Separation and analysis of the degradation products of two coals in aqueous NaOCl solution

Abstract: Two coals were oxidized with aqueous NaOCl solution under mild conditions.The reaction mixture acidified was sequentially extracted with ethoxyethane,CS2,petroleum ether,acetic ester and benzene,followed esterification by CH2N2 and analysis with GC/MS.The results show that chloro-substituted compounds,aliphatic acids and aromatic polycarboxylic acids are main products.The oxidative product was sequentially extracted with different polar solvents and achieved a simple group separation.Effective separation and analysis of oxidation products of coal in aqueous NaOCl solution,established by the study,provides a feasible method for high value-added use of coal.
豆渣乙醇萃取物的组分分析

Abstract: ?为从分子水平上了解豆渣的组成结构,以乙醇为溶剂在索式萃取器中对豆渣进行萃取,萃取物用傅里叶转换红外光谱仪和气相色谱-质谱法分析。结果表明:萃取物中共检测到35种物质,主要分为烷烃、烯烃、芳香烃、醛、酸、酯及其他类物质7类组分。其中,醛类化合物含量和种类均为最多,共9种醛类化合物,相对含量为66.8%。

Abstract: ?两种煤于温和条件下在次氯酸钠水溶液中进行降解,所得水溶液经酸化后,水溶物依次用乙醚、cs2、石油醚、乙酸乙酯和苯进行分级萃取,萃取物经重氮甲烷酯化后用gc/ms分析。结果发现氯代物、脂肪酸和芳酸是煤的naocl水溶液降解的典型化合物,不同极性溶剂分级萃取可以实现产物的初步族组分分离。通过该研究建立煤的次氯酸钠氧化反应混合物有效分离和分析的方法,为煤的高附加值利用提供有效的途径。

Abstract: 综述了国内外关于由煤的氧化解聚获得有机化学品的研究进展,介绍了氧化解聚的方法、机理、产物分布及其优缺点等,并探讨了今后的发展趋势。认为由煤的氧化解聚制取高附加值化学品是可行的,是一条值得探索的煤高效利用之路。
胸腺中产生抗体的研究

Abstract: 胸腺对机体免疫生成的意义,1960年以后才为人们所重视。现今大多数免疫学工作者都认为,胸腺控制机体一切免疫反应。据此,可以推测胸腺对抗体产生能起到一定作用。至于胸腺组织能否直接产生抗体,至今尚是个未能最后解决的问题。根据文献报导,一般认为胸腺组织本身是不能产生抗体的。为了澄清这一问题,本文进行了实验观察。本文用大鼠以白喉类毒素进行免疫,观察胸腺中抗体产生及细胞反应。大鼠体重为200克左右,年龄为2—3个月,分6组,每组6只。均于两侧后脚掌注

Abstract: 摘要:目的:探讨运用TRMP评估足球训练的负荷,简化足球训练中的负荷评价及控制过程。方法:采用芬兰产RS300X POLAR表对鲁能足球学校的U17梯队不同位置队员进行了TRIMP(Stagno算法)的采集,并将获得的数据进行分析,与通过现场采访和标准心里量表调查到的实际情况进行对照。结果:所得分训练手段和分时间段指标,与队员训练和比赛的实际吻合;球员在比赛中体能状况以及训练和比赛负荷的差距也可以通过对TRIMP的分析得到概括;可以利用TRIMP评价负荷及判断过度训练和疲劳等。结论:TRIMP的采集快速而简单,可以计算累积负荷量,并且指标可以有效指导训练计划的安排和调整,包括对长期训练计划的制定和临场技战术的调整。为教练的训练监控和计划安排提供理论支持,并期望该探索能在足球训练和比赛中得到推广和运用。
Abstract: Purpose: This study using TRMP to evaluate the load of football training for simplifying the load evaluation and load control in football training. Methods: RS300X POLAR were used in different position players of Luneng football school’s under-17 echelon to collect data, and data was analyzed by TRIMP (Stagno), and it was compared with the actual situations measured by field interview and standard questionnaire. Results: The indexes from TRIMP are coincided with the actual situation of players’ training and competition. TRIMP can be used to measure players’ performance in competition and different loads between training and competition, and also it can be used to evaluate training load and overtraining. Conclusions: Collection of TRIMP is quick and simple, and TRIMP can calculate cumulative load and its indexes can guide training plan including arranging long-term training plan and adjusting technique and tactics of competition. This method can support training monitor and training plan for coaches, and we hope it can be promoted and applied in football training and competition

Abstract: The step pattern of single crystal growth and the morphology at equilbriium state of (Mn, Fe)S on the wall of micro-voids in ZG25 cast steel have been observed using scan- ning electron microscope. The face-centred cubic (Mn, Fe)S single crystal at equilibrium state is shown to be tetrakaidecahedron consisted of eight {111} planes and six {100} planes, and is a typical example of the O_h-m3m cubic crystal system.

Abstract: 采用GDARE法在较低温度下,通过一次和多次沉积制备单层及多层ZnO薄膜.AFM和XRD分析表明,薄膜具有以ZnO(002)晶面取向为主的多晶结构,多层膜的晶粒尺寸增大.经200~300℃退火热处理,薄膜呈现出良好的低压压敏特性.经200℃退火热处理后,多层ZnO薄膜的非线性系数达到61.54,压敏电压20.10V.在一定范围内升高热处理温度,可明显降低压敏电压.分析了不同膜层及热处理温度对ZnO薄膜压敏特性的影响机理.
The Core-Cluster Combination-Based Shared Tree Algorithm for LEO Satellite IP Networks

Abstract: To resolve the channel resources waste problem of the typical source-specific multicast routing algorithm in Low Earth Orbit(LEO) satellite IP networks,a new core-based shared tree algorithm named Core-cluster Combination-based Shared Tree(CCST) algorithm is proposed in this paper. It includes a core selection method named Dynamic Approximate Center(DAC) and a multicast route construction scheme named core-cluster combination. The DAC method selects core node based on virtually static and regular network topology formed by logical locations. The core-cluster combination scheme takes core node as initial core-cluster,and extends it to construct entire multicast tree with the lowest tree cost step by step by a shortest path scheme between newly-generated core-cluster and surplus group members,which can greatly improve transport bandwidth utilization and multicast transport efficiency. Finally,the CCST algorithm is compared with several other typical algorithms in LEO satellite IP networks,and simulation results show that its tree cost performance is greatly better than the others at the expense of a bit higher end-to-end propagation delay.
玉米须总黄酮的提取与抗氧化活性研究

Abstract: ?以乙醇体积分数、浸提时间、固液比、提取温度为考察因素对玉米须总黄酮的提取条件进行正交设计试验,并用dpph和frap两种方法测定了总黄酮的抗氧化活性。结果表明:玉米须总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数40%、提取时间2h、固液比1:25(m/v)、提取温度80℃,此时玉米须总黄酮的提取率为1.67%;玉米须总黄酮的抗氧化作用明显,对dpph自由基的清除率达到77.18%,总抗氧化能力frap值为691.04μmol/l。
