Influencing characteristics and kinetic model of humic acid degradation by Fenton's reagents

Abstract: The influencing characteristics of Fenton’s reagent on the degradation of humic acid(HA) wastewater were studied.The dynamics model was established based on the theoretical analysis of reaction process.The parameters of dynamics model were estimated according to the experimental data.The results showed that HA was removed both by oxidation and coagulation.Under operating conditions of initial pH 4,Fe2+ dosage of 40 mmol/L and H2O2 dosage of 160 mmol/L,reaction time of 60 min,78.6% and 11.5% removals for oxidation and coagulation were achieved,respectively,meanwhile the highest initial oxidation rate of 59.6 mg/(L·min) was achieved.The prediction of models was found to agree well with experimental results and confirm the proposed reaction mechanisms,which indicated that the oxidation degradation mechanism of HA accorded with the theory and practice of hydroxyl radicals.

Abstract: 采用中心复合实验设计和响应面分析法研究复合絮凝剂聚合氯化铝锌(PAZC)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)混凝处理木薯淀粉废水,进行设计和分析,以溶液pH值和絮凝剂用量为考察因素,分别以COD、浊度去除率为考察指标,选用最佳优化数学模型描述考察指标和考察因素之间的数学关系,并以设定PAZC和PAC对COD去除率(65%),浊度去除率(90%)和SS去除率(90%)的目标值,通过等高线叠加图预测最优实验条件,得到PAZC投量为6.5 mg/L,pH为7.7时,COD去除率和浊度去除率分别达到最大为76.6%和99.9%;PAC投量为19.2 mg/L,pH为7.8时,COD去除率和浊度去除率最大值分别为64.4%和97.1%。经对最优条件进行验证,预测值与验证实验平均值接近。

Abstract: 以AlCl3·6H2O和ZnCl2为原料,采用一次加碱法制备了一种新型的改性增效聚合铝类多核无机高分子絮凝剂聚合氯化铝锌(PAZC).通过Al-Ferron逐时络合比色法研究了碱化度(B),Al/Zn摩尔比及陈化时间对铝离子形态的影响.采用混凝实验比较PAZC、PAC的混凝效果.结果表明:在相同B值条件下,PAZC的Ala和Alc少于PAC的Ala和Alc,Alb形态多于PAC中Alb形态,并且PAC中Alb形态最高只有60%,而PAZC中Alb最高达到83%.PAZC具有pH适用范围宽,投药量少以及良好的储存性能.

Abstract: 以采用“SBR+混凝+Fenton氧化+BAF”组合工艺处理的晚期垃圾渗滤液各级出水为研究对象,考察了HA、FA和HyI等溶解性有机物(DOMs)在各个工艺处理过程中的变化。结果表明,组合工艺COD和NH3-N去除率分别达到98.4%和99.3%;对DOMs的去除率为98.3%,其中胡敏酸(HA)、富里酸(FA)和亲水性有机物(HyI)的去除率分别为98.3%、99.5%和95.7%。各处理工艺中SBR和混凝工艺对HA和HyI的去除贡献较大,Fenton氧化工艺对FA去除率较高。Fenton氧化和BAF联用,可以有效去除难降解的溶解性有机污染物,使出水达到《生活垃圾填埋污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)排放标准。

Abstract: 采用自由表面流人工湿地,对广东省中山市某小区对应段的河涌进行生态修复改造。基于k-C*模型的计算结果表明,在对现有河涌的面积的利用下,TP和NH+4-N的去除效果受到限制。采用多因素正交实验对模型的计算结果进行实验验证和分析,研究了4种植物、4种基质,分别在2、4、6和8 d水力停留时间(HRT)下对TP和NH+4-N的去除效果,得到影响TP和NH+4-N去除效果的因素主次顺序分别为基质→植物→HRT和基质→HRT→植物;各因素的最佳水平条件分别为:风车草、颗粒活性炭、4 d(HRT)。在最佳水平条件下进行实验,结果表明,TP和NH+4-N的浓度均可达到出水排放标准浓度指标。k-C*模型的计算值总是比实验值偏高,但两者之间的误差在一个数量级范围内。

