THE POPULATION STRUCTURE AND PRESENT RESOURCE STATUS OF ARGALI IN XINJIANG
新疆盘羊种群结构与资源现状

Abstract: 1990~1994年,结合国际狩猎场规划,对新疆6个代表区域盘羊Ovisammon种群作了专题研究。涉及盘羊准噶尔亚种O.a.seiresis、南天山亚种O.a.karelini和阿尔金山亚种O.a.dalailamoe。调查面积8346km2,约占新疆盘羊分布总面积的11.1%。共统计到866只个体。集群类型中,母子群占总群数31.9%,混合群占21.7%,雄性群占46.4%。根据不同区域统计75群计算,平均每群8.89(3.95~11.6)头,其中1~10头群占73.3%;11~20头群占17.3%;21~30头群占2.7%;31~40头群占4%;41~50头群占2.7%。集群规模与栖息密度呈正相关。不同区域性比组成差异显著,雄雌比从1∶0.54~1∶3.54不等,平均为1∶1.78。栖息密度以若羌阿尔金山最高,达1.67±033头/km2,其次为玛依力山、艾尔宾山等,推算考察区共有盘羊3832~6354头。

Abstract: 2006年9月至2007年12月, 在卡拉麦里山有蹄类自然保护区采用截线取样法调查了蒙古野驴(Equus hemionus)和鹅喉羚(Gazella subgutturosa sairensis)的种群密度。蒙古野驴野外调查样线总长6,696.4 km, 发现7,758 匹蒙古野驴; 鹅喉羚样线总长8,428.84 km, 发现8,586头鹅喉羚。采用Distance 5.0估算了蒙古野驴和鹅喉羚的密度和遇见率。从春季到秋季, 蒙古野驴遇见率在0.058–0.092匹/km之间变化, 而鹅喉羚遇见率则在0.096–0.342头/ km之间变化。春季蒙古野驴种群密度为0.55 ± 0.20 匹/km2 (平均数 ± 标准差,下同), 夏季为0.60 ± 0.13 匹/km2, 秋季为0.78 ± 0.19匹/km2和冬季为0.54 ± 0.14 匹/km2。蒙古野驴适宜栖息面积5,800 km2。春季到冬季, 蒙古野驴种群数量在3,379到5,318匹之间变化。鹅喉羚春季、夏季、秋季和冬季种群密度分别为1.14 ± 0.18头/km2, 0.95 ± 0.12头/km2, 1.08 ± 0.18头/km2和1.54 ± 0.31头/km2。该保护区的鹅喉羚冬季和春季适宜栖息面积均为10,000 km2, 夏季为12,000 km2, 秋季为15,000 km2。估算该区域春季鹅喉羚数量为14,286头, 夏季为6,628头, 秋季为8,337头, 冬季为19,677头。本研究的结果将为卡拉麦里山有蹄类自然保护区蒙古野驴和鹅喉羚长期监测提供基础数据。
Summer and Winter Bed-site Selection by Goitred Gazelle (Gazella subgutturosa sairensis)

Abstract: We studied summer and winter bed-site selection by goitred gazelle (G. s. sairensis) using transect method from June to August in 2007, and November, 2007 to January, 2008 in Mt. Kalamaili Ungulate Nature Reserve, Xinjiang, China. In summer, we measured 49 bed-site quadrants used by goitred gazelle and 36 control quadrants during 26 transect surveys. While in winter, we measured 75 bed-site quadrants used by goitred gazelle and 75 control quadrants during 30 transect surveys. Through comparing the characteristics of bed site quadrants and control quadrants, we found summer bed sites of goitred gazelles were characterized by plains, lower or no slope position, over 900 m of altitude, far from permanent water source, main road and human community, of higher plant density, higher herb density and higher canopy cover. In winter, goitred gazelles preferred to bed on hill, or on half-sunny slope and sunny slope, steep slope position, of 901−1 000 m of altitude, with distance of 501 to 1 000 m or over 2 000 m to main road and, near human residence, lower and middle canopy cover, snow depth of 1.1−3cm, higher plant density and herbage density. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) showed that 4 principal components explained 86.57% of the total variance in the bed site selection by goitred gazelle in summer. First principal component in summer was positively related to plant density, herbage density, density of Stipa spp., distance to nearest human residence, distance to permanent water source and altitude. PCA also showed that 4 principal components explained 73.88% of total variance the bed site selection by goitred gazelle in winter. First principal component in winter was positively related to plant density, herbage density, density of Stipa spp. and altitude.
新疆河狸mtDNA D-loop HV-Ⅰ区的遗传多样性研究

