Effects of Triphenyltin on Obesity in Rats

Abstract: Triphenyltin(TPT) usually co-exists with tributyltin(TBT) in the environment,which can induce obesity is not clear,though obesity induced by TBT has been extensively reported.In the present study,the body mass and visceral fat mass of pubertal Sprague Dawley rats were measured before and after 54-day TPT exposure at environmental levels(0.5,5 and 50 μg·kg-1).In addition,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,free fatty acid,and glutathione S-transferase in the fasting serum were detected.With the increasement of exposure concentrations,the strength of TPT inducing obesity to male rat decreased.Compared with the control,the body mass and visceral fat mass significantly(P <0.05) increased in the 0.5 μg·kg-1 TPT exposure group.TPT exposure increased the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride in the fasting serum of male rats,in which was significant at the 0.5 μg·kg-1 TPT exposure group(P <0.05).To female rats,TPT exposure did not induce significant differences in the above-mentioned indexes.

Abstract: The ground vertical deformation fields during the two times of huge deformation anomaly are figured out by D-InSAR technique,along with the results of high-density electric exploration around No BM3 benchmark,we drew several conclusions.Firstly,the InSAR-derived deformation fields indicate there is no continuous deformation anomaly that is related to the fault strike.In another word,the anomaly only showed in a local small area.The other fact is that the No BM3 benchmark was built on the Holocene secondary loess,with the subsidence velocity of 5.11mm/a which is four times of the No BM4.And the anomaly time is consistent with that of the tomb construction.Secondly,the anomaly at No BM3 benchmark should be related to the newly made tomb.The tomb construction may break the impermeable layer,which created a conduit between ground surface and the deepth.Thus,the No BM3 benchmark showed a rapid subsidence during the irrigation season when the subsurface erosion action made upper soil loose.
一种新的基于Petri网的分层工作流过程模型

Abstract: 过程模型的描述能力和分析能力难以满足企业的要求,为此,提出了一种新的基于Petri网的分层工作流过程模型。在深入研究各种工作流模型的基础上,通过对基本网进行一定的扩展,给出工作流过程的分层模型。该模型由工作流描述模型和工作流分析模型组成。工作流描述模型直接支持所有工作流模式,特别是多实例、取消、高级同步等高级Petri网无法直接描述的模式。工作流描述模型在Petri网的基础上增加了控制变量,并将变迁划分为变迁入口和变迁体两部分。控制变量与变迁之间构成读写关系。变迁入口函数通过判断控制变量,消解工作流描述模型中的冲突;变迁体函数通过可扩展逻辑描述语句,实现对控制变量的读写操作。工作流分析模型作为工作流描述模型的分析模型,剥离了工作流描述模型个案的语义信息,可以直接利用已有的Petri网分析技术来分析模型。最后,通过几个例子说明了如何使用本文提出的模型对各种复杂流程进行建模和分析。

Abstract: 为了满足企业对过程模型描述能力的需求,提出了一个基于Petri网的新工作流模式完全解决方案。在深入研究工作流模式的基础上,应用高级Petri网技术来构造所有的工作流模式。抑制弧通过测零帮助实现多实例的同步,消耗库所负责移除多余的标记,带标记的库所实现对变迁触发序列的控制;设计加权弧和限制容量的库所来实现同步M条路径中被激活的N条的情况。本方案实现了将所有的工作流模式,从基本到复杂,都映射到相应的Petri网上。最后,通过一个集成制造过程模型的实例,说明基于Petri网的方案能够完全满足企业在模型描述能力上的各种复杂需求。

Abstract: 为满足企业用户对工作流模型的描述能力和分析能力的要求,提出了一种新的面向用户的工作流描述模型——工作流描述网。该描述网可直接支持所有的工作流模式,特别是多实例、取消、高级同步等绝大多数工作流模型不直接支持的模式;通过提供多实例任务、取消任务、带传递变迁的任务等高级组件,直接支持工作流模式中几个主要复杂模式,每一个高级组件都对应一定结构的工作流描述网,并具有形式化的语义,在分析时按照一定的规则展开;基于Petri网,通过增加控制变量,及其与变迁间的通信机制来弥补Petri网无法处理复杂数据结构的缺陷。最后,通过实例说明了如何对各种复杂流程进行建模和分析。

Abstract: High strength ammonia sludge dewatering water was treated by a A/O-CSTR process.The ammonia content was about 350 mg/L.The carbon source for denitrification was deficient due to the ratio of C/N was below 1.0.Ammonia of reject water was nitrified in A/O reactor and then reduced to nitrogen gas by denitrifiers in CSTR,with using primary sludge as additional carbon source.The start-up of partial nitrification was investigated.The effects of the effluent recycle on partial nitrification and nitrogen removal efficiency were also studied.The results shows that the system has a good performance in total nitrogen removal.The nitrite accumulate ratio was improved and maintained above 90%.The primary sludge were successful utilized as the carbon source for stable denitrification.The recycle of CSTR effluent benefited nitrogen removal efficiency.As the recycle ratio was 200%,total nitrogen removal efficiency was more than 85%.

Abstract: A physical model was established to study the mechanism of molten slag behavior in slab continuous casting mould with high casting speed and argon blowing, and the effects of operation parameters on the liquid surface level oscillation and the slag entrapment were investigated. The results showed that the slag entrapment was mainly caused by the turbulent large bubbles at the interface of slag and molten steel in mould with high casting speed and gas bubbling, and the vortex at the surface also was a way to cause the entrapment, but no entrapment occurred due to high shear stress that was considered the main reason previously. In addition, the behavior and mechanism of typical slag entrapment were discussed, and some measures to eliminate slag entrapment were also presented.

Abstract: 摘要:【目的】研究斯氏假单胞菌A1501基因组“固氮岛”中PST1305基因在A1501生物固氮过程中所起的作用。【方法】利用同源重组与三亲接合的方法构建PST1305的非极性突变株。乙炔还原法测定固氮酶活。RT-PCR分析PST1305基因与其周围基因转录单元的关系,Real-Time PCR比较PST1305在最佳固氮与非固氮条件下表达水平的差异。【结果】突变株np1305的固氮酶活显著降低,功能互补菌株np1305Comp能基本恢复细胞的固氮作用。PST1305与其上游的nifB、fdxN、下游的nifQ等基因位于同一个转录单元,组成一个操纵子。基因芯片表明,PST1305基因在固氮比非固氮条件下表达量显著上调(约38.7倍),Real-Time PCR验证支持这一结果。【结论】PST1305基因参与固氮过程,其突变会影响固氮酶的活性,该基因可能通过参与A1501固氮酶电子传递或者固氮酶的氧保护过程影响固氮效率。

Abstract: The elastic, electronic, and optical properties of zinc-blende structure GaN under high pressure are investigated by using a first-principles ultra-soft pseudo-potential approach of the plane wave based on the density functional theory. The calculated results show the dependences of the elastic constant, the bulk modulus, the young modulus, and the energy gap on the applied pressure, and the results are in good agreement with the experimental and theoretical values. Furthermore, the dielectric function, optical reflectivity, refractive index, absorption coefficient and energy-loss function of GaN are analyzed in terms of the accurately calculated band structure and density of state. The conclusions drawn from the calculations offer theoretical basis for the design and application of GaN.
