Abstract: 根据矩阵Padé逼近理论,把磁化色散介质的相对磁导率张量表示成以jω为自变量的矩阵函数形式,用/t代替jω后过渡到时域,再引入离散时域移位算子代替时间微分算子.进而导出磁化色散介质中的磁感应强度B和磁场强度H在离散时域的色散关系,并将其具体应用于旋磁介质,得到了这种磁化色散介质的Padé时域有限差分方法的递推表达式.作为验证,用这种方法计算了磁化铁氧体球的后向雷达散射截面,所得结果与文献结果一致.理论推导及算例表明,该方法是正确和有效的.

Abstract: The permittivity in the frequency domain is transformed to the time domain, and the complex electric susceptibility dyadic matrix and the complex electric displacement vector in time domain are introduced. The three_dimensional finite_difference time_domain method based on the recursive convolution principle(RC_FDTD) for the electric anisotropic dispersive medium is discussed in detail. To exemplify the availability of the RC-FDTD algorithm, the backscattering RCS of a non-magnetized plasma sphere is computed, and the numerical results are the same as that of shift operator_FDTD method, which shows that the RC-FDTD method is correct and efficient. In addition, the co-polarized and cross-polarized backscattering waves in time domain for a magnetized plasma sphere are obtained by the RC-FDTD algorithm. The results show that when the external magnetic field is implemented, the cross-polarized component appear evidently.

Abstract: 根据递推卷积原理,将磁化铁氧体材料的频域磁导率过渡到时域,通过引入时域复数磁化率张量和时域复数磁感应强度矢量,提出了磁化铁氧体材料电磁散射的三维时域有限差分方法.为了验证该方法,用它计算了磁化铁氧体球的后向雷达散射截面,与文献结果符合很好.计算结果表明,该方法是分析磁化铁氧体材料电磁散射一种可行的方法.

Abstract: The effects of shading on the respiration metabolism o f flower buds and leaf buds of cherry in dormant period were studied. The results show that in early dormant period the respiratory intensities of cherry flowere d buds and leaf buds are relatively infirm and reduce slowly and the slowdown of leaf buds is lower than that of flower buds. At the lower temperature the resp ir atory intensities rapidly decline and after that they change little. In the late dormant period the respiratory intensities slowly rise.Under the nature condi tion three respiratory pathways show different changes: EMP reduces and TCA alwa ys fluctuates at about 48 percent,but PPP markedly rises. This shows that PPP may be the main reason of dormant relieve,this is in accord with the study of seed. Effects of shading on the respiratory intensities of flower buds and leaf buds a re consistent:before October 24,they rapidly reduce and then change little.Flowe r buds reduce more rapidly than leaf buds and different shadings affect it bigge r than the latter.Effects of shading on the respiratory pathways of flower buds are similar to those of leaf buds,the shading makes EMP reduce but TCA and PPP r ise. The slowdown of EMP and the increase -rang e of PPP of two -layer shading are bi gger than those of one -layer shading. The shad ing makes the PPP continuously enhanced, indicating that shading through PPP may promote the release of bud dormancy.
Determination of polymyxin E1 and polymyxin E2 in polymyxin E sulfate using micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography

Abstract: A method of micellar electrokinetic chromatography capillary (MECC) has been established for separating polymyxins E1 and E2 in polymyxin E sulfate and determining the contents of E1 and E2. Several factors including the running voltage, the type of surfactant, concentrations of Brij-35 (polyoxyethyleneglycol dodecyl ether), NaCl solution and acetonitrile, pH of phosphate were investigated. Under the optimum conditions (10 kV running voltage, phosphate buffer solution (0.01 mol/L, pH 4.1) containing 30 mmol/L Brij-35, 5%(v/v) acetonitrile, 0.167 mol/L NaCl), E1 and E2 were separated with the resolution of 1.94. The contents of E1 and E2 in polymyxin E sulfate were 67% and 32%, respectively. As an example, the relative standard deviations of the intra-assay and inter-assay of polymyxin E1 on the plate number and peak area were less than 5%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and reproducible.

Abstract: 采用磁化等离子体时域有限差分(FDTD)算法,研究了二维空变磁化和非磁化等离子体光子晶体(PPC)的禁带特性.建立了二维空变等离子光子晶体的模型,以微分高斯脉冲为激励源,引入UPML吸收边界,计算分析了二维垂直入射的等离子体频率随空间呈脉冲形式变化的周期函数对禁带的影响.结果表明在空间上通过改变等离子频率的变化速率可以实现对等离子体光子晶体禁带宽度的控制.

Abstract: 基于周期结构的布洛赫原理,从电磁场理论出发,用解析和数值的方法系统地研究了基于表面缺陷的半无限一维光子晶体Tamm态的形成条件,模式特征以及与无缺陷Tamm态之间的关系.对TE波,缺陷Tamm态的频率范围向高低两个方向扩大;而对TM波,缺陷Tamm态的频率范围只向高频扩大,而低频范围减小.缺陷折射率较大时,缺陷Tamm态的色散曲线近似直线,其群速度大小也近似等于光在单层缺陷里的传播速度.通过调节缺陷层的折射率或者厚度可以方便地把缺陷Tamm态的频率设计到需要的范围.

Abstract: 根据拉普拉斯变换(LT)原理,提出了一种新的分析色散介质的电磁特性的时域有限差分(FDTD)算法,称为电流密度拉普拉斯变换时域有限差分(CLT-FDTD)算法.利用磁化等离子体介质中的关于电流密度矢量与电场强度的本构方程,将其两边分别拉普拉斯变换,得到s域内的本构方程.最后进行逆拉普拉斯变换和指数差分,得到在时域里易于求解的FDTD迭代方程.通过该方法计算了非磁与磁化等离子体球的后向雷达散射截面(RCS),验证了该方法正确性与有效性.
