基于内梅罗指数与主成分分析的洪湖地区地下水水质评价

Abstract: 地下水污染现象在我国地下水资源丰富地区普遍存在.该文以洪湖地区丰水期、枯水期、平水期3个时期的氨氮、硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、总锰、总铁、高锰酸钾指数和总磷等7个指标为对象,运用内梅罗指数法与主成分分析方法,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方式,对8个样点的的水环境质量进行综合评价.结果表明,临近湖岸居民区与道路的潜水样点5,受到来自水陆两方面生产生活污染物的影响,水质最差;位于临近长江的农村居民区内的潜水样点7,主要受到来自居民生活污水的影响,但长江切穿含水层顶板,江水与地下水水力联系紧密,水体自净好,水质相对较好;位于农田附近的承压水样点2,承压水受外界污染少,在内梅罗指数法中综合得分最低,水质相对较好.在丰水期高锰酸钾指数与氨氮为主要污染物,在枯水期总铁与总锰为主要污染物,在平水期总锰与硝酸盐氮为主要污染物.长江对含水层的影响、人类地表活动、区域地质状况等都是可能影响洪湖地区地下水水质的原因.

Abstract: The model of periodic scheduling problem in a production system consists of one machine (service center), n productions and different periodic demands with no backlogging. The existence of feasible schedules are proven under certain conditions. The related methods and algorithms are designed to give several sufficient conditions. Also a searching algorithm is provided as a necessary and sufficient condition. Finally the optimization of periodic schedule to a 0-1 linear program is obtained.

Abstract: 蔬菜是居民日常生活的重要组成部分,同时也与生产经营者的收入息息相关。蔬菜营销渠道是否畅通直接影响到蔬菜产业的发展和渠道各成员的经济利益。作为蔬菜营销渠道中的重要环节,蔬菜零售商对稳定蔬菜价格、促进蔬菜产业链健康运转发挥着重要作用。本文从经营环境、零售商与批发商、消费者间的博弈关系等几个方面对蔬菜零售商的经营行为的研究进行归纳分析,总结评述国内外学者对影响零售商经营行为的各个因素的相关研究,并针对研究中发现的问题提出相应改进的建议与对策,以期对蔬菜零售商经营行为的进一步研究提供参考
Vegetables are an important part of the daily life of residents, which are closely linked with the income of production managers. The efficiency of the operations of vegetable marketing channels directly affects the development of vegetable industry and the economic interests of channel members. As an important link in the marketing channel of vegetables, vegetable retailers play an important role in stabilizing prices of vegetables and promoting the healthy operation of vegetable industry chain. This paper summarized and analyzed the researches on the management behavior of vegetable retailers from the perspectives of the operating environment, the game relationship between retailers, wholesalers and consumers. The paper summarized and commented on the domestic and foreign scholars’ studies on the various factors which affect the behaviors of retailers. And some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the issues were put forward in order to provide the reference for further study on vegetable retailers’ operating behaviors.

Abstract: 依据宜兴抽水蓄能电站上库主坝主堆石料原型级配,联合采用相似级配和等量替代的级配模拟技术制备大型三轴试样,利用YS-30型应力路径大型试验机开展应力路径条件下堆石料剪切特性大型三轴试验研究.研究结果表明:应力路径与固结应力共同作用,成为影响堆石料剪切特性的主要外部因素.堆石料抗剪强度具有显著的非线性特征,而应力路径对其抗剪强度影响极小.随着σc与k的增加,应力-应变关系由低压应变软化、高压应变硬化型向完全应变硬化型转变;体积应变关系由低压剪胀、高压剪缩型向完全剪缩型转变;随着应力比k的增加,堆石料塑性变形性质逐渐由剪切塑性变形变化为主转变为压缩塑性变形变化为主,破坏形式则由剪切破坏转变为压缩破坏.堆石料剪胀剪缩转化关系由临界应力比kcrit与临界固结应力(σc)crit共同决定.

Abstract: 摘要 以关怀型、自利型和独立型的伦理气氛作为研究变量,探讨在不同类型的伦理气氛的调节作用下,道德强度对组织员工伦理决策行为的作用机制。研究显示,道德强度的3个主要维度分别对伦理决策行为的3个阶段有正向影响,而不同类型的伦理气氛在道德强度对伦理决策行为意向的正向关系中起着不同的调节作用。通过分析外部因素对伦理决策行为内在运行机制的作用机理,进一步明晰了伦理决策的生发机制,从而可以帮助企业更有针对性地采取措施来提高企业员工的伦理决策水平。
By using empirical data, this paper investigates the processing mechanism of moral intensity’s effects on organizational employees’ ethical decision making, under different ethical climates’ moderation. The findings suggest that three dimensions of moral intensity all have direct effects on three stages of ethical decision making behavior, and different kinds of ethical climates play different kinds of moderating roles in the positive relationship between moral intensity and ethical behavioral intention. By analyzing the external factors’ mechanism on the processing mechanism inside ethical decision making, this paper makes the mechanism underlying the ethical decision making system more clear, and helps the enterprise to improve employees’ ethical decision making level via taking appropriate measures

