Abstract: During 2009 and 2011, biodiversity of powdery mildew fungi was investigated in Tarim basin, Xinjiang Autonomous Region of China. A powdery mildew was found to be very seriously epidemic on sand binder Hexinia polydichotoma. Morphological observation and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis have proved that the pathogen belongs to Leveillula lactucae-serriolae. This pathogen was first reported in China, and H. polydichotoma was a new host for powdery mildew fungi.

Abstract: 2009–2011年间,在对新疆塔里木盆地进行白粉菌物种多样性调查时,发现荒漠固沙植物河西菊Hexiniapolydichotoma白粉病大发生,导致植株大面积死亡。通过对病原菌形态学特征观察和rDNA-ITS序列分析,证明引发新疆塔里木盆地河西菊白粉病大发生的病原菌为野莴苣内丝白粉菌Leveillulalactucae-serriolae,为中国新记录种,河西菊为新寄主。

Abstract:
早期浪漫主义诗歌评论家认为华兹华斯在《廷腾寺》的最后一节回归到多萝西是出于对她的爱护和需要。但近期一些评论家则不赞同这种解读,并批评华兹华斯将自己的妹妹写入诗歌的末节是一种“唯我主义”的表现。本文试图从分析诗歌本身来解读多萝西在《廷腾寺》中不可或缺的作用,探讨多萝西的尾节回归体现了三方面的和谐统一,包括文本自身的和谐统一,即三种动词时态的统一,作者与读者的统一,以及自然与人类关系的统一,与此同时,诗歌本身传达的和谐因素也与威廉华兹华斯本人追求的精神和谐相呼应。本文不但提供了一个比较新颖的角度来欣赏这首浪漫主义时期的经典长诗,也从一个更加客观的角度来分析多萝西在《廷腾寺》中的重要地位,以期进一步解决浪漫主义文学评论家围绕这个话题所展开的争论,其次,读者也可从本文的分析中窥探浪漫主义诗歌中自然与人类惺惺相惜、和谐与共的独特魅力!
The turn of Dorothy in the coda of Tintern Abbey is regarded as an act of Wordsworth’s need and love of her by the earlier romantic poetry critics, but some recent critics do not agree with this interpretation by criticizing it as “solipsism”. However, this article tries to, through returning to the text, namely objective analysis of the poem, address the place of Dorothy in Tintern Abbey, arguing that the turn of Dorothy is indispensable and reflects the harmony in three dimensions, including harmony of tense, nature/human relationship and writer/readers. At the same time, the poetic harmony echos with the spiritual harmony that William Wordsworth pursues. Not only providing a novel perspective of appreciating the classic Romantic poem, this paper, via a more objective way to prove Dorothy’s irreplaceable presence, is also expected to further solve the arguments around this topic among Romanticism critics. Besides, a glimpse of the unique charm nurtured in the harmonious relationship between nature and men will be obtained by the readers of this article.

Abstract: 为研究海参蛋白肽对脂多糖(LPS)诱导小鼠RAW264.7巨噬细胞炎症反应的抑制作用及作用机制,本研究利用LPS刺激RAW264.7巨噬细胞建立炎症模型,采用Griess法测定细胞一氧化氮(NO)含量,实时荧光定量PCR测定细胞内诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)以及血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)mRNA表达。结果表明,海参蛋白肽以浓度依赖效应显著抑制LPS诱导RAW264.7巨噬细胞NO生成以及TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和iNOS mRNA表达(p<0.05),显著提高细胞内HO-1 mRNA表达(p<0.05)。HO-1抑制剂锌原卟啉Ⅸ(ZnPP-Ⅸ)部分逆转海参蛋白肽对LPS诱导RAW264.7巨噬细胞炎症反应的抑制作用。具有抗炎活性的海参蛋白肽富含甘氨酸、谷氨酸和天冬氨酸,分子量180~1000 u的组分为72.12%。这些结果说明海参蛋白肽通过上调细胞HO-1 mRNA表达发挥抑制LPS诱导RAW264.7巨噬细胞炎症反应的作用。
The inhibitory effects and mechanisms of peptides from sea cucumber on lipopolysaccharides (LPS)-induced inflammation responses in RAW264.7 murine macrophages were investigated in this study. The inflammation model in RAW264.7 macrophages was established by LPS treatment. The content of nitric oxide generated by inflammatory macrophages was determined using the Griess assay, and the heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) mRNA expression as well as the mRNA expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase, tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and IL-6 was measured by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The results showed that the peptides from sea cucumber significantly inhibited LPS-induced NO production by RAW264.7 macrophages in a dose-dependent manner (p < 0.05), inhibited the mRNA expression of tumor necrosis factor-α, IL-1β, IL-6, , and significantly induced HO-1 expression in RAW264.7 macrophages (p < 0.05). These inhibitory effects were partially reversed by co-treatment with zinc (II)-protoporphyrin IX, a specific inhibitor of HO-1. The sea cucumber peptides with anti-inflammatory activity were rich in glycine, glutamic acid, and aspartic acid, and the peptide fraction with a molecular weight ranging from 180 to 1000 u accounted for 72.12%. These results suggest that peptides derived from sea cucumber inhibit inflammation responses in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages by up-regulating HO-1 mRNA expression.
一种阵列天线赋形波束综合优化方法

