介绍了模糊DEA模型及其求解方法。依据浙江省8所高职院校的实际数据,并借助MATLAB讨论了模糊DEA模型在高职院校办学效益评价中的具体应用。最后,对计算结果进行了分析。
The fuzzy DEA model and its solution method are introduced. Based on the actual data of 8 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province, the concrete applications of fuzzy DEA model to benefit evaluation of school-running in higher vocational colleges are discussed by using MATLAB. Finally, the calculation results are analyzed.

Abstract: For solving the GPS elevation surveying problems in the local project,grounding on the principle of height translation as well as the traditional separate function model and statistical model of GPS height fitting,the model synthesized by moving surface model and polyhedral model for GPS elevation fitting based on Kriging method is presented.The GPS leveling experiment in certain area testifies to that this synthesized GPS elevation fitting model integrates the advantage of function model and statistical model,performs more perfectly in theory and improves the elevation precision distinctly in practice.

Abstract: Fuzzy C-means(FCM) clustering algorithm was an effective image segmentation algorithm which combined the concept of fuzzy sets and unsupervised clustering. And it suited for the uncertain and ambiguous characteristic in intensity image. But it was sensitive to initial clustering center and membership matrix and likely converged into the local minimum, which caused the quality of image segmentation lower. By using of the properties-ergodicity, randomicity of chaos, this paper proposed a new image segmentation algorithm, which combined the chaos particle swarm optimization(CPSO) and FCM clustering. Experimental results prove this method not only has the ability to prevent the particles to convergence to local optimum because of standstill, but also has faster convergence and higher accuracy of segmentation.

Abstract: Stability of cellular neural networks is significant because it has been used in a certain application areas as im}r ge processing, video communication, optimal control and so on. How to choose a reasonable template of the parameters is the key issue of stability researches. Lyapunov second method was used to analyze the global asymptotic stability of cellular neural networks, and a better I_yapunov function was constructed to receive a new sufficient condition for deter- mining the global asymptotic stability of the system. The condition improves previous results and further derives a suffi- cicnt condition when original point is equilibrium point. Numerical simulations show their effectiveness and feasibility.

Abstract: Sinorhizobium fredii 042BS was isolated from root nodules of alfalfa (Medicago sativa) from Xinjiang Region. Nodulation experiments showed that both soybean and alfalfa were nodulated by 042BS effectively. The 16S rDNA PCR-RFLP analysis was carried out by four restriction endonucleases, and the restriction maps of strain 042BS were identical with those of S. fredii USDA205. The DNA G + C mol% of strain 042BS was 60.0. The DNA homology between 042BS and S. fredii USDA205 and USDA191 were 84.9% and 89.6%, respectively. To prove the capability of 042BS to nodulate both soybean and alfalfa, constitutively expressed green fluorescence protein gene(gfp) was introduced to 042BS, and the recombinant strain 042BSG was obtained. The reisolates from nodules of the soybean and alfalfa inoculated with 042BSG were observed using the confocal laser-scanning microscope, and the expressions of gfp were detected, respectively. 042BS showed various nodulation capacities with different alfalfa cultivars used.
RFID防碰撞时隙应变协处理算法研究

Abstract: 射频识别(RadioFrequencyIDentification,RFID)技术具有同时识别多个标签的能力.由于标签随机占用信道会使响应信号发生混叠,当大量的标签在读写器感应区域内同时响应势必会引起标签碰撞问题,严重影响了RFID的系统吞吐率.为进一步提高RFID系统吞吐率,在不增加标签端算法复杂度和硬件的条件下,本文提出了预设调整盘存周期的差分门限、时隙前向检测后向预测和二进制散列的方法,协同处理当前时隙和下一个时隙的标签响应情况.利用预设差分门限的方式避免读写器进行浮点运算,同时通过时隙前向检测和后向预测的方法提前判别当前时隙和下一个时隙的标签响应情况,然后快速跳过当前空闲时隙和下一个空闲时隙,并对在当前碰撞时隙和下一个碰撞时隙响应的标签实时进行二进制散列.通过盘存周期调整方式比较、时隙散列方式对比、识别时延与吞吐率比较三个仿真实验,结果显示改进的算法提高了读写器的计算效率,明显减少了无效时隙占用信道的时间,RFID系统吞吐率可提高到52%以上.
