Abstract: A generalized constitutive theory of the boundary surface of soft clay with plastic deformation is established, based on the characteristics of soft soil deformation and variation of pore pressure under reversal loading. The boundary surface model is capable of simulating plastic deformation under low stress level. The linear elastic unloading process is improved and becomes an elasto-plastic one. Through comparison of numerical simulation results with tri-axial test data, its reliability is verified.
Robust Higher Order Iterative Learning Control Algorithm for Tracking Control of Delayed Repeated Systems

Abstract: A robust higher order iterative learning control algorithm is proposed to performthe output tracking control of delayed repetitive systems. The proof of the convergency for this kind of iterative learning control algorithm is given in more generalcase. When there exists bias in initial states, a repetitive learning scheme is proposed to make the algorithm more robust with respect to this bias. Compound numerical simulation results indicate the effectiveness and usefulness of the algorithm.

Abstract: 建立了一种采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)实时检测5种3-烷基取代噻吩合成反应中3-烷基(丁基、己基、辛基、异辛基、十二烷基)噻吩、原料3-溴噻吩及副产物含量变化的方法。试样经水洗、萃取及旋转蒸发浓缩等预处理后,采用RP-HPLC二极管阵列紫外检测法测定,外标法定量,实现了反应产物(3-烷基噻吩)与原料(3-溴噻吩)及副产物组分的完全分离,互不干扰。5种烷基化产物及3-溴噻吩在0.100~10.0mg/L范围内线性良好,方法的最低检出限为20.0μg/L(S/N=3)。该方法简便,快捷,准确,既可用于测定反应产物的含量,又可用于跟踪反应过程中反应原料、反应生成物的动态变化,为反应动力学的研究提供了可靠依据。

Abstract: 目的:对苦参进行中药血清药物化学研究。方法:通过比较苦参药材、含药血清和空白血清的HPLC指纹图谱,结合LC-MS/MS检测技术确定苦参给药后吸收入血的药物成分。结果:苦参药材中检测到12个生物碱成分,其中7个药物原型成分吸收入血,分别为槐定碱、氧化苦参碱、氧化槐果碱、膺靛叶碱、N-甲基金雀花碱、苦参碱、槐果碱。结论:7个入血药物成分是苦参在体内的直接作用物质, 提示药物成分的选择性吸收入血,源于结构相似的成分在代谢的过程中存在相互竞争和转化,有助于阐明苦参的体内药效物质基础。
A novel ring structure-based distributed optical fiber vibration sensing system

Abstract: A novel distributed optical fiber vibration sensing system is proposed and demonstrated, using a ring structure-based Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI). The direct current light-based real-time and dynamic locating technique is exploited. By introducing the ring structure into the interferometer, the linear interferometer is changed into ring type, resulting in two counter-propagating light waves, thus one MZI equally operates as two. When a vibration acts on the sensing fiber, the counter-propagating signals produce identical phase-changes simultaneously, which propagate along different paths to optical receivers. With the help of digital processing technologies to analyze the received signals, the characteristic parameters of vibration, including the spatial position, frequency and amplitude can be achieved in real time. A spatial resolution better than 40m is successfully verified in a 1.01 km prototype system of single vibration. Furthermore, the feasibility of detecting and locating multiple vibrations is theoretically analyzed and simulated.

Abstract: GPSR is a robust geographical routing protocol for Ad hoc networks, but the excessive number of hops commonly created by the perimeter mode can become an issue when multiple packets are generated for the same destination. This paper proposed a simple yet effective routing algorithm OGPSR (optimal greedy perimeter stateless routing algorithm). OGPSR algorithm was capable of reducing a large portion of hops if the first packet delivered by GPSR ever enters perimeter mode.

Abstract: A series of experimental facts for Ln Ba2Cu3O7-y single crystals indicate that imperfect structure and non-uniformity composition in samples have an important effect on their normal state resistivity, normal-superconductive transition behavior, Tc and critical current and so forth. We think that in imperfect single crystals, there also exist superconductive glass state effects, similar to single phase polycrystal LnBa2Cu3O7-y samples.

Abstract: The acoustic energy distribution of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is influenced by the attenuation and the dispersion of the biological tissue. In this paper we modify the KZK equation according to the fractional wave equation, in order to accurately describe the sound field of HIFU. The theoretical and experimental studies of frequency dependences of attenuation and sound speed examine the validity of the fractional wave equation. Furthermore, the numerical simulation of HIFU field is performed using the modified KZK equation. The results demonstrate that the introduction of the fractional derivative equation could solve the problems of the attenuation and sound dispersion, leading to the accuracy improvement of HIFU therapy.