Abstract: Multi-core composite polyaluminum coagulants PAFC and PAZC were prepared by adding Fe~(3+) and Zn~(2+) respectively.Assaying of residual aluminum shows that composite coagulants PAFC and PAZC have wider pH range,lower residual aluminum concentrations,fewer dosages.For archieving 85%of COD removal efficiency treated by PAZC,PAFC and PAC respectively,the dosages of coagulant are 5,10 and 20 mg/L;the residual alumimum of treated effluent are 0.04,0.09 and 0.14 mg/L;the treatment costs are 0.020,0.028 and 0.048...

Abstract: 研究了Fenton试剂降解腐殖酸废水的影响特性,并在理论分析反应过程的基础上建立动力学方程,同时根据实验进行动力学方程参数估算。研究表明,Fenton试剂通过氧化和混凝共同作用有效去除腐殖酸。在初始pH=4,40mmol/LFeSO4和160mmol/LH2O2投量下,腐殖酸60min氧化去除率、混凝去除率分别达到78.6%和11.5%,其初始氧化速率达到最大59.6mg/(L·min)。腐殖酸的氧化降解动力学模型值与实验值吻合良好,说明采用该动力学模型能较好预测腐殖酸废水的氧化降解情况,且Fenton氧化降解腐殖酸的机理符合自由基的理论和实践。

Abstract: 采用了基于中心复合设计(CCD)的响应面分析方法(RSM)研究了Fenton 试剂处理难降解反渗透垃圾浓缩渗滤液过程中初始pH、FeSO4·7H2O用量、[H2O2]/[Fe2+]摩尔比3个因素对浓缩液中COD去除率的影响。由Design Expert 7.1软件设计分析实验数据,得到了一个二次响应曲面模型,模型具有较高的回归率(R2=0.9699),与实验结果吻合程度较高。该模型显示COD的去除率与3个因素之间不是简单的单调函数关系,它们彼此之间存在一个最佳数值而使去除率达到最高。H2O2与Fe2+之间具有很强的相互增效作用,COD的去除由氧化作用和混凝作用共同完成。在最佳pH值为3.75,FeSO4·7H2O 投加量为17.91 mmol/L、[H2O2]/[Fe2+]摩尔比为1.36的反应条件下,COD去除率能达到最高值(72.25%)。

Abstract: 考察了pH值、搅拌时间、Mg∶N和N∶P摩尔比对鸟粪石化学沉淀法(MAP)去除垃圾渗滤液中低浓度氨氮的影响,使用Design Expert 7.1.3进行3水平4因素响应曲面中心复合设计优化实验,并通过二次多项式拟合和参数优化,得到:当pH为10,搅拌时间为30 min,Mg∶N摩尔比为1.41,N∶P摩尔比为1.34时,氨氮去除率(Y1)可以达到最大值71.2%,体系中的残留PO43--P浓度(Y2)趋近于零,达到我国《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准排放标准》的排放标准。此外,X射线衍射图谱的分析表明大部分沉淀物质为磷酸铵镁。

Abstract: 采用臭氧氧化法处理经反渗透膜处理后的浓缩垃圾渗滤液,考察了反应时间、臭氧投量、pH和温度对COD,色度以及浓缩液中腐殖酸的去除影响,通过BOD5/COD变化分析了臭氧氧化对浓缩液生化性的提高作用。结果表明:在pH 8.0,温度30℃,臭氧投量5 g/h,反应时间90 min的条件下,浓缩液的COD、色度以及浓缩液中腐殖酸的去除率分别达到67.6%、98.0%和86.1%, BOD5/COD从0.008提升到0.26,生化性有很大提高。
