A Kind of High Precision Automatic Data Processing Method

Abstract: The automatic data processing method based on piecewise least squares polynomial iteration smoothing and least squares cubic spline smoothing is developed and used to deal with the measured data of the smooth object. The result indicates that this method can remove the probable error from the measured data and make it reasonable in the prerequisite not that there is no effect on the accurate part of the measured data.

Abstract: Huimin basin is one of the Cenozoic rift basins around Bohai Gulf. Lower Tertiary sediments are well developed in its western part. A variety of turbidity fans or turbidities existent together with deep lake mudstones and oil shales are well developed within the upper or middle part of the 3rd Member of Shahejie Formation related to the evolutionary history of syndepositional deltas. The turbidity sandbodies within Shahejie Formation have great oil-gas potential. This paper studies the distribution, features and evolutionary histroy of turbidity in 3rd Member of Shahejie Formation in western Huimin basin.

Abstract: The PLD method for retrieval of apparent source time function (ASTF) is improved by reconstructing the criteria function to be used for determination of the effective duration time of the ASTF. Using the synthetic and observed data, the feasibility and stability of the improved PLD method are verified. By applying the PLD method to 1887 waveform recordings of the 2005 Kashmir MW7.6 earthquake and its 11 aftershocks, the ASTFs of the main shock are obtained at 84 stations. By averaging the ASTFs from the P waves, S waves, Rayleigh waves and Love waves from different stations, the average ASTFs of the main shock are constructed. The analysis of the ASTFs indicates that the duration time of the 2005 Kashmir MW7.6 earthquake is about 25 s, and it is a quickly-starting earthquake. In general feature, the STF appears to be like a STF of a circular source model, however, some details of the ASTFs suggest that the rupture at the beginning was unilateral extending toward NW direction.

Abstract: 以AHP层次分析法为工具,通过案例分析,对现代煤化工企业投资风险因素进行评价。建立了风险评价指标体系,确定了风险度与指标权重,并就其结果进行了原因分析,进而计算出项目的总风险值。结果表明微观层面的项目投资回报、技术成熟度和专业人才缺乏等风险因素影响较大,企业可将总风险值与设定的临界值进行比较,为产业投资决策提供参考。

Abstract: 利用信息化手段,建立安全生产事故隐患自查自报系统,推动隐患排查治理工作制度化、规范化、流程化,促进隐患排查、建档、评估、整改、验收、销号闭环管理。立足于查大系统、治大隐患,实施隐患定期排查、持表排查、系统排查、专业排查。对隐患分类定级,定期通报,挂牌督办,限期整改,超时升级,督促企业层层落实隐患治理主体责任,确保隐患及时整改到位。定期对查出的隐患进行系统梳理,分析评估,查找根源,找出不足,落实针对性防控措施,强化风险预控,防患于未然。
三维非均质多孔介质渗透系数和孔隙度的上升尺度

Abstract: 首先提出渗透系数场为非高斯分布、高方差条件下三维非均质多孔介质的渗透系数上升尺度的经验计算公式,所考虑的因素包括砂质包裹体的体积百分含量、空间统计几何尺寸、空间连通性以及各水文地质相渗透系数的算术平均值.系统对比结果表明,该经验公式优于常用的传统计算方法.然后提出三维非均质多孔介质的孔隙度必须提升尺度的概念.这是因为在多孔介质含水系统中,污染物趋向于沿着高渗透性物质构成的三维优势通道快速运移,其有效运移速度与经提升尺度获得的单一渗流速度差别很大,迫使我们对孔隙度进行尺度提升.含水系统中高渗透性物质含量的变化引起孔隙度尺度提升特征的非线性变化,其上升尺度值介于0.004~1.5之间.当高渗透性物质含量低于30%时,孔隙度的尺度提升对于正确求解污染物运移尤为重要.

Abstract: 同步荧光法可使荧光谱带窄化,因而可大大提高荧光分析法的选择性(见图1).通常在进行同步扫描时所采用的发射与激发波长差△λ值较小(一般为0—5nm),导致溶剂散射光(主要是瑞利散射)对同步荧光信号的严重干扰,从而大大损害了分析灵敏度与检测限.广义地说,溶剂的散射光可分为两部分一是散射光的总水平;另一是散射光的波动.二者抑制其一均可提高方法的检测灵敏度.我们曾报道,根据散射光与荧光的偏振性质的差异采用偏振
