Abstract: Preliminary results indicate that NR of Amycolatopsis mediterranei U-32, like that of plants and fungi, is also an inducible enzyme. Its synthesis is induced by nitrate and repressed by ammonia and other readily usable nitrogen sources. Chloramphenicol inhibitory experiment shows that NR induction involves de novo synthesis of proteins. Competition between molybdate and tungstate in NR synthesis suggested that NR of A. mediterranei U-32 is a molybdenumcontaining enzyme. NR activity in crude extract is inhibited by KCN and NADH. The natural electron donor of NR is still unknown. Beside, NR of A. mediterranei U-32 does correlation between rifamycin SV productivity to specific activity of mycelial nitrate reductase.

Abstract: This paper proposed a multi-agents coordinated method to study the probability of putting in practice in the vehicle's steering antilock brake stability fields.Firstly,with the blackboard rulers, the steering system and state.It got the desired reference values to realize the vehicle's steering antilock brake stability. These values were adjustable.Secondly,it realized the servo control of the vehicles with active distur-bance rejection control method, and studied on it's application methods to the vehicle's longitudinal and lateral servo-system to track the desired input commands robustly.Finally, validated the stability and the validity of the robust adaptive control algorithm by simulation results.

Abstract: ?“知识是商品”的理论被确认后,情报界对情报商品化的研究日益活跃起来。本文现依据有关资料,将此问题的研究进展综述如下:1关于情报商品性的认识在情报是不是商品这一理论问题上,存在着五种不同观点:1.1认为情报并不是商品。理由是:科学情报能满足人们对知识的需要,即它具有社会使用价值。但不是具有社会使用价值的每一种劳动产品都是商品,它必须进行交换,将产品转到把它当作使用价值使用的人的手里。
Nitrate Reductase Gene Cloning of Amycolatopsis mediterranei U-32

Abstract: Southern blot analysis showed great homology existed between niaD (NR gene) of Aspergillus nidulans and A. mediterranei U-32 chromosome DNA. A 5.0 kb PstI fragment from A. mediterranei U-32 complementary to A. nidulans niaD gene was cloned in E. colt NM522 using niaD as a probe. An identical DNA band was observed through back-hybridization of the cloned DNA fragment to chromosome DNA of A. mediterranei U-32. Its 2.1kb Sma I -EcoR V fragment can only hybridize with total RNA from nitrate-cultured mycelium. These data suggested that the cloned DNA fragment contains NR gene of A. mediterranei U-32. This is the first report on NR gene cloning from aerobic bacteria. It was deduced from molecular weigh of NR that its gene sequence is about 1. 5kb in size. Further hybridization analysis indicated that the cloned DNA fragment covers the full-length NR gene of A. mediterranei U-32. We also constructed the physical map of the recombinant plasmid pJL1-with various restriction endonuclease, among them ten with no restriction site, six with unique site and two with double sites on the insert.

Abstract: With open-top chamber (OTC), the effects of elevated CO2 (550 micromol x mol(-1)) and O3 (80 nmol x mol(-1)) and their combination on the biomass, total phenols, and flavone at different growth stages of spring wheat, as well as the yield components at maturity stage, were studied. The results showed that under elevated CO2, the biomass and yield components were significantly higher than those under ambient CO2 (342 micromol x mol(-1)), while under elevated O3, these parameters were significantly lower than those under ambient O3 (30 nmol x mol(-1)). The combination of elevated CO2 and O3 was at the intermediate place, indicating that CO2 could mitigate the negative effects of O3, while O3 could weaken the positive effects of CO2. Elevated CO2 and O3 increased the content of total phenols in wheat leaves, and the combination of elevated CO2 and O3 had the greatest effect. However, at late growth stage, the increment of total phenols was decreased. At early growth stage, the total content of leaf flavone under elevated CO2 and O3 and their combination was lower than the control, but at maturing stage, it was in adverse.
The Adaptive Robust Controller of Antilock Brake System of Electric Vehicles

Abstract: This paper investigates the use of antilock brake control system for improving handling and stability of electric vehicles. An adaptive robust controller of antilock brake control system is designed according to the longitudinal vehicle brake model. The proposed adaptive controller and the corresponding robust adaptive law can not only keep the closedloop system robustly stable but also provide the expected performance. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by the experimental results. It is shown that the handling and stability of electric vehicle is improved and the control system still maintains satisfactory control performance despite the change of road surface condition.

Abstract: Because there are some nonlinearity and parameter uncertainty in the longitudinal dynamics of a automobile, we develop a new iterative learning control system,and result in close correlation between the dynamic performances of the control system and the control parameters. Experiment results are presented to illustrate the system effectiveness.
