Abstract: 讨论了适用于无线局域网零中频收信机的4阶切比雪夫有源RC滤波器,为消除工艺偏差和环境变化对截止频率的影响,提出片上数字控制频率调谐电路.采用TSMC 0.25μm 1P5M CMOS工艺进行制造,测得调谐锁定时,滤波器的截止频率为9MHz,通带增益为0dB,增益波动小于1dB,带外抑制在30MHz处小于-40dB,通带内噪声小于-142dBm/Hz,当两输入信号的功率为-10dBm时,三阶交调小于-70dBm.

Abstract: 实现了一个适用于无线内窥镜系统的低功耗ASK中频接收机电路.该接收机包括一个用于补偿信道衰减的自动增益控制环、一个ASK解调器和基于能隙基准源的偏置电路,接收机电路已采用0.25μm CMOS工艺实现.测试结果表明,该电路可以从功率在-30~10dBm之间的中频信号中正确解调出数字基带信号,中频工作频率为20MHz.电路采用2.5V电源,消耗的电流仅为2.1mA.

Abstract: We report a low power ASK IF receiver for short-range wireless systems,which includes an AGC loop that compensates the channel attenuation and an ASK detector.A novel current-limited transconductor and feed-forward differential peak detector have been designed to maintain a high compression ratio and fast response for the AGC with lower power consumption.A storage unit with a zero and a feed-forward structure have been introduced into the peak detector to control the damping characteristic of the AGC loop.A rectifier and low-pass filter included in the ASK detector have been integrated into a more compact structure to further lower the power consumption.The simulation results show the feasibility of the proposed technique.

Abstract: 利用与CT机配套的非饱和多功能土工三轴仪,对干湿循环不同次数的膨胀土进行控制吸力为常数的各向等压试验,从细观上研究损伤对膨胀土屈服应力的影响。研究表明:屈服应力随着结构损伤的增大而减小;屈服前压缩指数随着结构损伤的增大而增大。根据细观试验数据,分别提出结构参数与屈服应力和宏观变量之间的定量表达式,进而将Barcelona膨胀土模型推广到结构损伤情况。

Abstract: 本文提出了一种用于脉冲式超宽带接收机的低抖动,低杂散多相输出锁相环。为了同时满足低抖动、低功耗和输出多相时钟这些需求,该锁相环基于一个环形振荡器结构。为了提高多相时钟的时间精度和相位噪声性能,设计了一个改善了噪声和匹配特性的压控振荡器。在设计中,通过良好的匹配电荷泵和仔细选择环路滤波器带宽来抑制参考频率杂散。测试结果表明,当载波频率为264 MHz时,1 MHz失调频率下的相位噪声为-118.42 dBc/Hz,均方根抖动为1.53 ps,参考频率杂散为-66.81 dBc。该芯片采用0.13 μm CMOS工艺制造,1.2 V电源电压下功耗为4.23 mW,占用0.14 mm2的面积。

Abstract: A dual-band reconfigurable wireless receiver RF front-end is presented, which is based on the direct-conversion principle and consists of a low noise amplifier (LNA) and a down-converter. By utilizing a compact switchable on-chip symmetrical inductor, the RF front-end could be switched between two operation frequency bands without extra die area cost. This RF front-end has been implemented in the 180 nm CMOS process and the measured results show that the front-end could provide a gain of 25 dB and IIP3 of 6 dBm at 2.2 GHz, and a gain of 18.8 dB and IIP3 of 7.3 dBm at 4.5 GHz. The whole front-end consumes 12 mA current at 1.2 V voltage supply for the LNA and 2.1 mA current at 1.8 V for the mixer, with a die area of 1.2 × 1 mm2.

Abstract: 本文给出了一种应用于GSM/PCS/DCS/WCDMA收发机的低相位噪声Σ-Δ分数分频频率综合器的设计。提出了一种新的环路稳定性分析方法,从而保证了锁相环路不会因为工艺、温度以及频率的偏差而导致不稳定。所设计的压控振荡器采用经过改进的数字控制电容阵列,扩展了振荡器的调谐范围,降低了相位噪声。同时,本文还采用了一种高精度的自动频率校准技术以自动选择振荡器的频带,并且提高了其相位噪声性能。芯片在SMIC 0.13 μm CMOS工艺下制造。测试结果表明,在1.2 V电源电压下,所设计的频率综合器的锁定范围达到3.05 GHz到5.17GHz,能够覆盖所要求的5个频带,并且锁定时间小于30 μs。测试得到的带内噪声在3.8GHz、2GHz和948MHz载波频率下分别为-89、-95.5和101dBc/Hz,相应的在1 MHz频偏处的带外噪声为-121、-123和-132dBc/Hz,能够满足以上提到的协议标准对相位噪声的要求。

Abstract: 采用岩石破裂过程的弹塑性细胞自动机模拟系统EPCA2D,研究含预制裂纹岩石试件裂隙的几何位置以及基质材料力学属性的差异对裂纹扩展和搭接的影响.模拟中采用弱化元胞单元来表征试件中存在的预制裂纹,用Weibull随机分布对岩石基质元胞单元的力学参数进行赋值,以反映作为岩石基质一部分的岩桥的非均质性.表征预制裂纹的弱化元胞单元服从理想弹塑性本构关系,基质元胞单元服从弹脆塑性本构关系.利用该方法对含有2或3条裂纹的岩石试件进行单轴压缩破裂过程模拟,再现裂纹起裂、扩展和搭接全过程的实验现象.结果表明,预制裂纹的倾角和岩桥倾角对裂纹的扩展和搭接有重要的影响.同时,考虑基质材料力学属性的差异,研究基质元胞单元力学性质的随机空间分布和不同的内摩擦角等情况下的裂纹扩展模式,结果表明,裂纹的扩展和搭接路径强烈依赖于材料的力学属性,从机制上解释了室内实验中裂纹扩展路径离散性的原因.
A 2GHz Low Power Differentially Tuned CMOS Monolithic LC-VCO

Abstract: 设计了工作在2GHz,差分控制的单片LC压控振荡器,并利用0.18μm CMOS工艺实现.利用模拟和数字(4位二进制开关电容阵列)调频技术,压控振荡器的调频范围达到16.15%(1.8998~2.2335GHz).在2.158GHz工作频率下,在1MHz频偏处的相位噪声为-118.17dBc/Hz.应用给出的开关设计,相位噪声在不同的数字位控制下变化不超过3dB.由于利用pn结二级管作为变容管,在调频范围内,相位噪声仅改变约2dB.压控振荡器在1.8V电源电压下消耗2.1mA电流并能够在1.5V电源电压下正常工作.

Abstract: The actual removal rates of municipical wasterwater treatment plant of adsorption biodegradtion (AB) process in winter in Urumqi city were monitored and analyzed. The results show that there is little influence on removal of BOD5, but the removal rates of COD and SS decrease. The ammonium nitrogen is removed by 35% after stage A, but the content of ammonium nitrogen rises up contrarily after stage B. So the ammonium nitrogen removal rate drops to only 7.8%. The removal rate of total phosphorous drops to about 29% of stage A , but there is a stable removal rate in stage B. The effluent of total phosphorous is less than 1 mg/L of stage B, and the total removal rate of total phosphorous of AB process can reach 80%.