Abstract: 基于前后向矩阵束研究了阵列天线的方向图赋形问题,提出了一种阵列天线赋形波束综合优化方法.在该方法中,首先确定适当的阵元数目,然后再优化设计激励幅度和阵元位置,最后设计出需要的赋形方向图.在此过程中,先由期望方向图的均匀采样数据构造Hankel-Toeplitz矩阵;然后再对它进行奇异值分解,舍弃不重要的奇异值,得到此矩阵的低秩逼近矩阵;最后基于广义特征值分解求得重构阵列的阵元位置和激励.同时,采用特殊的前后向矩阵来约束极点分布,以保证重构赋形波束方向图的精度可控.仿真实例验证了该方法的快速性和有效性.
A Study on the Contribution Rate of Agricultural Land Use Intensity to Grain Productivity Based on Hierarchical Linear Models

Abstract: Data of hierarchical structure are involved in numerous social-science studies. Traditional regression analysis methods usually "centralize" or "break" the data to simplify problems when it comes to data of hierarchical structure. However, "centralizing" and "breaking" the hierarchical data would inevitably lead to ignorance of the individual effects and organizational effects. Aiming at the limitations which would manifest when dealing with data of hierarchical structure by traditional regression analysis methods, the authors adopted Hierarchical Linear Models to analyze the contribution rate of agricultural land use intensity to grain productivity in terms of different administrative levels, as well as the influence of capital investment to grain yield per hectare. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China was taken as the study area, which is one of major grain-producing provinces in recent years. Based on municipal and county-level agricultural data from 12 cities and 81 counties in Inner Mongolia from 2000 to 2008, the authors calculated the intensity degree by means of an index system of the intensive use of agricultural land. The index system of the intensive use of agricultural land was built on the basis of three aspects: intensity of input, utilization and sustainability. Then four hierarchical linear models were built and each of them provided an explained variance proportion. The explained variance proportions helped explain contribution of the intensity degree at different administrative levels and agricultural capital investment to grain yield per hectare. Results showed that there are multi-level factors affecting grain productivity. The county-level agricultural land use intensity can generally explain 52.35% of the differences in grain yields, and the municipal agricultural land use intensity and agricultural capital investment explain 36.06% and 12.77% of the regression intercede, respectively. The regression intercede here represents an indirect influence of municipal level factors on grain yield per hectare through county-level factors. Besides, measuring results also showed that land use intensity at municipal and county levels has strong positive interaction. Although the difference in grain productivity depends largely on the intensive use at county levels, the municipal "background effect" cannot be ignored. Cities with high intensity degree will bring more capital and material support to counties under their jurisdiction, and the municipal capital investment plays an important role in improving grain productivity. However, due to the low efficiency of agricultural expenditure use at the county level, which can be represented by three group of Level-1 equation graphing with Z-focus, municipal capital investment and grain productivity are not entirely positively correlated. Impact of agricultural capital investment on grain productivity would be more significant if efficiency of expenditure use get improved.