Abstract: 摘 要: “Sein”的系词含义在黑格尔构建起逻辑学体系中发挥着重要作用。借助对黑格尔早期的草稿、口授笔录等文本的考察,发现“Sein”概念确实贯穿于其整个逻辑学体系的建构之中。而黑格尔构造逻辑学范畴体系时所使用的辩证结构,最初来自于对“Sein”的系词含义,亦即由系词联结的“主谓结构”。同时,就思想进程而言,无论“Sein”“Dasein”等概念还是“es ist”,首先都要应用“S是P”结构,随后才是进一步的语法变形。因此,可以这么说,“Sein”的系词含义是黑格尔辩证思维的首要逻辑起点,相较于其“存在(有)”的汉译而言,将“Sein”汉译为“是”也更有助于从逻辑上理解黑格尔的逻辑学体系。
Abstract: “Sein” as copula plays an important role in the construction of Hegel’s logic system. With early drafts and dictates of Hegel, we learn that “Sein” is through the construction of the whole logic system. And the dialectical structure, which Hegel used by structuring the logic system of categories, initially comes from “Sein” as copula, namely the subject-predicate structure. However, concerning the process of thought, “Sein” “Dasein” as well as “es ist”, dealt firstly with the subject-predicate structure, then with other further grammatical deformations. “Sein” as copula is the first logical starting point of Hegel’s dialectic thinking, and compared with the Chinese translation of “Cun Zai (You)”, Chinese translation of “Shi” will be more helpful to understanding Hegel’s logic

Empirical analysis of interpersonal interacting behavior in virtual community

Abstract: Internet forum is the place where online mass incidents usually happen, and is very important in information diffusion and opinion spreading. We empirically analyze the interacting behavior of internet forum users, construct the virtual community network based on implicit interaction behavior. Through inspecting the statistical properties, we find that this virtual community network is directional, asymmetric and disassortative scale free network, and it has hierarchy and community structure.Moreover, user page view is positively correlated with his in-degree, so both can describe the influence power and popularity. From quantitative view, the results show that the effects of influential user with 'contribute-driven' property on information spreading can not be ignored; the success of internet forum needs to increase the activity of the most inert users; if user wants to be authoritative in virtual community networks, he needs to propose interesting message or has a personal brand.

Abstract: Ground Penetrating Radar is an intact sounding technology in archaeological research field. It has constructive significance especially in positioning underground ancient relics or other remains and deciding the distribution area. The EM_waves can'not reach deep into the underground in the Yangtze down_river area because it is absorbed by plenty of moisture for the high underground water level and the wet earth. This fact results in the shorter penetrating altitude and less precision for the back_wave shorter altitude and lower S/N rate. For the stratum is a kind of chromatic dispersion media, the radar back_wave impulse become broader after it come across stratum. The back_wave can be identified correctly and the precise position can be stated which make it difficult to define the project exact location and profile in the latter data processing and image rebuilding process. This article presents a new method that is encoded by both impulse signal and FMCW radar signal to positioning the underground ancient relics especially the vault tombs under the special geographic conditions like the Yangtze river. It increased the signal S/N rate by the vertical time related technology to enhance the penetrating precision. The profile of the underground tombs is determined by the way of back_wave energy related method to indentify the project location. The wave_transmitting antenna is located at different places and the reflection character parameters of the project are processed in collective grouping way. Then using image processing technique the underground relics is reversely_deducted in 3D and the error of the position is deduced to the minimum.

Abstract: 硝酸盐是河流主要污染物之一,近些年,对西安市各主要河流监测发现硝酸盐氮污染有加重的趋势,然而对这些河流硝酸盐氮污染源尚缺乏足够的认识.由于不同氮来源的硝酸盐氮同位素组成不同,氮同位素示踪技术被应用到河流硝酸盐污染源方面的研究.笔者通过对西安市东部补给水源(泸河、灞河)无机氮含量变化调查,并利用河水硝酸盐氮同位素组成和特征,初步讨论了这两条河流硝酸盐氮的可能污染源.结果显示,泸河、灞河在源头附近δ15N-NO3是由岩石和天然土壤中的有机氮起主导因素;中游δ15N值偏重是由于农业活动施加化肥引起;下游δ15N达到最高,说明工业废水、生活污水和粪肥的影响占主导.该结论为以后深入研究陕西地区河流水质提供基础.
