Abstract: 从黄河源头下游8县区采集的24份土壤样品中分离得到19属34种暗色丝孢真菌,其中长孢齿梗孢Scolecobasidium longisporum和戈壁维罗纳霉Veronaea gobica为两个新种,芦竹节菱孢Arthrinium arundinis为一个新组合名称,并对灰色瓶霉Phialophora cinerescens进行了补充描述。对该地区31个中国已知种亦作了标本引证。所研究真菌的干制培养物及活菌种保存在山东农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP)。

Abstract: Eight species in the genus Scolecobasidium were identified from soil samples collected in the source areas of Yangtse River and Yellow River. Among them, S. chinense and S. qinghaiense were described as new species, S. dendroides was a new record for China. All specimens (dried cultures) and living cultures studied were deposited in the Herbarium of Shandong Agricultural University: Plant Pathology (HSAUP).

Abstract: Twelve genera of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes were isolated from thirty-five samples which were collected from five ecosystem-types of the middle reaches of Yarlung Zangbo River of Tibet. The population dominance index, Shannon-Wiener index, evenness, niche breadth and community similarity were used to analyze the diversity and eco-niche of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes in five ecosystem-types. The results showed that the amount and species (at generic level) distribution of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes had an obvious variability in different ecosystem-types. The diversity index of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes of farmland was the highest and the evenness was also higher while the diversity index of shelter-belt was the lowest and the evenness was the lowest too. The analysis of the fungal community similarity between different ecosystem-types showed that farmland soil and shelter-belt soil had the highest similarity, indicating that the soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes in this two ecosystem-types had more common species. The similarity coefficient of the fungi between wetland soil and urban garden soil was the lowest. The results of niche breadth analysis indicated that species of Paecilomyces, Volutella, Aspergillus and Penicillium had wider niche breadth and wider adaptability. While Beauveria and Metarhizium had narrower niche breadth and narrower adaptability.

Abstract: 从秦岭太白山南、北坡采集的40个土壤样品中分离纯化得到土壤淡色丝孢真菌16属,利用物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、均匀度、生态位宽度及生态位重叠等指标对太白山南、北坡不同林带土壤淡色丝孢真菌的群落结构进行了研究.结果表明:土壤淡色丝孢菌各物种在南、北坡各林带中的分布具有明显的环境梯度格局.海拔和植物林带类型是决定太白山土壤淡色丝孢菌分布的主要因素.淡色丝孢真菌物种丰富度和多样性指数随着海拔的升高呈明显降低的趋势;群落的均匀度随海拔的升高呈一定的升高趋势,但规律不明显.对淡色丝孢菌各物种的生态位研究结果表明,太白山南、北坡青霉属、曲霉属、轮枝孢属、拟青霉属、枝顶孢属等物种生态位宽度值较大,与其他各属的生态位重叠较高,说明上述各属真菌在太白山南、北坡分布较广泛.而单端孢属、粘帚霉属、绿僵菌属的生态位宽度较窄,与其他各属的生态位重叠较小,说明这些属的真菌分布受海拔高度及植被类型的影响较大,仅在某些特殊林带中出现.

Abstract: One hundred and eight isolates of soil dematiaceous hyphomycetes belonging to 15 genera were found from 59 soil samples collected in central and western of Qaidam Basin covered with desert, gobi, swamp and town-oasis. The species dominance, Shannon-Wiener index, evenness and niche width were used to study the diversity of soil dematiaceous hyphomycetes in different ecosystem of Qaidam Basin. Abstract: 从雅鲁藏布江中游地区采集土壤样品35份,主要涵盖农田、城市花园、高山草甸、湿地和防护林带五种生态类型,从中分离获得土壤淡色丝孢菌12属。利用种群优势度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、均匀度、生态位宽度、群落相似性等指标对该地区不同生境的土壤淡色丝孢菌物种(属级)的生态多样性及物种生态位进行了分析。结果表明,土壤淡色丝孢菌的数量和类群分布在该地区不同生态类型土壤中差异明显。农田生境中土壤淡色丝孢菌物种多样性指数最高,均匀度较高;防护林带生境中土壤淡色丝孢菌物种多样性指数最低,均匀度也最低。对不同生态类型土壤中淡色丝孢菌的相似性分析发现,农田和防护林带生境的相似性系数最大,说明这两种生境具有较多的共同物种;湿地和城市花园生境的相似性系数最小。物种生态位结果分析表明,在上述五种生境中,拟青霉属Paecilomyces、刺座霉属Volutella、曲霉属Aspergillus和青霉属Penicillium具有较宽的生态位宽度,属于广适性物种;而白僵菌属Beauveria和绿僵菌属Metarhizium生态位很窄,只存在于某个生境中,属于狭适性物种。

Abstract: 在进行长江、黄河源头地区土壤中暗色丝孢菌多样性研究的过程中,从该地区分离、鉴定出8种齿梗孢属真菌。其中,中华齿梗孢Scolecobasidiumchinense、青海齿梗孢S.qinghaiense为新种,树状齿梗孢S.dendroides为中国新记录种。对新种及中国新记录种作了较详细的描述。研究菌株的干制培养物和活菌种保存在山东农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP)。
