Effects of Glutamic Acid and TDZ (Thidiazuron) on the Fruit Coloration and Quality of Litchi chinensis Sonn.
谷氨酸和TDZ对荔枝果皮着色及果实品质的影响

Abstract: 为提前或延迟果实的成熟,改善果实品质,以荔枝(Litchi chinensis Sonn.)早熟品种‘三月红’和‘水东’为试验材料,在盛花后50 d 用谷氨酸(Glu)和TDZ (Thidiazuron)进行处理,研究Glu 和TDZ 对果皮着色和果实品质的影响。结果表明,Glu 能促进果皮转红,500~1500 mg L-1 范围内随浓度增加果皮红色面积加大,果皮的花青苷含量增加。1500 mg L-1 Glu 处理的‘三月红’、‘水东’果皮花青苷含量分别达到8.62 U g-1、11.53 U g-1,分别比对照高出1.33、1.25 倍。同时,Glu 处理能促进‘三月红’总糖的积累,但对两品种果实大小和质量的影响不大。TDZ 显著迟滞果实着色,果实转红延后,果皮花青苷含量降低。5.0 mg L-1TDZ 处理的‘三月红’、‘水东’果皮花青苷仅为1.23 和3.4 U g-1,显著低于对照。TDZ 处理两品种果实的可溶性固形物、总糖含量均下降,但果实大小和质量均增加。因此,Glu 能促进荔枝果实转色成熟,TDZ 则抑制果实转色。

斜带石斑鱼神经坏死病毒cp基因shrna干扰载体的构建及效果评价

Abstract: 利用invitrogen公司的在线生物学软件分析斜带石斑鱼神经坏死病毒cp基因,设计针对cp基因不同位置的小发卡rna(shorthairpinrna,shrna)干扰序列[其结构特征为正链(19nt)-环(4nt)-负链(19nt)]。化学合成这些序列,并退火连接为双链干扰片段,将双链干扰片段定向克隆到干扰载体pentrtm/u6中,构建shrna干扰载体pshrna-124、pshrna-896和pshrna-nnv。然后,用脂质体转染法分别将3种shrna干扰载体和pegfp-cp基因共转染导入黑头呆鱼(fhm)肌肉细胞,荧光显微镜观察细胞荧光强度,分析荧光抑制效率,real-timert-pcr检测cp基因mrna的表达水平变化。结果表明,在pegfp-cp与shrna干扰载体共转染组,pshrna-124、pshrna-896、pshrna-nnv的荧光抑制效率分别为47%、68%、51%。3种shrna干扰载体都有干扰效果,均能干扰绿色荧光蛋白的表达,其中pshrna-896干扰效率最好。real-timert-pcr检测表明,干扰质粒pshrna-124、pshrna-896、pshrna-nnv对pegfp-cp基因的沉默效率分别约为60%、96%和55%,与对照组相比差异显著(p<0.05)。研究表明,靶向斜带石斑鱼神经坏死病毒cp基因的shrna干扰载体构建成功,为进一步运用rna干扰技术进行cp基因的功能研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: 本文提出用圆或椭圆图形逼近多角形边界、计及其角形外导体边界的电荷角效应影响和取截面边界尺寸上、下限几何平均值的方法,计算特种截面传输线特性阻抗,得到了矩形外导体-椭圆内导体、圆形外导体-正三角形内导体、圆形外导体-正五边形内导体、圆形外导体-正六边形内导体、椭圆外导体-矩形内导体等五种新型传输线和九种现有传输线特性阻抗的初等函数计算公式,通过计算数值与有关文献的精确值比较,证实了本文方法及其特性阻抗计算公式的准确性。

Abstract: In this paper, the characteristic impedances of coupled square bar transmission line between parallel plates is solved by method of ref. 3], the formulae of calculating characteristic impedances of this coupled transmission line is obtained. The accuracy is confirmed by comparing the numeral values and theortical analysis. The exact values of characteristic impedances of this coupled transmission line are given in the paper for references.

Abstract: 为了明确惠州西湖风景名胜区维管植物资源及多样性特征,该研究通过野外实地调查和文献查阅,统计惠州西湖风景名胜区维管植物种类构成及其科、属、种层面的具体组成,并分析其分布区类型、濒危物种、药用植物和水生植物状况。结果表明:(1)惠州西湖风景名胜区共有维管植物169科650属1 061种,其中被子植物种类最丰富,有145科613属1 002种,科、属、种数分别占总数的85.80%、94.30%、94.44%;裸子植物9科20属36种,科、属、种数分别占总数的5.33%、3.10%、3.39%;蕨类植物15科17属23种,科、属和种数分别占总数的8.88%、2.60%、2.17%。(2)惠州西湖风景名胜区植物资源的优势科明显,含10种及以上的科有29科653种,占总种数的61.55%,其中菊科最多(有63种),禾本科次之(有60种);研究区有单属、种的植物442种,表明单种或少数种的科在研究区维管植物中占大多数。(3)惠州西湖风景名胜区有种子植物154科,分属13个分布区类型,其中泛热带分布区类型有60科,所占的比例最高(55.56%),表明该区种子植物具有明显的热带特性,其种子植物区系以热带分布为主。(4)惠州西湖风景名胜区有珍稀濒危植物29种(其中国家保护植物26种),药用植物702种,水生植物150种。研究表明,惠州西湖风景名胜区维管植物资源种类丰富,多样性程度高,应特别加强植物资源的保护和利用以及生态景观的建设。
Species diversity of rat and ant at different habitats and sites in Xishuangbanna

Abstract: In this paper, the species diversity of rat and ant in Xishuangbanna of Yunnan Province was studied during the period from April 2004 to May 2005. Virgin land, wild banana plantation and forestland were chosen as test habitats, and Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Xinshan and Bubeng were selected as test sites. 97 rats belonging to 9 species were captured by mousetrap, and 2 600 ants belonging to 104 species were captured by pitfall trap. Ant tended to live in the habitat of dry virgin land, while rat was favor of the wild banana plantation with abundant food sources. Significant differences in species number and abundance of ant were detected among the three sites (P<0.05), but less differences were observed for rat (P>0.05). Habitat and site had different effects on the distribution of the two animal groups, which in turn affected the establishment and development of vegetation through their different roles in seed dispersal.
