Abstract: 对根癌土壤杆菌C58/pGV3850菌株的固氮生理特性研究结果表明,该菌具有自生固氮活性,其固氮活性的最适pH为8.0,温度为30℃.固氮活性在对数生长后期(14h)最高,延缓期和静止期乙炔还原活性较低.该菌株好氧,通过氧呼吸和吸氢酶的作用达到避氧固氮.当通入氧气超过呼吸耗氧时,对固氮活性产生抑制作用.在培养过程中增加NH_4~+浓度,固氮活性会降低,当达到15mmol/L时完全丧失固氮活性,表现NH_4~+阻遏固氮酶蛋白合成.在乙炔还原测定系统中加入NH_4~+并不影响乙炔还原反应,说明没有NH_4~+关闭现象.培养过程中加入MSX(2.5mg/ml)能解除10mmol/L NH_4~+对固氮酶合成的阻遏作用.固定的游离氮不能以NH_4~+形式分泌于胞外.固氮过程中放出大量氢气,培养16小时产氢量达65μmol H_2/mg蛋白.在限碳条件下(0.2%蔗糖)其吸氢酶活力可达520nmol H_2·ml~(-1)·h~(-1).

Abstract: Applicants' impression management were the most widely existed phenomena in actual job interviews,which in order to elicit positive interviewer evaluations.Applicants' impression management included three types' tactics:assertive IM tactics,protective IM tactics,and nonverbal IM tactics.And the measurement could be expatiated from the measure of IM tactics and the measure of IM styles.Besides,based on some literatures,introduced the current study status from four aspects:the interview situation and applicant impression management;applicant personality and impression management tactics;applicant impression management and interview outcomes;and interviewer perceptions on applicant impression management.In the end,discussed some existing problems and indicated the future research area.

Abstract:
超现实主义主张探求人的内心世界,寻求理性世界和非理性世界、梦幻与现实的结合,动画艺术属于一种以假定性为特征、以人工形象为演员的影视艺术,动画艺术本身固有的属性成为了超现实主义在当代影像时代传承的绝佳载体,而超现实主义手法被越来越多的动画制作者运用来表达自己的创作思想。本文以当代动画大师大友克洋和今敏的动画艺术创作为例分析,剖析了动画中的超现实主义的表现手法和情怀,它令创作者对生活的感悟艺术升华,使观众得到现实世界中无法得到的精神世界的满足。
Surrealism advocates exploring the inner world and seeking the combinations of rational and ir-rational world and fantasy and reality. Animation art is a kind of film and television arts which is characterized by the assumption and has artificial images as the actors. The inherent properties of animation art become an excellent carrier of surrealism in contemporary era. More and more animators use the surrealism technique to express their creative ideas. This paper took the ani-mation art creations of the contemporary animation masters, Katsuhiro Otomo and Satoshi Kon, as an example to analyze the expression and feelings of surrealism in animation. The surrealism makes the creator’s perception of life sublimate artistically so that the viewers can get the satis-faction in the spiritual world that can’t be gotten in the real world.

Abstract: 控制全球二氧化碳含量在 2050年前不超过500ml/m3和在2010年全球平均升温不超过2℃是当前国际气候保护的热点问题.建立了一个全球性的包含GDP溢出机制和技术进步作用的RICE类型模型,以分析全球合作减排的配额公平性和方案有效性.研究结果表明,为了将2050年全球二氧化碳浓度控制在500ml/m3,以"人均排放权均等"的原则进行国际碳排放权配额分配时,以1861年为历史排放起点会导致发达国家与发展中国家在可使用配额上产生极大悬殊,不易在国际谈判中被接受.Stern的减排方案能虽能较显著地将2100年升温幅度控制在2℃以内,但是,该方案的实施使发展中国家将损失相对较多的经济收益用于支付减排的成本.相比之下较优的国际减排方案为:至2050年,发达国家的排放水平比1990年降低80%,中国、俄罗斯和世界其他国家从2020年之后开始减排,至2050年,中国比2005年排放水平降低25%,俄罗斯比2005年排放水平降低30%,世界其他地区比2005年排放水平增加量不超出30%.