Abstract: 摘要: 通过测定和分析我国新疆乌伦古河流域16只河狸的mtDNA D-loop HV-Ⅰ区序列,对新疆河狸的遗传多样性进行了研究。结果表明,新疆河狸mtDNA D-loop HV-Ⅰ区序列长度为569 bp, A、T、G和C四种核苷酸的平均比例分别为27.0%、32.7%、24.0%和16.2%,新疆河狸mtDNA D-loop HV-Ⅰ区A+T含量高于G+C含量,表现出碱基组成的偏倚性。与蒙古国河狸mtDNA D-loop HV-Ⅰ区(AY623632)比对后,发现我国新疆河狸mtDNA D-loop HV-Ⅰ区10个变异位点,占分析位点总数的2.03%,其中转换位点4个,颠换位点5个,缺失位点1个,无插入位点。依据GenBank上已公布的不同地区河狸种群mtDNA D-loop HV-Ⅰ区序列,构建系统树后发现我国新疆河狸和蒙古国河狸位于一个分支,说明两者属于欧亚河狸种下的同一个亚种-蒙新亚种(Castor fiber birulai)。在16只新疆河狸个体中鉴定出2种单倍型,单倍型多样性(Hd)为0.233 00±0.015 78,核苷酸多样性(Pi)为0.001 23±0.015 90,平均核苷酸差异数(K)为0.700,与其他河狸亚种种群比较后发现新疆河狸遗传多样性较低,基因丰富度低,这与新疆河狸局限的生活环境和人为因素的影响是密切相关的。
Abstract: Genetic diversities of Asiatic beaver(Castor fiber)in Xinjiang was investigated by analyzing the HV-Ⅰ sequences of the mitochondrial DNA control region(D-loop)of 16 individuals from the Ulungur watershed of Xinjiang in China. Results showed that the length of mtDNA D-loop HV-Ⅰ sequence of Xinjiang beaver was 569 bp, with nucleotide frequencies of 27.0%,32.7%,24.0% and 16.2% for A,T,G and C respectively, and the frequencies of A and T 山 东 大 学 学 报 (理 学 版)第51卷 - 第3期杜聪聪,等:新疆河狸mtDNA D-loop HV-Ⅰ区的遗传多样性研究 \=-was higher than that of G and C, which indicated the preference of nucleotides; that 10 polymorphic sites(2.03% of total analyzed sites)were found in the mtDNA D-loop HV-Ⅰ sequence of Xinjiang beaver compared with that(AY623632)of Mongolia beaver, of which there were four transitions sites, five transversions sites and one missing site; that Xinjiang beaver and Mongolia beaver were in one cluster by phylogenetic analyses based on the open mtDNA D-loop HV-Ⅰ sequence of beaver in other regions on GenBank, suggesting Xinjiang beaver also belonged to the subspecies of C. f. birulai; that Xinjiang beaver population had two unique haplotypes, whose haplotype diversity(Hd), nucleotide diversity(Pi)and average number of nucleotide differences(K)were 0.233 00±0.015 78, 0.001 23±0.015 90 and 0.700, indicating a low level of genetic diversity, deeply related to its limited environment and human factors
阿尔泰山南部科克森山和卡拉麦里山盘羊冬季卧息地的选择

Abstract: ?2007年11月至2008年1月,在阿尔泰山南部科克森山和卡拉麦里山采用样线法研究了盘羊冬季卧息地的选择性。结果表明,两地区的盘羊对冬季卧息地的利用均有选择性,两地区盘羊偏好利用山坡做卧息地,避免选择山沟和平滩卧息;偏好位于半阴和半阳坡的卧息地,避免利用阴坡,对阳坡随机利用;偏好位于上坡位和中坡位的卧息地,对下坡位则为随机利用。通过与对照样方比较,科克森山和卡拉麦里山盘羊冬季卧息地均以植物科数多、植物种数多、植物密度高、灌木株数小、驼绒藜株数少、接近隐蔽物、隐蔽级高和雪覆盖浅为主要特征。在科克森山,盘羊通常选择坡度大、雪覆盖浅的位置作为其卧息地。在卡拉麦里山盘羊通常选择坡度大的地方作为其卧息地。科克森山和卡拉麦里山盘羊卧息地变量前6个特征值的累积贡献率分别达到了80.75%和82.58%,较好地反映了盘羊卧息地的生境特征。科克森山和卡拉麦里山盘羊卧息地第1主成分贡献率分别达到了23.04%和24.33%。在两地区,植物科数、植物种数、灌木种数、雪深和坡度5个因子的载荷系数均为正值,具有较大的作用。其余5个主成分中隐蔽级、海拔、距水源距离和距居民点距离也很重要。

