Anuario de investigaciones , 2009,
Abstract: the construction of the theoretical psychoanalytic corpus, as a theory of a praxis, experiences along the freudian work diverse rectifications that affect in the delimiting of the concepts and of the operations inherent to his field. from this perspective, the question for the range and the limits of the psychoanalytic method survives in joint with the successive reformulations. after establishing the second topic, freud systematizes, in 1926, the different types of resistances. later, and in diverse moments, he recaptures the problematics around the obstacles that complicate the analytical work. these considerations introduce new questions and delimits the incident of new factors that, still without precipitating in a finished formalization, complex the statute and the range of the analytical operation.

Pró-Fono Revista de Atualiza??o Científica , 2010, DOI: 10.1590/S0104-56872010000300009
Abstract: background: rolandic epilepsy is the most common form of childhood epilepsy. it is classified as idiopathic, age-related epileptic syndrome with benign evolution. the absence of neuropsychological impairment is part of the criteria of benignity of this epilepsy syndrome. recently, however, several deficits related to attention and language have been suggested. aim: to assess school performance and to investigate praxis problems in patients with rolandic epilepsy in comparison to a control group of normal children, paired by age, gender and educational level. method: nineteen patients aged between 7 and 12 years underwent clinical neurological evaluation, psychological assessment, through the weschsler scales of intelligence, and language evaluation, to assess the academic performance and to investigate the presence or absence of praxis difficulties. result: the obtained data indicate that although intellectual efficiency (measured through the intelligence quatient - iq) was within average, children with rolandic epilepsy presented a significantly poorer performance when compared to the control group in tests involving writing, arithmetic and reading. another important aspect was the absence of orofacial apraxia in children with epilepsy. conclusion: the results of the study suggest that the assessment of children with epilepsy is necessary to investigate specific deficits that require appropriate professional assistance. regarding the presence of oral language and/or writing disorders in these children, academic, social and emotional deficits can be avoided. the prognosis of epileptic syndrome does not exclusively depend on the control of the crises, since social or cultural problems can interfere in life quality as much as the crisis.
Filosofia da práxis e (neo)pragmatismo
Semeraro, Giovanni;
Revista Brasileira de Educa??o , 2005, DOI: 10.1590/S1413-24782005000200003
Abstract: this article constitutes a counterpoint to those interpretations which provide evidence of the convergence between the philosophy of praxis and (neo)pragmatism. although it does not ignore some points of contact between the two conceptions, by rescuing the philosophy of praxis outlined by gramsci, it reveals the profound divergence between this and american pragmatism. it then analyses the philosophy of rorty which seeks to construct links between pragmatism, especially that of dewey, and post-modern thought. diverse contradictions present in the writings of rorty are emphasised: its utility for the dominant discourse and the opposing project of society with respect to the political pedagogical proposals which derive from the philosophy of praxis and which have undergone processes of renewal in brazil and latin america.
Necessidade e individua??o
Carone, Iray;
Trans/Form/A??o , 1992, DOI: 10.1590/S0101-31731992000100005
Abstract: the modern capitalist societies critique is now mediated by the critique of the individual - the gap between psyche and culture is not maintained when a strong trend for an one-dimensional society submerges the particular into the totalitarian universal. for this reason, the knowledge of human subjectivity is not an exclusive goal of psychologists intending to penetrate into the psychical imanence. the critical philosophers have the same intention, too - and the proof are the frankfurteans' studies on authoritarianism in the 40's. we shall introduce some aspects of agnes heller(1929-) philosophical work concerning about the individual's issue and the urgency of a theory of morals that would serve as a guide for human praxis in our modern societies.
O programa marxiano de educa??o e o fundamento da práxis
Sousa Junior, Justino de;
Trabalho, Educa??o e Saúde , 2009, DOI: 10.1590/S1981-77462009000400003
Abstract: this article aims to affirm the idea of the existence of a marxist program of education in which work, school and praxis as a political-educational activity stand out. it is argued that the problem of marxist education is a complex elaboration in which various elements are shown organically articulated. the marxist education program appears related to the marxist elaborations made in light of three important elements of everyday life (educational) of the working classes: the educational character of the contradictory relations of work (even if related to abstract work), period of school education, preferably together with the work, and, lastly, the political-educational praxis developed at different associative moments of workers in unions, political parties, places of residence etc., when workers act politically and collectively as a social class defending its interests and strengthening its organization and its political education/training as a potentially revolutionary social class. starting from a new conception of the work and praxis relationship, we seek to discuss the primacy of work and the neglect of the praxis carried out by previous studies of the area. it is considered that this neglect of praxis mutilates and impoverishes the contribution of marxist education program.

Zur Bedeutung der linksventrikul ren Hypertrophie bei arterieller Hypertonie im Praxisalltag - Focus auf das LIL-Projekt
Eber B,Enayati S,Artmann A,für das LIIFE-IN-LIFE- (LIL-) Board
Ramos, Marise;
Trabalho, Educa??o e Saúde , 2009, DOI: 10.1590/S1981-77462009000400008
Abstract: this article presents the empirical results of research on the concepts and practices of the technical schools of the national health system (sus-et), influenced by the policies of professional education in health from the 1980's to the 2000's by the ministry of health, namely: large scale project, program of training of nursing assistants (profae) and long-term educational policy. based on the current teaching that is in dispute under such policies, an analysis is presented of qualitative empirical material, consisting of academic texts collected through a literature review. other empirical sources were interviews done with educational coordinators, in which we tried to identify dimensions of our object revealed in the interaction with the research subjects. the written material was submitted to a content analysis, followed by historical and dialectical analysis, based on the category 'theory-practice relationship'. we seek to capture the main contradictions that hinder or enable the education of health professionals towards the emancipation of the working class. the contrast between pragmatism and the philosophy of praxis was the basis of this analysis. the conclusions of this article deal with these contradictions, in terms of the understanding of polytechnic education which sees work as an educational principle, oriented towards transforming social customs.
