A New Loop-Free LSP Extension Mechanism for Integration of Mobile IP and MPLS

Abstract: A LSP extension mechanism is proposed for integration of mobile IP and MPLS to decrease the signaling overhead and handoff delay and to eliminate the packet loss. For the LSP extension mechanism, some loops may exist in extended LSP. This paper discusses this problem in detail and gives a method to avoid forming loops in extended LSP. The network resources can be saved and the packet delay can be decreased by this method.

Abstract: This study was aimed to make a preliminary comparison of earthworm extraction efficiency using conventional homogenized and wet ultrafine grinding process, respectively. The curve of "time-particle size distribution" and "time -protein accumulation dissolution rate" was established through particle size analysis, scanning electron-microscopy and protein determination with Bradford method to make a comparison of earthworm smashdissolution dynamics. And a comparison of extract composition with HPLC fingerprint was made. The results shows that the peak shapes of extracts from both processes were basically the same. While the composition peak area extracted with wet ultrafine grinding process were significantly higher than conventional homogenized process. It indicates that earthworm extracted efficiency using wet ultrafine grinding process were obviously higher than conventional homogenized process. Wet ultrafine grinding can be used to extract earthworm compositions. The whole process is quick, simple and suitable for large-scale promotion.
木薯块根挖掘作业过程的数值模拟

Abstract: 为了获得木薯块根挖掘铲作业时挖掘铲与土壤的作用过程、块根应力变化过程和挖掘铲各结构参数对作业质量的影响规律,该文采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力学仿真软件,利用拉格朗日算法和光滑粒子流体动力学(Smoothedparticlehydrodynamics,SPH)算法相结合的方法及修正的摩尔-库仑屈服准则,建立挖掘铲-茎秆-块根-土壤系统的动力学可视化仿真模型,对块根挖掘松土过程进行数值模拟分析,在微观层次上研究了挖掘铲的松土机理、土壤的变形、破裂、疏松过程和块根的应力变化过程,同时,采用单因素试验方法,研究了挖掘铲结构参数对牵引阻力、松土效果及块根有效应力的影响规律。结果表明:土壤被铲尖抬起,产生弯折、剪切破裂是挖掘作业土壤疏松的主要原因;在挖掘松土过程中,块根受土壤挤压产生弯曲变形。入土角和铲宽增大,牵引阻力增大,松土程度增加,但块根的弯曲变形也增大,有效应力增大,块根易产生折断,造成收获损失,而翼张角增大,牵引阻力减小,松土程度减小。

Abstract: 摘要 研究了特征大于2的代数闭域上有限维李超代数的表示.证明了有限维李超代数的单模都是有限维的,并且所有单模的维数有上界.进一步,一个有限维李超代数可以嵌入到一个有限维限制李超代数.给出了有限维限制李超代数g上单模的判定准则,定义了g的一个限制李超子代数,得到了该子代数的单模同构类和g的单模同构类之间的一个双射.这些结果是素特征域上李代数相关理论的推广.
Abstract:In this paper, we studied representations of finite-dimensional Lie superalgebras over an algebraically closed field F of characteristic p > 2. It was shown that simple modules of a finite-dimensional Lie superalgebra over F are finite-dimensional, and there exists an upper bound on the dimensions of simple modules. Moreover, a finite-dimensional Lie superalgebra can be embedded into a finite-dimensional restricted Lie superalgebra. We gave a criterion on simplicity of modules over a finite-dimensional restricted Lie superalgebra g, and defined a restricted Lie super subalgebra, then obtained a bijection between the isomorphism classes of simple modules of g and those of this restricted subalgebra. These results are generalization of the corresponding ones in Lie algebras of prime characteristic.

Abstract: DCF是一种分布式的无线局域网MAC规范,提供了2种媒体访问控制模式,即基本模式和RTS/CTS模式,定义了评价2种模式间公平性的公平性索引参数,仿真分析了2种模式混合使用时网络的公平性,以及2种模式间的公平性。仿真结果表明,对不同网络规模和不同分组大小,2种模式混合使用时网络具有良好的公平性,2种模式间也具有良好的公平性。 

Abstract: 目前监控画面图形格式多种多样,用起来很不方便,IEC61970协议推荐将SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics)作为监控画面的标准图形格式,以实现软件系统的开放和互操作.SVG是基于XML的可扩展二维矢量图形格式,具有广泛的应用前景.文中首先简要介绍了用来处理SVG图形的Batik技术,接着采用UML语言对监控画面模块的结构进行了描述,最后对图元配置数据库及图库一体化等方面进行了分析和设计,达到了实时监控的目的.
基于危险化学品事故的双层次应急中心选址模型

Abstract: ?针对危险化学品事故频发的现状,在传统选址模型的基础上建立了双层次应急中心选址模型.利用高斯烟羽模型对危险化学品泄漏风险进行了度量,在经典的p-中值选址模型基础上提出了事故风险和距离相结合的双层次选址模型,改变了传统的一对一应急模式,设置了两类应急中心服务于每一个化工厂,并设计了改进的禁忌搜索算法确定最优选址策略.最后,针对北京市大兴区化工厂的分布情况做了案例分析,给出相应的两个层次应急中心的选址方案,并对层级管理参数λ进行了灵敏度分析,验证了加入第二层次应急中心的考虑后,整个应急系统的效率得到了提高,并且应急成本有所下降.

Abstract: Aspergillus fumigatus来源的植酸酶具有热稳定性好、pH作用范围广的优点, 但其比活性很低。设计的植酸酶Q23L突变能在pH4.5~7.0范围内大幅提高比活性,但pH稳定性却显著下降, 为了进一步改良Q23L的pH稳定性, 在Q23L分子上加入了G272E突变。将原酶、突变酶Q23L和突变酶Q23LG272E分别在毕赤酵母GS115中表达,表达酶经纯化后进行酶学性质比较分析,结果表明:突变酶Q23L的比活性比原酶显著提高, 在pH5.5比活性由51u/mg提高到109u/mg, 但其pH稳定性, 尤其是在pH3.0~4.0酸性条件下的稳定性却显著降低,低于80%。突变酶Q23LG272E在pH3.0~4.5和pH6.5~7.0时的稳定性比Q23L有所提高, 恢复到原酶的水平,而比活性基本维持在Q23L的水平。通过一级序列和三维结构比较,分析了可能影响Q23LG272E酶学性质的因素,为进一步研究植酸酶的结构与功能提供了材料。