Abstract: Traces of 13 blue roller-ball pen inks were identified by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) with 0.03 mol/L borate and 10% (in volume) methanol as buffer at the voltage of 15 kV and the temperature of 25 degrees C. Samples could be classified into 3 major groups and 5 subgroups by UV detection results and 4 species by visible detection results. The analytical results with different wavelength lights could be used to cross confirm the ink species. The aging effect was studied for 3 samples stored in darkness, and the relative ages were determined based on the relative quantities of some components. In addition, no effect of the matrix of paper was found on the results.
Analysis of the spatial variability of rainfall in Wuding River Basin

Abstract: The Wuding river basin lies in the middle reaches of the Yellow River, the typical area of the Loess Plateau which is characterizedby serious soil erosion. So the analysis of hydrological factors such as precipitation is invaluable for understanding water cycle process and its impact on the watershed. Geostatistical methods, originating from geology in the 1950s, have been expanded to many other scientific fields for their unique statistical and interpolating advantages. In this paper, we tried and applied ordinary Kriging(OK) technique,one of the geostatistical methods, to analyze the spatial variability of annual precipitation at 67 rainfall stations for this watershedduring the period from 1990 to 1997. Because of the attributes of the rainfall data of which the frequencydistribution tallies with logarithmicnormal distribution, the original data were processed by logarithmictransformation, corresponding thelogarithmic Kriging technique was takenas the analyzing and interpolating method, which made the application of geostatistical technique more convenient and easier,also the analysis more reasonable. The result revealed that the semi-variograms of rainfall were best described by spherical variogram model, suitable to most natural variables, and subsequently it was chosento fit in the needed parameters for interpolation. Fromthe final parameters attained,it was indicated that the rangesof eachyear in the studied timeseries were not the same, even varied greatly. The range of 1991 was up to 20.17 km, whichwas the minimum, while that of 1994 appearedto be 68.65 km, with thecoefficient of variability of the year being the minimal. This consequence can best explain that the period of 1994 was the most evenperiod in the time series for the variability of rainfall in Wuding river basin. In the meantime, studies indicated the existence of thenugget effect in each year; which may be primarily caused by random factors at a spatial scale less than the range. After the analysis of rainfall data usingKriging technique, three-dimensional maps of different years were created for the further study and utilization, which made the spatial variation easy to be discerned. The northeast and northwestparts are characteristic of low variations with low rainfall compared with other regions, while the middle part of the south exhibitshigh fluctuation. If the statistical analysis is combined with other maps such as the relief map or DEM, some other meaningful information can also be acquired.
Cloning, bioinformatics analysis and improving thermostability of a-amino acid ester hydrolase from Xanthomonas rubrillineans

Abstract: Objective] The study aimed to clone a-amino acid ester hydrolase gene from Xanthomonas rubrillineans, to perform bioinformatics analysis and increase the thermostability of the enzyme. Methods] The full length of aeh was cloned by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The gene sequence obtained and the putative amino acid sequence were analyzed by bioinformatics software, and the three-dimensional structure of X. rubrillineans AEH was predicted by homology modeling. In order to improve thermostability, sites displaying high degree of flexibility were replaced through site-directed mutagenesis. Results] Aeh was obtained by PCR from X. rubrillineans (GenBank accession: JF744990). The nucleotide sequence is 1 917 bp length, encoding a polypeptide of 638 amino acids and shares 91% and 83% identity to peptidase from X. albilineans str. GPE PC73 and GL-7-ACA acylase from X. axonopodis pv. citri str. 306 respectively. Based on the predicted model, sites displaying high degree of flexibility were replaced through saturated mutagenesis and 3 variants with 5 °C higher T50 than wild type were distinguished from 282 variants by screening. Conclusion] The sequence analysis of X. rubrillineans AEH was benefit for exploration of evolution history. The strategy of replacing highly flexible residues by saturated mutagenesis can be used for enhancing thermostability.

Abstract: Based on the analysis for lines' behavior and the functions of buffers in this system, this paper discusses how to design the capacities of buffers rationally by using inverse simulation to improve the property of system and promote the ratio of system production. The method is introduced by giving an example of five stages transfer lines in detail. In the end, a forward simulation model of this system is developed to validate the outputs of inverse simulation, and the results is satisfactory.

Abstract: Data dependency is an important foundation of knowledge reduction and knowledge reasoning under incomplete information system(IIS).This paper gives the definition of object dependency using limited tolerance relation under IIS,and the one of attribute dependency using set pair analysis.Then it brings forward the methods and the algorithms of object reduction according to object dependency and attribute reduction according to attribute dependency.By two examples,it is verified that the new method bonding limited tolerance relation and set pair analysis is reasonable and effective at last.
