Heuristic Semantic Mapping on Herbrand Base

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce a new kind of semantic mapping on Herbrand base, called heuristic mapping, its properties are discussed. As an application, finally, we define the minimal and supperted model semantics for the stratified logic program by using the heuristic semantic mapping.
Pollination Biology in Androdioecious Species Tapiscia sinensis (Staphyleaceae)

Abstract: The pollination biology of the androdioecious species Tapiscia sinensis was studied by the flowering dynamics, pollinators, morphology and structure of flower, breeding system, pollen viability and the acceptance of stigma of hermaphroditic flower. T. sinensis is a typical androdioecious species with male and hermaphroditic individuals. Hermaphroditic flowers have functional pollen and are self-compatible. Pollen viability from males was more than 10 times higher than that from hermaphrodites. The flowering phonology of both male and hermaphroditic individuals was identical. The duration of flowering was from late May to early June. The anthesis of a single flower could be prolonged to 4–5 d. The stamens appeared to show heterotypical maturation and prolonged the pollen dispersion period of a single flower. Hermaphrodites were protogyny, and the stigma had acceptance during the entire anthesis. T. sinensis is a wind- and insect-pollinated species. Insects, such as bees and hoverfly were the main pollinators; the highest visiting time was between 8:30 and 10:30. The maintenance mechanism of T. sinensis species may be as follows: males increase the quantity and quality of pollen for outcrossing, and the stamens of hermaphrodites may assure reproduction and be a reward for the pollinator.

Impact of steam treatment on acidity and pore texture of HZSM-5

Abstract: The acidity and texture of HZSM-5 zeolites (ratio of silica-to-alumina is 38) treated with steam at different temperatures were studied by XRD, NH_3-TPD, IR, specific surface area and pore texture determination. The results show that the crystallinity of HZSM-5 zeolites reduces slightly with the increase of treating temperature. NH_3-TPD reveals that the acidity decreases remarkably after steam treatment. The weak acid sites increases, while the strong acid sites decreases relatively with the increase of temperature. A definite blue shift in IR wave number was observed when the sample was hydrothermally treated at different temperatures. The surface area and microporous volume decrease, while mesoporous volume increases.

Abstract: 采用碾磨-焙烧法制备得到了g-C3N4/Bi2O3复合型催化剂.利用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、XPS、DRS及PL对所得样品进行了表征.以甲基橙溶液为模拟有机污染物,考察了g-C3N4/Bi2O3复合型催化剂的可见光催化性能.结果表明,复合结构的g-C3N4/Bi2O3催化剂光谱响应范围拓宽至可见光区域,且g-C3N4/Bi2O3复合型催化剂的催化性能均明显优于单组分.其中,50 wt% g-C3N4/Bi2O3复合物对甲基橙可见光降解性能最佳.催化活性提升的主要原因是复合结构的形成有效促进了光生电子与空穴对的分离.此外,活性物种捕获实验结果表明,光生空穴(h+)及超氧自由基(·O)为该光催化反应过程中的主要活性物种.
Carbon sequestration potential in Fujian''s forest ecosystems

Abstract: As an effort to provide a benchmark for the CDM afforestation project, dynamics of carbon sequestration potential for both indigenous forests and non\|forested lands in Fujian Province was modeled using a computerized ecological model known as CO2FIX V3.1. Two human interference scenarios, harvesting and non\|harvesting, were simulated. Simulation results suggested that the net carbon sequestrated by indigenous forest ecosystem between 2004 and 2050 may reach 254.74-334.79TgC, while afforestation practices during the same period may fix additional 49.23-58.42TgC. With high proportions among all forest species, Pinus massoniana, Cunninghamia lanceolata, and Hardwood may solidify carbon dioxide up to 92.26-103.17TgC, 71.09-107.39TgC, and 114.97-132.41TgC, respectively. All nine prefecture\|level cities in Fujian were rank ordered using the model output, with Nanping, Fuzhou, and Sanming presenting the greatest potential in carbon sequestration, Longyan, Zhangzhou, and Ningde in the middle, and such costal cities as Putian, Quanzhou, and Xiamen tailing the list.

Abstract: Sixteen strains of champagne yeasts have deen tested for fermentation characteristies. The results show : C_1, C_3, C, have excellent properties such as high fermentation activity, tiny foam, excellent flocculation and tolerance to alcohol and sulfur dioxide. It is very satisfactory to use them in second fermentation of champagne.
