Abstract: Mangrove, a kind of special host plants, is a resource of abundant endophytic fungi. More than 200 species of endophytic fungi are isolated and identified from mangrove, being the second largest community of marine fungi. The reported endophytic fungi of mangrove are mainly Alternaria, Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Colletotrichum, Fusarium, Paecilomyces, Penicillium, Pestalotiopsis, Phoma, Phomopsis, Phyllosticta and Trichoderma. Most endophytic fungi have wide range of hosts, and a few only have single host. However, the composition and dominant species on each mangrove plant are different. The colonization of endophytic fungi always varies with different parts (leaves, twigs, stems) and age of host plants and with seasons. The endophytic fungi of mangrove can produce many kinds of metabolites with great potential for anti-microbial and anti-tumor medicinal use. In this paper, the research advances in biodiversity of endophytic fungi in mangrove, their distribution, biological and ecological function, and secondary metabolites were reviewed.

Abstract: 铁皮石斛疫病2001年发现在浙江义乌栽培田间,是由疫霉菌引起的.在田间,疫霉菌侵染茎基部,引起当年移植苗根腐、植株枯萎和死亡,但侵染2-3年植株幼嫩项部仅引起顶枯症状.通过对病原菌形态学、交配型的观察,以及核糖体DNA ITS序列分析,侵染铁皮石斛的5个分离菌株被鉴定为烟草疫霉菌Phytophthora nicotianae.致病性试验表明,铁皮石斛是烟草疫霉菌的寄主.

Abstract: This paper combined and applied two artificial intelligence techniques, rule-based reasoning (RBR) and case-based reasoning (CBR) to smart-home system, which was quintessence application of pervasive computing. First it inferred the activity, the mood and something like that of the user, then fusing multi-type or historical context to deal with the context again by CBR in order to infer the most similar context, and then used it to offer intelligentized service to the user.

Abstract: 在诗歌理论界,人们对意象的重要性和建构力有一个广泛的认同。诗的意义和整体审美效应是由具体可感的意象生发的。意象的这种特殊建构能力,来自意象独具的性质和功能。意象具有符号的基本特性,即意象产生的随机性、自我表现性、模糊性;在意象系统中,每个意象既影响别个意象,又受到别个意象的影响,正是意象的共同作用,才使诗歌的整体意义得以表达;意象具有描述性、拟情性、象征性(指意性)功能,三者的综合作用,强化了意象的表义性和建构力。
红树林内生真菌研究进展

Abstract: 红树林作为一种特殊的植物群落具有丰富的内生真菌资源,目前已分离鉴定的红树林真菌超过200种,成为海洋真菌的第二大类群,已报道的红树林内生真菌主要类群是链格孢霉(alternaria)、曲霉(aspergillus)、芽枝霉(cladosporium)、炭疽菌(colletotrichum)、镰孢霉(fusarium)、拟青霉(paecilomyces)、拟盘多毛孢(pestalotiopsis)、青霉(penicillium)、茎点霉(phoma)、拟茎点霉(phomopsis)、叶点霉(phyllosticta)和木霉(trichoderma)等.大部分红树林内生真菌具有较宽的宿主范围,极少数只有单一的宿主,不同红树林植物的内生真菌区系及优势种群有很大差异.红树林内生真菌的定殖因宿主植物不同部位、植株的年龄及季节和环境的变化明显不同.红树林内生真菌能产生多种代谢产物,具有抗菌、抗肿瘤等药用价值.红树林植物内生真菌的研究和开发具有重要意义.本文综述了红树林内生真菌的生物多样性及其分布、生物学功能和次生代谢产物等方面的研究进展.

Abstract: 从海南热带植物园土壤样品中分离获得一株具有较强杀线虫活性的放线菌菌株DA09202, 通过形态特征、生理生化特征、16S rDNA序列测定及其系统发育分析, 初步鉴定为金色链霉菌。菌株DA09202发酵液采用溶媒萃取、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶过滤和制备薄层板层析, 从中分离得到杀线虫活性化合物A23-1和A46-2。化合物A23-1经光谱和波谱分析(UV、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、DEPT、1H-1H COSY、HMBC、HSQC)以及文献对照, 鉴定为4¢,7-二羟基异黄酮, 化合物A46-2的结构正在鉴定中。

Abstract: Two hundred and four endophytes isolated from Catharanthus roseus, Cephalotaxus hainanensis and Antiaris toxicaria were screened for antitumor activities. The results showed that broth of 19 strains presented cytotoxic activities to at least one of the tested tumor cells, four of them exhibited strong antitumor activity against S180, were above 70%. Studies have shown that broth in the antitumor active substances of strains PA09006 and PA09009, confer a certain to pH value and ultraviolet.

Abstract: The current controlled voltage source model of substrate parasitic resistance of deep sub-micron electrostatic discharge protection device is optimized by considering the effect of conductance modulation. A compact macro-model of substrate resistance is presented according to the characteristics of lightly doped bulk substrate and heavily doped substrate with a lightly doped epitaxial layer, which is scalable with the layout dimension. The experimental model parameters of devices with various spaces between source and substrate diffusion can be extracted by device simulation. The breakdown behavior of gate grounded negative-channel metal oxide semiconductor shows the effectiveness of this method. In the meantime, the simulation time-consuming of the compact model is only 7% that of the device simulation software.
