of land cadastral management Cadastral information is dynamic because land property right and land use often change It is the pivot and difficultical of cadastral information system about how to manage history cadastral information In this essay, the cadastral entities variation rule in cadastral information system are analyzed based on Object-Oriented method and Time-GIS technology Land parcels, land certificates and obliges are the fundamental entities of Cadastral Information System Land parcel is the principal part of a land certificate while the oblige is the object part The lifecycle of land parcels is the time-span when the spatial and topologic relationship keep changeless The lifecycle of land certificate is the time-span when the principal part and the object part don't change The state succession in the lifecycle of a land parcel can be divided into basic properties variation and apportion properties variation Then the relationship between old entities and newborn entities in the evolution of Cadastral Entities is analyzed Based on the discussion of cadastral entities variation rule, the solution about how to use GIS and Database Technology to record and query the cadastral entities is brought out Two aspects are emphasized when recording history cadastral information:(1) State time successions in lifecycle of cadastral entities;(2) inheritance relationship between old entities and newborn entities Two ways can be applied when querying historical cadastral information:(1) parent entities tracing of a cadastral entity;(2)parcels distribution resume in a specified area and time Thus the academic and the technologic groundwork are provided for the cadastral information system to manage historical cadastral information

Abstract: 宗地、土地证书和权利人是地籍信息系统中最基本的两个实体,宗地是土地证书的客体,权利人是土地证书的主体。宗地实体的生命周期实际上就是宗地空间形状及空间拓扑关系不发生变化的时间范围,土地证书的生命周期就是指土地证书客体以及土地证书主体都不发生变化的时间范围。在探讨地籍实体变更规律基础上,本文设计和研究了利用地理信息系统技术和数据库技术记录和回溯地籍实体随时间变化的方法。为地籍信息系统解决历史地籍信息管理提供了理论和技术基础

Abstract: Ratcheting behavior of the materials has been extensively investigated and simulated in the last two decades, since it is important in the design and assessment of engineering structure components subjected to asymmetrical stress--controlled cyclic loading. However, most of the referable literature concerned only the macroscopic phenomenon of ratcheting and its phenomenological models. Therefore, the microstructure evolution of SS304 stainless steel during uniaxial stress--controlled cyclic loading with the ratcheting deformation was observed by using OM, SEM and XRD methods. Several specimens with the same applied stress level were first tested under the stress--controlled cyclic loading with different numbers of cycles macroscopically, and then the thin--filmed samples obtained from the specimens subjected to different numbers of cycles were microscopically observed. The results show that when the ratcheting strain reaches a certain value high enough, the strain--induced martensite transformation occurs in the process of ratcheting deformation. The resultant phase is the lath α--martensite and the amount of the induced martensite increases gradually with the number of cycles, which is proved by the quantitative analysis of XRD. It is also concluded that the plastic deformation caused by the martensite transformation has a un--negligible contribution to the total value of ratcheting strain. The total ratcheting deformation should be considered as a superimposition of two parts, i.e., the one caused by applied cyclic stress and the other caused by the strain--induced martensite transformation.
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON UNIAXIAL RATCHETING OF 20 STEEL WITH HIGH NUMBER OF CYCLES AT ROOM TEMPERATURE

Abstract: Ratcheting is a cyclic accumulation of inelastic strain occurred under the stress--controlled cyclic loading with< non--zero mean stress, it is very important in assessing the fatigue life and safety of the structure subjected to cyclic loading. The existed results showed that different materials presented different ratcheting features, and the results were obtained from the cyclic tests with a small number of cycles (less than 200 cyc). Therefore, based on the uniaxial strain--controlled and stress--controlled cyclic tests with high number of cycles (more than 2000 cyc), the cyclic deformation features of 20 steel were observed at room temperature. The effects of the cyclic softening/hardening feature and yielding plateau of the steel and the applied mean stress, stress amplitude and stress ratio on the ratcheting of the steel with high number of cycles were studied. The results show that the 20 steel presents a weak and stain--amplitude--dependent cyclic hardening, and the ratcheting of the steel depends greatly on the applied mean stress, stress amplitude and stress ratio. The ratcheting strain increases monotonically with the increase of applied mean stress and stress amplitude, but decreases with the increase of stress ratio. A re--speeded ratcheting will occur at the end of cycling with high number of cycles when the applied stress levels are high enough. More importantly, the yielding plateau of the steel greatly influences the evolution of the ratcheting. It is concluded that the effect of yielding plateau on the ratcheting should be reasonably considered in constructing the cyclic constitutive model of the ratcheting for the 20 steel.

Abstract: 为得到实时并发系统的最优运行路径,提出一种基于Mealy机建模的最优调度方法.通过分析以P-timePetri网建模的实时系统,并用Mealy机建立中库所及其对应时间的关系,得到在满足系统非死锁、非阻塞特性下的最优路径.基于这种方法,可获得P-timePetri网的最优合法序列.通过实例验证表明:所提出的方法具有较好的效果.

Abstract: 根据印染企业订单排缸生产计划的实际情况,建立染缸资源配置系统的自动机模型,使订单的各种染缸配置方式映射到自动机模型中;然后,根据模型行为演化过程,对订单的染缸资源配置过程划分阶段,在各个阶段设定性能指标函数,并建立各阶段间性能指标函数间的递推关系式;最后,用动态规划法对染缸的配置过程寻找最优排缸策略,得到染缸资源利用率最大的配置方式.实例结果表明:与现有的计算机调度系统相比,所建立的模型和决策方法能有效地提高染缸资源的利用率.

Abstract: 利用国家同步辐射实验室合肥光源的真空紫外同步辐射,使NO分子和Ar原子混合物的超声分子束发生光电离,测量了Ar,NO和异类团簇Ar·NO的光电离效率谱. 在谱中,在与Ar原子的共振线对应的能量区域(11.5—12.0 eV)观察到一个强的类共振结构. 这个结果表明,在异类团簇Ar·NO的内部,稀有气体Ar原子的激发能转移到与它接触的分子NO上,使分子NO发生电离.

Abstract: 通过室内放水冲刷试验,对坡面细沟侵蚀发生的临界条件、细沟发展过程中的侵蚀产沙特征,以及影响细沟侵蚀产沙的因素进行了分析研究,得出了试验土条件下产生经沟的临界流量与坡面坡度的关系式。在分析产沙变化的基础上,探讨了细沟侵蚀量随径流量和坡面倾斜度的变化规律。
Fragile Watermarking Algorithm Based on Hash Function in Wavelet Domain

Abstract: A novel fragile watermarking algorithm based on binary look-up-table (LUT) and Hash value in the discrete wavelet domain is proposed to overcome the security problems of block-wise independence watermarking schemes. Since the wavelet transform has space and frequency characteristic, we embed a marking watermark in the LL sub-band with the look-up-table method for the detection and localization tampering. Choose the Hash value of the HL sub-band or LH sub-band as another watermark to embed in HH sub-band for resisting the counterfeiting attacks. The experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm has both the effectiveness in resisting possible attacks and good ability of detecting local alterations.
