Study on release of compound Ganshu patches

Abstract: The objective of this paper was to investigate the in vitro release of the consituents of compound Ganshu patches,such as astragalosides,curcumol and vacsegoside etc,A pharmacopoeia method for in vitro drug release and a Franz diffusion means were utilized for the determination of the in vitro drug release of constituents from patch formulations and the permeability of constituents per se respectively.Results showed that about 5% and 70% of astra-galoside were released from the tested formulations in 2 h and 24 h respectively when further increasing release time led to a decreased release rate,whereas morethan 50% of curcumol were released in 24 h.In addtion,other constituents were also found to be released to some extent in 30 h.Diffusion results suggested that lipophilic ingredients per se,such as curcumol,could penetrate through the hairless mouse skin,whereas those hydrophilic compounds,such as astragalosides,possessed limited permeability.

Abstract: 如何合理有效地评估通信网络中各节点的重要性, 对整个网络的设计至关重要. 在以往相关理论研究的基础上, 提出了一种基于网络传输流量和网络节点间两两最短距离的新算法—DFC 算法(Combination oftransmission flow and shortest path distance). 该算法从每个节点在通信网络中所占的通信流量, 及节点失效后两两间最短距离的变化出发, 来反映该节点对整个通信网络的重要程度. 通过实验仿真, 并与目前最通用有效的节点删除法相比, 证明该方法具有更高的精确性, 是一种有效的方法.

Abstract: 现代网络技术飞速发展, 致使通信网络得到深入研究, 而网络的可靠性是评估网络好坏的重要标准之一. 在以往研究理论和实践的基础上, 根据节点删除法/链路收缩法, 分别对节点/链路的重要性进行评估, 作适当处理, 基于网络固有的拓扑结构, 并结合网络传输特性, 提出了评估通信网络可靠性的新方法——TNL 算法(Combined with the importance of Nodes, Link and Transmission flow). 该方法有效地评估了在具有不同网络拓扑结构的通信网络的可靠性, 实验证明该方法优于二元决策图法, 具有高可靠性.

Abstract: A preliminary investigation of diseases and insect pests was carried out in several representative planting regions of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch) Bge. var mongolicus (Bge.) Hsiao by the spatial and temporal distribution method. The results showed that powdery mildew and root rot diseases are the most serve among the six types of diseases found in A. membranaceus var mongolicus, and meloidae, lima bean pod borer and plant louse are the most harmful among the twenty-three types of insect pests found in this species. Clarification of plant diseases and insect pests in A. membranaceus var mongolicus as well as their damaging extent may provide a reference for the control study regarding the diseases and insect pests in A. membranaceus var mongolicus.

Abstract: 通过对大量实测资料的统计与研究,讨论了影响多点位移计精度的可能因素,认为对于多点位移计观测成果的表述,一般用相对位移即可,只有当大于某值需进一步分析时才计算绝对位移。还从仪器原理角度分析了锚杆应力计高应力值混杂假象的原因,主要是由于仪器是按轴心受力构件设计,不适宜用于抗剪断的部位。呼吁有关单位认真研究判断已有资料真伪及其分析的方法。