Abstract: 中文摘要:2015年7-8月和2016年4-10月,采用样线法与固定半径样点法,对新疆布尔根河狸国家级自然保护区的两栖和爬行动物进行调查,2种调查方法记录到的两栖和爬行动物相同,表明2种方法对保护区的两栖和爬行动物发现能力相近。调查发现,保护区内有两栖动物1种、爬行动物8种(隶属于5科7属)。从物种组成和区系分析,保护区内的两栖和爬行类物种均属于古北界中亚亚界蒙新区西北荒漠亚区及阿尔泰-巴彦卡萨领亚区。在保护区内旱地沙蜥 Phrynocephalus helioscopus密度最大,为广域性分布。提出了加强保护区两栖和爬行类物种保护管理的建议。
英文摘要:From July to August in 2015 and April to October in 2016, by combined using of line transect and fixed-radius point count methods, we had investigated the diversity and distribution of amphibians and reptiles in Buergen Beaver National Nature Reserve (BBNNR), Xinjiang. The results of surveyed amphibians and reptiles by the 2 ways were similar. A total of 1 species of amphibians and 8 reptiles (belonging to 5 families and 7 genera) were found in BBNNR. Moreover, the obtained amphibians and reptiles in BBNNR were found to belong to the Palaearctic realm, central Asia subkingdom, Mongolia-Xinjiang region, northwest desert subregion and Altai-Bayan subregion. Phrynocephalus helioscopus had the highest density in BBNNR, and P. helioscopus were widely distributed. Abstract: 摘要: 采用PCR和测序技术,分析了30只蒙古国西北部狼线粒体DNA(mtDNA)D-loop区519 bp核酸序列,基于 mtDNA D-loop区序列对蒙古国狼和NCBI公布的其它狼种群进行系统树构建。结果显示:蒙古国狼存在7种单倍型,检测到29处变异位点,占所分析位点总数的4.9%,各单倍型间的遗传距离为0.006~0.024平均遗传距离是0.004±0.001。单倍型多样性为0.952±0.096,核苷酸多性为0.011 60±0.006 46。聚类分析表明,蒙古国狼分布在2个支系中,与中国新疆、内蒙古种群亲缘关系较近,与中国青海、西藏、喜马拉雅山脉种群的亲缘关系较远。蒙古国西北部狼种群具有比较丰富的遗传多样性,在进化的历史过程中受到其他狼种群的影响较大。中国青海、西藏、喜马拉雅山附近的狼种群应同属于一个群体,该研究为蒙古国乃其与我国毗邻区域狼的遗传多样性保护提供了理论依据。
Abstract: Genetic diversities of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) D-loop and maternal origin of northwestern Mongolian Canis lupus were investigated. Thirty 519 bp mtDNA D-loop sequences were analyzed by PCR and sequencing techniques, and the phylogenetic trees were constructed based on the mtDNA D-loop sequences of northwestern Mongolian Canis lupus samples and other wolves D-loop sequence available from NCBI. There were 7 unique haplotypes with 29 polymorphic sites in northwestern Mongolian Canis lupus, which account for 4.9% of 519 bp sequence analyzed. The haplotype diversity(h) and nucleotide diversity(π) were 0.952±0.096 and 0.011 60±0.006 46, respectively. Moreover, northwestern Mongolian Canis lupus distributed in two branches, and are closely related to Xinjiang of China, Inner Mongolia of China, whereas they are less related to Qinghai of China, Tibet of China, and the Himalayan population. The northwest Mongolia Canis lupus have rather abundant genetic diversity and were greatly affected by other Canis lupus species in history. Abstract:
本文研制了一种新型的渗流试验设备,用以测定土体在发生剪切变形过程中不同物理力学状态条件下的渗透系数,针对某种粘性土进行了一系列试验,结果表明粘性土剪切变形过程中的渗透系数受到多种因素的影响,其中剪切应变和围压的影响最为显著。在此基础上提出了一个可反映土体物理状态变化及剪切中结构变化对其渗透性影响的数学模型,通过试验数据拟合验证,结果表明该模型可有效反映土体剪切变形过程中不同物理力学状态条件下的渗透系数
A new seepage device was developed to measure permeability of clayey soil under different physical and mechanical status with shearing deformations. A series of seepage tests were carried out on a certain clayey soil and indicated that permeability of the soil was related with many factors, among which the shearing strain and confining pressure were the most important. Based on the testing results and mechanism analysis, a new relation model of permeability to reflect effect of physical and mechanical status was raised. The model was then fitted and checked by the testing results.
