Abstract: In the course of data pretreatment,it's very difficult in finding the correct method of data pretreatment in terms of different data background and different characters.The combined method optimized by genetic algorithm based on simulated annealing method that combines the different estimative results of some mathematics solves this problem successfully.Simulation results of the combined method show that genetic algorithm based on simulated annealing method converges efficiently,approaches the best value quickly and improves the combined method's convergence efficiency and reliability.

Abstract: 采用直流反应溅射法分别在Si( 1 1 1 ) ,Si( 0 0 1 ) ,及K4玻璃衬底上制备ZnO薄膜 ,研究了氧氩比、衬底温度以及退火处理对于晶体结晶质量的影响 ,发现生长过程中的退火处理提高了薄膜质量和晶面取向 通过优化生长条件 ,在衬底温度为 35 0℃ ,氧氩比为 1∶2的条件下生长出了XRD半高宽为 0 1°、C轴取向高度一致的ZnO薄膜

Abstract: This paper concentrates on studying the Lie symmetries and conserved quantities of controllable nonholonomic dynamical systems. Based on the infinitesimal transformation, we establish the Lie symmetric determining equations and restrictive equations and give three definitions of Lie symmetries before the structure equations and conserved quantities of the Lie symmetries are obtained. Then we make a study of the inverse problems. Finally, an example is presented for illustrating the results.

Abstract: 研究了空气退火对于激光分子束外延(L-MBE)法制备的ZnO薄膜光学及结构特性的影响,报道了采用小角度X射线分析(GIXA)技术对于ZnO薄膜退火前后的表面及界面状况的定量分析结果.RHEED衍射图样表明,薄膜经过380℃及600℃原位退火后,其表面仍然较为粗糙.而XRD在面(in-plane)Φ扫描结果显示出经过800℃空气退火之后,薄膜具有更好的外延取向性.GIXA分析结果表明,800℃退火后ZnO薄膜的表面方均根粗糙度从退火前的1.13 nm下降为0.37 nm;同时ZnO/Al2O3界面粗糙度从2.10 nm上升为2.59 nm.ZnO室温PL结果显示,退火后薄膜紫外近带边发光强度比退火前增大了40倍,并出现了源于电子-空穴等离子体(EHP)复合的N带受激发射峰,激发阈值约为200 kW/cm2.

Abstract: Ti_3X相是影响钛合金热稳定性的重要因素。Ti_3X相沉淀和生长的倾向可用电子浓度值来描述。同时,合金脆化过程与暴露温度和时间因素有关。因此,可综合电子浓度,使用温度和时间因素加以考虑,确定一个允许的电子浓度值_p作为一个合金的热稳定性判据。热稳定性判别式可表示为∑N_if_i~a≤_p。 判据具有明确的物理意义,它可以用作合金生产的质量控制标准和新的合金设计依据。 若以合金元素对电子浓度的贡献来确定各合金元素的Al当量因子,则Rosenberg的经验Al当量公式应修改为1(%Al)+0.46(%Sn)+0.42(%Ga)+6.7(%O)≤8(wt-%)。

Compressibility of Nickel Nanoparticle Chain

Abstract: We perform the high-pressure energy dispersive x-ray diffraction experiments of nickel nanoparticle chain using a synchrotron source under quasi-hydrostatic compression up to 44.7GPa. There is no phase transition over the pressure range. The bulk modulus K0, the first pressure derivative of bulk modulus K0' and the volume V0 are calculated from the pressure--volume datausing the Birch--Murnaghan equation of state. A decrease of compressibility is observed, in agreement with the Hall--Petch effect.

Abstract: The existance form of RE element Nd and its effect on the precipitation ofTi_3X phase in Ti-Al-Nd alloy were investigated by TEM and X-ray diffraction techniques.The results show that the existance form of RE element Nd in Ti alloy is mainlyNd_2O_3 particles,which is the product of internal oxidation during melting and casting.The re-sults also show that the size of Nd_2O_3 particles is about 100-200nm and its structure is bcc.Thestrengthening role of Nd in titanium alloy is the combined interaction of Nd_2O_3 particles withdislocations.The depression effect of Nd on the Ti_3X phase formation is attributed to its low-ering the oxgyen concentration by internal oxidation and then lowing the average electron con-centration.

Abstract: Recent advances in directly heated cracking using heat carrier gas together with the wide applications in industry are reviewed,focusing on the composition,operating conditions,product yields and the progress of pyrolysis apparatuses of directly heated cracking using heat carrier gas.In addition,the decoking techniques,mechanism and kinetics of hydrocarbons pyrolysis are also summarized up.Finally,the outlook for the future development of directly heated cracking using heat carrier gas is provided and a conclusion is drawn that directly heated cracking using superheated steam produced by combustion of hydrogen and oxygen as heat carrier gas will be one of the most promising techniques for it has the advantages of high feedstock and products flexibility,higher heat efficiency,and lower CO2 emission,and production of synthesis gas by coupling the decoking and pyrolysis processes.

Abstract: Recent advances in directly heated cracking process using heat carrier gas in industry were reviewed,focusing on the process composition,operating conditions,product yields,reaction mechanism and progresses of the processes of directly heated cracking using heat carrier gas.Finally,we provide the outlook for the future development of directly heated cracking process using heat carrier gas and draw a conclusion that directly heated cracking process using superheated steam produced by combustion of hydrogen and oxygen as heat carrier gas will have big development space in enhancing heat efficiency,lowering CO2 emission and on-line decoking,and will specially be one of the most promising techniques for high feedstock flexibility and high olefin yields.
